The menu is cute, lots of fun flavored items, however, as stated previously they do not offer samples except for dairy free. So flavors such as "Unicorn poop" are a mystery. It was delicious, however. I do recommend adding better product descriptions on all of the flavors if samples are not provided. Their topping selection is small. My boyfriend and I came here for dessert based of reading other reviews however we were left a little disappointed. They only offer samples for dairy free options so if you're unsure about a flavor you'll have to try it blind or just get something you're familiar with. In this case my boyfriend didn't want to blindly trust a flavor he never had so he went with vanilla which honestly tasted a little freezer burnt, just like if you have ice cream sitting in your freezer at home a little too long. I ordered the cookie dough and Reese's cup, the cookie dough was the better flavor out of the two but still nothing special. They offer dairy free options which I will give them credit for as this is often hard to find for those who are lactose intolerant. Overall a very "mids" experience. My husband and I are on vacation and wanted some ice cream. I'm dairy free so it was nice to have options here. The people who served us were super nice and helpful. I think they may have been the owners. I had four options for dairy free. A few of them I thought might have had gluten in them. I'm also gluten free. I'm giving two stars because the ice cream was decent and the employees were over the top nice but it was hard to say if they'd traditionally be like that or if it was because that were being awkwardly stalked by the owners creepily observing and micromanaging their every move. It was so uncomfortable to watch that we decided to opt for eating our ice cream out in our car... while out in the car the kid behind the counter decided to clean up the table that had been used by the one set of customers willing to overlook the awkwardness and the owner took that opportunity to rip the rag he was using out of his hand and replace it with another while aggressively scolding him... I wasn't inside listening but that's how it looked from the outside. Then they proceeded to sit the potential supervisor down in the lobby and have a interview, review, scolding session - who knows but it was very unprofessional and made me feel bad for the overstaffed employees... won't be going back here because I refuse to give my business to someone who chooses to treat their employees like rats in a cage. read more
