Ordered a Turkey ice cream cake for our thanksgiving this year and it was a hit! I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received when I came in. Despite being busy, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Although I am not a BR regular, the service I received will definitely motivate another visit in the near future!

If I could I would leave this place no stars, the worker here didn't even change his gloves after handling money and he served me an ice cream with a cookie that he touched with his dirty gloves, so disgusting and guess they don't care about germs! read more

Went in to satisfy a craving for iceream on a rainy day. All staff were friendly and outgoing. The place was clean. The atmosphere was fun and the employees seem to be having fun while maintaining the flow of customers for pick up and in house orders. One of the locations closest to where I live. I haven't had any problems recently with them. I have noticed the few times I visited that they are always understaffed. Not only that but their employees work for both Baskin Robbins and the Togo's Sandwich shop that adjoins their store. It is normally empty but there are moments where a line will form then we have to wait as people are helped both for ice cream and sandwiches. Usually that task is left to one employee or sometimes two. But maybe they are never busy enough to have more than 2 people working at once? The ice cream is good. I will say that the past few times I've ordered hot fudge as a topping it is piled a bit messy on top. I'm not sure if they don't keep the warmer on? It's never really hot. Overall this place is decent. Nothing special really about it. I've ordered my birthday cakes from them quite a few times in the past. Most of the time comes out good. 4 stars for them! read more

I came this afternoon at around 1:00 pm at Baseline/Cherry location with my husband and 2 granddaughters. We ordered banana split and 2 chips for my granddaughters and ice coffee for me. The employee named Katrina, was so helpful, professional and courteous to us. She did a wonderful job and assisted us and made sure we all got what we needed. Katrina also served us with her sweet smile. She's an asset to your company and will make sure to come back again after we picked up our granddaughters from school as Baskin Robins is their favorite ice cream place. read more

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday to be picked up today and when I arrived they didn't have anything ready. Then tried to have me take a cake from their already made cakes. Then after I said no thanks they offered to make another cake and wanted me to come back.... No thx again I needed it ready for that pick up time for a reason smh. Didn't offer any compensation, I asked for money back and left. They won't have my business anymore read more

I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.

The young man at the register doesn't know if coffee contains diary or not, charges me, then realizes it doesn't have milk, but since he charged me - he added oat milk. My coffee tasted watered down and flavorless. We tried to go back to fix it, but the gentleman adding a cream or soft top did absolutely nothing to save the drinks. Needless to say I didn't drink it, it went straight into the trash can. The young girl working there looked high as a kite. We didn't even bother infiltrating her brain. My hope is that staff making drinks was the issue, they need better training. Sadly, I will not be coming back. I tried to support, but it's a no for me. Back to my SB & DB I go.

I…read morefinally went to the pickup area and asked an employee about it, and she told me I needed to go to the front counter instead. When I got to the front, I waited while the employee finished cleaning before she acknowledged me. I told her I had a mobile order pickup, gave her my name, and her response was simply, "Okay," before walking away without any further communication. I spent about a minute getting napkins and sauces ready, and when I came back, my food was just sitting on the counter. No one called my name, confirmed the order, or mentioned that my drinks and chocolate custard scoop were missing. I stood there waiting while the same employee continued making rounds and chatting with dine-in guests. Thankfully, another employee noticed me and asked if I needed help. I asked if the order on the counter was mine, and she confirmed it was. I then asked about my drinks and custard, and she said she'd bring them out. After grabbing a spoon and returning, the drinks and custard were sitting there with no employee in sight. I grabbed my food and left. Once I got home, my daughter asked where her juice was that was supposed to come with the kids meal. That's when I realized they forgot that too. Worst service ever if you're not dining in. The lack of communication, attention, and care with a simple mobile order was extremely frustrating. Definitely not happy with this experience and will not be coming back.

Filthy, nasty, disgusting, and never, ever have anything. The management is non-existent. I cannot believe that they are still in business. It has been far too long, and there has been nothing done. All I hear is that each store is owned by individual owners. Well, guess what, this store is a representation of Baskin and Robbins, Inc. The customers do not see nor do they know eho owns it and frankly do we really care? We just want quality service with a clean enviornment. This place is down right disgusting! Who know what they are consuming with all the gunk and slime all around the counters and equipment. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I've been coming here for a while and the manager that works here at this location is the absolute best. All the times that I have been here, the customer service is awesome from everyone!!! As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the workers! The workers do their best to make sure that my order is always done right. The cleanliness of this location is good, the food is great, and the ice cream is delicious. This is a perfect spot for a sweet treat! I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

Nothing beats the variety of flavors baskin robbins offers. On Friday, I visited the baseline location and let me tell you I appreciated the service of the kind young fellow Ali. Ali was great help and was kind and made my milkshake within seconds. I fell in love. The way he scooped the ice cream was so sensational and let me tell you the shake was scrumdillyumptious. I hate this baskin robins!!! The Indian dude named talash was so disrespectful towards me and my family. I told him I found a hair in my ice cream and he wouldn't do anything about it.
