WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS CINNABON AGAIN AS LONG AS SHE (Sarai) WORKS HERE. We live here and patronize this establishment almost every day. Today July 11th at approximately 9:50pm. My husband, myself and our son were enjoying the live music on the grass. When our son knocked over someone's dog's water emptying the bowl. Since Cinnabon is the establishment we patronize the most. I could have never imagined the disrespectful, rude and condescending interaction I was about to encounter with The Manager. I walked up with my son and politely asked if I could have small cup of tap water. Her immediate response was "You can buy a bottle of water." I responded stating; I am not asking for water to drink, is there tap water you all have? She told me there wasn't any. But that I could go to the nearest drinking fountain. In absolute shock, I informed her that we live here and patronize this Cinnabon almost everyday. I asked to speak with a manager where she informed me she was the manager. Then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to complain I could call security. As a black woman with my child simply trying to get water. I am not calling security where I live for water. She then continued her disrespect and told me that no one would give me water and if I wanted to complain I would have to complain on the entire grounds. I then took her picture and got her name because there is no way we will ever return. And will be reporting her to corporate and the property. We spend way too much money here to be mistreated and disrespected for simply asking for water to make a mistake right our one year old made. Causing me to wonder if I needed water for my baby if I would have received the same response. Even after explaining we are frequent patrons here and I do now want to have to walk holding a toddler to a very distant fountain. This caused me to go to another Kiosk, just two establishments over. Where we were kindly greeted and immediately accommodated, with a cup of tap water. Even though this rude manager just told me no one would give me water. Huge shout out to the business Michelina, where we were able to receive our water. We will now continue to support their business from this day on. Lastly, I want to add this is our very first time interacting with any of the night staff. We have always commended and appreciated the day staff and how polite they have always been. So it was extremely disheartening to have this interaction. Only for me to share that with her and she respond condescendingly, "Oh I'm sorry." How she became manager is beyond me. I am a senior manager and would never have put her in a leadership position. read more

Haven't been to a Cinnabon for years. We were in the Glendale Galleria and purchased a classic Cinnabon to share. Not sure what the calories are for one of these things, but it has to be a lot! And not worth it. The cost was $6.99! Man!! That's too much money for what you get! They are much smaller than what I remember as well. My husband and I were not impressed, it was too doughy and soft. Would not ever order it again. Another issue I had, was the customer service was also subpar. The young lady behind the counter was not interested in offering good customer service. After eating the bun, we both agreed what a waste of money it was and that we could go to In-N-Out and for the price of a cinnamon bun order a really delicious burger and fries. A friend and I were craving Cinnabon, and this spot definitely helped with what we needed! Staff was pretty chill in prepping whatever we wanted. It's pretty small and you may walk past by it. headed to this place for cinnamon rolls. located in a mall. exterior and interior typcial food court type of booth. no seating but few feet way is an actual food court with seating. decor is typcial of a chain franchise as this is a national one. simple menu of few different cinnamon roll flavors like OG with cream cheese frosting or caramel pecans. ordered what i came for the OG cinanmon roll with cream cheese frosting. rolls are premade and kept warmed behind a glass case. so it can a be a hit and miss if havent sold for while you could with old and dry and stale roll which i have on occasion. but im reviewing as of today and today i got a fresh one. totla damage $9. waited 1 minute and got the food. and the verdict? its tasty. roll today was hot and crisp exterior and intterior was a gooey melty cinnamony soft sweet pillowy soft. too bad its not like this all the time. but chain so what can you do. anyway if can time it right and get a fresh batch the taste and portion size makes this place worth it. read more

They used to have a bigger spot close to the food court, but now they share a spot with Auntie Anne's. No place to sit. You have to find a spot within the mall. Okay, I don't remember their buns being this doughy..... I was excited to see they were finally open post quarantine and immediately ordered a 6 pack via UberEats. My pack was warm upon delivery and came with extra icing so that was nice! There weren't any instructions regarding baking them further and they were already iced. As I bit into the center it tasted toooo doughy/undercooked..... was I supposed to bake them? Not sure. Again no instructions included. I baked one for my fiancé but he said it still tasted doughy and somewhat raw. I think the buns probably would have tasted better if I ordered them individually? Or the mini buns? Why is this place still in business?? I really wonder that after trying a caramel pecan cinnabon. It was super sweet and it had 1,000 calories in just one bun. I mean come on!! This review is mostly for the COLD BREW (not the hot offerings), which is a ONE STAR. I give the vanilla cold brew 1 star (not ingestible)! I average the rating to a 3 or meh but really I give the hot items ...a 4.75. Yelp needs to change up the rating system (imho) and also get rid of old reviews. I say this because when you cratique service, fast food is the highest turnover of any food establishments and a review is obsolete in days or weeks (in many cases). I received a free cold brew for my birthday. There was a wait for the cinnabons (and a usual line on a Saturday in Glendale CA) so, I opted to take the drink and go. I would normally not complain for a free item but let's be real, this is not FREE because I spend a couple hundred dollars per year (mostly for people's bd and Christmas shopping season etc....). Glendale Galleria and Americana are my jam for holiday shopping and when I need anything. This indoor mall (Galleria) has a very old school vibe (was featured in a Billie Eilish video). I endorse it if you come to LA (or even live a bit away). Anywho, I am back from my tangent. I have no beef with the baked goods because they are busy and nothing really sits for long so everything is fresh. I also strongly encourage people that visit here even a few times a year to use the app. You can save yourself some decent coin. That said, I had a mocha Cold brew a while ago and it was decent but....it wasn't offered on this day so, vanilla brew it was (seems innocuous enough). This vanilla brew was THE ABSOLUTE WORST cold brew/coffee I have ever had. There was ZERO vanilla flavor and it honestly tasted like chemicals (like you get from the newer multichoice drink machines at various fast foods). I did not get asked if I wanted any pumps (which I would have) and it was super nasty! Honestly, a hazelnut coffee (without the sugar added in these cold brews, is football stadiums better...just saying. I threw away all but the first two sips. I would have offered it to the random homeless person that permeates LA but due to Covid, decided not to hold on to it until I found one (Glendale only has them around the library so, you can easily avert ship...). I was not with my friends or family because I had to get a gift and go or I would have passed it to them for further reviews. I hate wasting food/drink and rarely ever throw anything away. Now, before you go thinking I am one of those coffee 'elitest' snobs, faghetaboutit.. I can honestly say 711 has a decent cold brew and is a lot less pricey (also, you can pour your own). I cannot stand people making my coffee for me (maybe this is where I am a snob...I digress..). Cinnabon needs to elevate the drink game or leave it alone. read more

It has been a while since I've had my last cinnabon and for some reason I was craving for something sweet to go with the tea I bought from teavana. There is a Cinnabon stall located in the food court near Teavana so we went there to get our sweet tooth fix. The cinnamon bun was way too big and too sweet so my friend and I shared one. The bun is still as sweet as I remembered it to be but somehow I felt like it was different. The bread was a little too tough even when I was cutting it with my knife. Service was good. I'm not going to negatively rate Cinnabon for having high-caloric sweets. I'm not purchasing these thinking I'm going to look like Cindy Crawford after. It is after all, a giant roll of dough, cinnamon, gooey icing and extra icing if you're him. Four stars because everytime we buy treats for the office (in the form on the minnibons), they love it and are extra nice and pack all the utensils and napkins without whining or grumbling about it.
