Came in tonight after dinner and Jayden was the best . He was very polite and welcoming. We decided to go with the flavor flight and it did not disappoint. We chose chocolate chip, classic vanilla and butter pecan. The ice cream was amazing and well portioned . The vibe is very chill , noise level is normal and everything is very clean and well kept . So my daughter has me driving all over So Cal for this Dubai chocolate craze. Last month it was Anaheim and today it was Baskin Robins, of all places, for a Divine Chocolate [Dubai Chocolate] ice cream bar. And man was it worth it. I must say this is really really good and worth the drive. We went to another location nearby because my daughter had thought she was calling that location but they were very nice to tell us to come to this location. The owner was super nice and asked my daughter about how she had heard about the specialty ice cream bar. It was so good we placed an order for next week when we plan on being in the area. Of course we will be bringing a small ice chest with ice to take some to our family and friends. Also noticed that they have some beautiful cakes and chocolate covered bananas. A treat my dad used to take us to when we were kids. Love this place. read more

I recently went in to buy an ice cream cake and had a great experience. The staff were super helpful and nice. All the ice cream and cakes in the fridge were nicely stacked and clean. Parking is available right up front, which is very convenient. Although it wasn't busy when we visited, the location is ideal. read more

Love going to this Baskin-Robbins location. Super clean shop, friendly service, excellent variety of flavors and ice cream novelties & cakes. Tonight I came in for a 2 scoop Sundae ( Jamoca Almond Fudge & Mint chip) and the Dubai chocolate Ice cream bar. With repeat customers coming in at 7:30pm from the neighborhood and the employees know your name, this place is a gem. read more

Just returned to BR for their Cappuccino Blast. Disappointed they no longer carry nonfat frozen yogurt, as that would help to reduce calories...but, it didn't prevent me from enjoying a treat that took me down memory lane. Danny was kind and helpful. I will keep returning and hope they bring back nonfat frozen yogurt!! Until then, I'll have to get on the treadmill. read more

You know what are getting. Solid ice cream venue with a freezer full of ice cream cakes to go. However, the ice cream cakes are ~$55 which is wild! Lots of flavors of ice cream and several cone options available. Easy Apple Pay options. Crowded parking lot with other stores. Staff was average in terms of friendliness. Overall decent option if you are craving ice cream and in the area! read more

Ahhhhh 31 Flavors. I've been coming to 31 flavors since I was a kid .. so many awesome memories .. what a treat it was to have our parents take us here for Ice Cream .. Nostalgic .. consistently delicious ice cream... I frequent this store often as I'm picking up .. Clown cones .. mini cones .. Ice cream cakes and much more I wanted to give a shout out to Aida she works at this location and another Glendale location on Central which is right by my house :) She's so nice and helpful ~ always smiling I actually thought she was an owner at one point ... To have an employee like this is golden ! Thank you Aida and 31 Flavors for always being consistent .. It's just a fun place to walk in .. brings me back to my childhood !!! DO NOT COME to this Location!!! We had a very uncomfortable expierence with the way we were treated. It was actually the owner herself. She's a middle aged Armenian woman who looks to be in her 60s and wears the pink uniform. I came in with my husband to buy my newphew a cake for his 12th Birthday. We live right acoss the street so we decided to walk over. We began looking at the cakes, my husband noticed she (the owner) was staring at us. A couple minutes in she walked over and said I couldn't look at the cakes with the door open and closed it on me while I was looking. I explained to her I was just looking for the flavor I wanted and it would only take another minute. She decided to stand next to the fridge and my husband asked her I'd she was going to stand there the whole time. She said yes because I looked long enough. I told her I can't see through the fogged door. She began to tell me again that I was already looking for long enough. 15 minutes to be exact she told me. I began to ask her what her issue was with us and she proceeded to just chuckle and smirk at us that. She had no problem doing this infront of other customers. I felt we were discriminated against by just the way she starred, judged, timed and acted like she didn't want our business. I hope this community doesn't spend their money here. I always try to support local but the audacity this woman had and the wat she treated us was disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience over the phone at baskin robins in glendale!! Within the first 3 seconds i couldn't even get my question out and the female rep cut me off with an annoyed attitude, i then followed up with how many they had in stock and she said in the rudest tone "it doesn't matter if we have 40 or 10 were just selling them" This is my first time calling a baskin robins because of viral Dubai ice cream bars that got my attention, i live in downey and was going to make the drive but im not even going to bother, what a horrible employee to represent your brand, made me super uncomfortable and its a shame shes getting paid to provide service to your company shes kicking people out your business instead of welcoming in new customers, will not be going to baskin robins anymore to try out their new product read more

Parking: it's located in this small shopping area. You might miss it if you aren't carefully looking. I had to make a square. In this case, it's a triangle on the other side. The shopping parking lot has 2 floors. It's free parking What I like most about this Baskin is the parking area. It's well lit, spacious and not sketchy. The one near me has some bad road. Overall thoughts: it's your average Baskin Robbins! Definitely would recommend. Has ample amount of seating if you want to sit there. It's near the community college so just watch when you're planning to go. It might get busy in the shopping center. read more

The owner Overcharges -! The price did not match the advertised prices on the board and she said they had not updated the register - this happened twice so the second time I know they Steal . There is tons of flavors and there is different types like banana split or milkshakes Also, you can take stuff home too and cute decorations. After an order gone bad once in the past, they made things better than ever this time. My son's special order birthday cake was perfection and turned out really nice. They asked me to print out of the eyes and fonts and bring them over. I did and it turned out really nice as you can see... just speak w the cake maker and he will take care of the rest. Kids asked for seconds and thirds and there was no cake left at the end of the party. Delicious cookies and cream Ninjago birthday cake hit the right spot for all and looked beautiful. read more

I wish Baskin Robbins used Uber Eats. Grub Hub NEVER delivered my order and it wasn't cheap. $5 service fee plus $5 delivery fee which never happened. Uber eats has an app which shows you where their drivers are and they call you. Grub Hub says they delivered and called. It was only 1 min after they called that I tried calling them but they left. Bad customer service and it makes Baskin and Robbins look bad. read more

Great service BUT they always close so much earlier than the time they say. I drove here to get ice cream on Friday at 9:15 and they were closed. Online it says they close at 10:00. They should change the hours online so people don't make the drive if they're not there! read more

I came here for my free birthday ice cream scoop because I was in the area. Sadly, they only had few flavors and they told me to drive to another location if I wanted more flavors. Problem was, that location was right next to an event I was headed to. I ordered gold medal ribbon because there weren't many choices! I didn't get the flavor I wanted and ironically enough they did not have 31 flavors!!! =( read more

The Ice Cream get a ten !!! Favorite flavors are Cherry jubilee and Jamoca in a cup. Service is a 5 out of ten. They have to many young people working their . I hate to give a poor review for an ice cream shop since we've been ourselves patrons for over 20 years. My wife and I went to store 104 about a week and a half ago as we sat in the car out front looking through the front window we noticed they were four young ladies in the store: 2 patrons & 2 workers none of whom were wearing a mask over their face or gloves. I myself suffer from End stage renal failure so I have to be very careful where I go in and to make sure that everybody's wearing a mask it does concern me when I see retail establishments be so cavalier about protecting their customers so I got out of the car with my mask on and opened the door and asked "who is the manager here." One of the young ladies said I am. I mention their store was not doing a good job protecting its customers and said that we would not eat ice cream there that night as I was leaving two of the girls in front of the counter followed me out flipped me off and told me to go blank myself. I'm a big boy I can take that kind of language but I really can't take it when retail doesn't try to protect her customers and this is one establishment we will not be going back to. By the way I put the same post on the Google my business page and somehow it disappeared.. funny. Shows they really don't care. Shame on Baskin Robbins read more

After a recent poor gelato experience at another LA business; my boyfriend and I decided to reward ourselves with ice cream from Moo Moo Mia on Honolulu in Montrose (this was our second time at this location). Nestled in the charming central Montrose corridor; Moo Moo Mia welcomes with a pastel color wheel façade/signage and a small square footage ice cream shop. When I say 'small'; I genuinely mean small as Moo Moo Mia is tiny with a display case/order counter and a claustrophobic standing room space with a few loose tables outside. This is definitely an "order and get out" establishment. Due to this congestion, Moo Moo Mia felt a bit hectic on both of our visits which always makes one feel guilty to ask for samples in order to not hold up the line. The flavor options at Moo Moo Mia aren't super extensive (there isn't that much to choose from) BUT there do have those unique combinations Mia and Mark boast of with pride. I have sampled a few flavors at Moo Moo Mia such as Honey Lavender (Sweet cream ice cream layered with delicate ribbons of lavender and finished with a touch of raw organic honey - so good with perfect lavender notes!), March flavor of ice cream with Luck Charms marshmallows and Sweet Taro. On our second visit, my boyfriend kept it simple with a single cone ($5.50) of Madagascar Vanilla Bean (Made with imported ground Madagascar vanilla beans) and a kid's cup ($4.25) of March's monthly flavor Coconut Ube for me. Mark and Mia aren't exaggerating about Moo Moo Mia's ice cream as it truly is quite good: creamy, thick and not overly sweet; the texture is perfection. The Honey Lavender holds my heart but the Coconut Ube was also delicious although it tasted of 95% ube with a small 5% after taste of coconut water. Good thing I like Ube! My boyfriend's vanilla was, in his words, "The best vanilla!" and I agree that Moo Moo Mia truly elevates a basic flavor making it extra special. The consensus is that the ice cream is wonderful, no doubt. The customer service at Moo Moo Mia leaves a lot to be desired, however. During both visits the associates were very dry, somewhat curt - although not rude, per se - and are literally only there to get the job done and that's it. Even though this isn't too terrible; it prevents Moo Moo Mia from being a perfect experience. Moo Moo Mia is a delicious and quality option for an ice cream treat that you can truly taste but the lack of numerous flavor options, the teen-tiny shop and the customer service are flaws that keep it from being exceptional. Despite this, Moo Moo Mia is recommended for all ice cream lovers - whether you have a sibling or not!

My first time was at their Rancho Cucamonga location. Nick, the staff member who helped me, was very nice and helpful. I asked for recommendations on their best flavors. He graciously offered them. Thank you Nick! I got to sample a handful of flavors... Boston Cream Pie, Sea Salt Caramel, Death By Chocolate, Caramel Macchiato, and Cinnamon. Thanks for the samples! All the flavors were very good except for the Cinnamon which I thought was very light in taste. Since I was driving, I chose an ice cream shake instead of a cup or cone. Caramel Macchiato was my pick! It had a really nice caramel flavor with coffee bean bits. I was slightly disappointed that they didn't pile up the ice cream to the top of the lid. It stopped at the top of the cup. I felt I was shorted some ice cream unfortunately. Hence, 4 stars! Nevertheless, Nick was amazing. His service was fantastic. Wonderful conversation and experience. Ice cream shake was yummy. It was finished before I arrived home. YES, I will come back to try their other unique flavors! Thank you Bruster's!
