My daughter went into this location and ordered a Sunday Kit and the employee scooped some ice cream into a container and rang up the order. When my daughter repeated the order then the employee became annoyed and rude. The Employee did give us what we ordered but I was pretty upset when I left. Yep, last time I go to this place! I wish I could give zero star to this location! I ordered a customized cake a month before my daughter's birthday and I was expecting the cake to be ready at the event. However, not only that it wasn't ready, it wasn't the right design. I order a round cake with decorations but gave me a square one without anything on it. I was asking for a refund but the manager, Deppak, would not give me a refund. He was very abusive with his language and told me "Get out in my store and you won't get any refund or cake from the store!" He wants me to leave this store empty handed. I was very upset and almost had an emotional breakdown! I wish no one would ever experience what I've experienced from this location. He is giving BaskinRobbins a really bad image. Yelpers beware!!!! I checked in my first time here, though i've been here *MANY* times throughout years, and yelpers are offered 10% off when checking into this location for the first time, so when checking out I showed the coupon and she flat out declined to apply it because she couldn't scan it. I was confused as to how she couldn't manually apply the discount, and asked if the other two employees could apply it but she said no.... That's not very ethical to create coupons that can't be used... On top of this, this particular location is franchised but run very poorly because the owner is too cheap to hire dedicated employees for each business, instead he/she makes these employees run two operations for the same salary (togos AND basin robbins) as such expect poor customer service, and slow customer service. read more

Came in this evening and got my little girl her first ice cream cone. She loved it. Jim helped us and was very friendly and made me laugh. The other two girls working were also nice and helpful when asked for some to go items. This place hasn't always been up to par with what I'd like to see for overpriced ice cream but they seem to have turned a new leaf and did excellent tonight. Just wish they would clean tables more frequently. But overall I was very happy with service, quality and staff. Great job guys! read more

I came in about a month to get a couple ice creams for me and my two sons. I was deeply disgusted on how one of the managers I think would not where gloves while he was serving me my ice creams, even when covid-19 is around the corner. So one of his employees had to tell him to wear gloves and all he did was put one on and his other hand had nothing on it. I am very disgusted because the same thing with the same guy did the same thing to someone else. Not Sanitary at all. He shouldn't be a "manager" if he doesn't know the simple sanitary laws. Two ice cream cakes were ordered in February and both were huge disappointments and extremely inconvenient. The family usually purchases custom ice cream cakes for our birthdays and they are normally what are promised/expected. These two most recent cakes were such a disappointment. (1 Not shown) the first cake was SUPPOSED to be black and in the shape of a heart, but upon pickup was an oval (no heart shown) and GREEN, was nowhere close to black and when asked all they stated was "black isn't possible for an ice cream cake," this is false since we've had black ice cream cakes from this exact location. Also if this was the case, this should have been told before order was placed, and therefore expected. On to the cake pictured below, this cake was made an entire day LATE which was extremely inconvenient since a schedule was already made and now I didn't have the opportunity to pick it up myself because of their mistake. A family member picked it up luckily. When the box was opened and set up cake for birthday celebration, behold, AN INSECT STUCK INSIDE OF THE FROSTING! This was such a disgusting thing to find when we were excited to celebrate. And the cake was just in such poor shape. Was not made on time, bug inside and just poorly made ? Walked in with an excited 11 year old, a young lady was helping someone at the counter, she greeted me and said someone would be right out to assist us. We waited for about 5 minutes, we could hear and see about 3 more employees just all talking and laughing in the back. One guy with dark hair looked at me and just walked away. What happened to this place? I've taken my kids here before and granted it's usually youngsters working here, I don't go to get a world class service, but I'm usually in and out and satisfied. Today was like watching two zombies work. The young lady was making some kinda pie or cake and saw me standing there for about 10-15 minutes without greeting me or letting me know that she'd be with me shortly or something! There was also a young man curly hair wearing Togos uniform. He was competing for slowest shake maker in the Guinness world record book. He also would see myself and other patrons waiting for a scoop of ice cream while he crafted his masterpiece without greeting or reassuring us that we'd be getting some damn ice cream soon. Needless to say, we left without ice cream after the young lady helped herself to a scoop of ice cream and walked to the back room to enjoy her scoop of cold sweet goodness while we peasants went home only imagining what she was feeling. Went today to get double scoop sundays and it looked like kid size scoops. Spent over $20 for kids scoops what a joke. This place is a hit and miss sometimes you get good scoops but most of the times you dont. I dont recommend this place unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Employees were cleaning and as soon as I parked in front one of the employees just signaled with her hands they were closed. ...Don't even think about getting in . I've been coming to this store for 10+ years, always getting ice cream as a kid with my parents. And it's always been great. But I had the worst experience ever tonight. The girl that helped us (I believe her name was Andrea) was so blatantly rude to my sister and I. We got dirty looks the whole time and when I asked her to remake my shake (because it was all milk) she wouldn't look at me or say one word to me the entire time. Not an "I'm so sorry I'll make you a new one". Nothing. There was only one other customer in there, so it wasn't busy. I had to shout "excuse me" twice before she even turned around. I worked in an ice cream shop and I'm also human and have bad days, but that was ridiculous. She was joking with her coworkers but couldn't put on a smile for the customers. so man let me tell you what happened, Saturday was my 18th birthday and I had a birthday party at my house. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours and only three of the invited 45 people showed up. So like, I was pretty hurt so I just decided to go grab some ice cream. Upon my arrival i was greeted with the most welcoming attitude i've ever experience. A guy name Ali had served me and for a guy that doesn't eat icecream much was more than willing to grab the millions of samples i asked for. My family and I have been here several times and unfortunately every time we go it's in the evening time and the young ladies that work there are always ready to close up and leave an hour before closing. They make you feel uncomfortable for ordering and actually eating and enjoying the ice cream there! It's happened to us several times! Management really needs to do something about this! An hour before closing should not mean chairs are up and workers are upset about customers coming in! Bad service! Wonderful ice cream! read more

Only giving one star because that's the lowest I could give. A friend and I went in to satisfy our ice cream fix around 9:15 pm tonight and although the sign on the door clearly says they close at 10 pm, ALL of the chairs were on top of the table so you had nowhere to sit, and half of the ice cream was already put away so oh well if we wanted something from that side. Ended up walking out because of the lack of customer service. It was pretty ridiculous but I guess that's why their overall rating is so low. Definitely never going back. read more
