This is my neighborhood ice cream shop, and my kids and I come here often. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. The employee working ignored my son when he politely wanted to sample a flavor. It was upsetting. I also want to add that children notice how adults treat others. As a parent, it was disappointing to have my son witness someone being dismissive and unkind over something so simple. A small moment of patience and courtesy could have made a big difference. We support local businesses because we want them to succeed, but respect should come with that support. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and that future customers, especially families, are treated with more kindness and professionalism. read more

The owners here are GENIUSES! They make the DUBAI CHOCOLATE BAR in an ice-cream bar form. It's superb! Also, it's not available at all Baskin Robins store. This location has few sister Baskin Robins franchises owned by the same people in the area, so their other stores have the Dubai Ice-Cream Bar. $9 each or $100 for a box. The ice-cream bar version is Cheaper than the original Dubai chocolate bar plus you get ice-cream! We love Baskin Robins! The staff here are very nice. Just got home from BR31 with my daughter, after leaving a mess aka dropping my cotton candy shake on the floor. The staff was amazing in handling the situation. Immediately they comforted us and brought love to the situation. Personally, I was so embarrassed being 45 years old and dropping a milkshake!!
