We made a reservation, but still had to wait a bit to be seated. Which is fine and common nowadays. We got the crab crisp, which were delish. The bread and butter are good as always. Then my main dish was anti climatic. I got the fettuccine alfredo with the fried chicken. The chicken was good, but the noodles were cold and dry :( I know it's olive garden, but it was just not good for the price. Cake was good!! Came on a Wednesday night and the dining room was a little bit packed so I decided to eat at the open bar area. My server was really friendly and nice. I ordered the smokehouse barbecue burger with lettuce and tomatoes, and it came with fries. Nothing was wrong about it. Everything was delicious. Maybe the patty could be more seasoned. Went to get my free slice of cheesecake for my birthday. Our server said she couldn't find it in the rewards and I didn't have one. I showed her the email saying it was good to be redeemed until July 28. She went back to get a manager override, came back and said it still wouldn't work. I asked her how she was able to check for a reward when I never gave her my phone number. She said they used the phone number under the reservation. I said it was made by my son, that's not my number. She explained that the bill is put in under the number made by the reservation. So my reward couldn't be used. Super irritating, and disappointing. Been going there a number of years regularly, but won't go back, if that's how they treat their customers. read more

Went here again for a cute Valentine's date so we had a reservation and were seated very quick. We sat by nobody else somehow so we had complete privacy and the waiter was so quick and accommodating. I finally got my hands on the fried cheese and it was so good! We also got the corn ribs and holy cow I did not know you could make corn taste that good I need that recipe! I ordered the yuzu lemonade for a drink and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My main was the chicken parm pizza and to be honest by the time I got it I was already stuffed so only took a few bites and shoved the rest into two boxes to take home! Since we don't visit our local mall very often we sometimes forget that we have TCF nearby. The food is always great and the restaurant is the perfect combo of casual and date night worthy. We've come in on busier nights, in the past, and been seated at a super small table that was too close to other diners next to us, but we made the best of it. We've since chosen not to visits on those super busy nights at prime hours. The food is always great! I haven't had a dish that I didn't like or that was prepared poorly. The staff is friendly and usually attentive. Again, on those super busy nights the servers are just trying to take care of everyone the best they can and they usually do a great job. The menu is huge so there's sure to be something for everyone offered. We tried the meatloaf and the enchiladas during our latest visit and both were fantastic. We'll be back again soon! read more

This restaurant is very very busy. Especially on the weekends. They actually have a really good size bar area. Lots of people are waiting to order cheesecakes. So many choices of cheesecakes. We finally got a table after 20 minutes wait. Even though they told us a few minutes wait. Awkward. Service was pretty quick. They had complimentary bread of multi grain and sourdough. With butter. We ordered Double Smash Cheeseburger and Crispy Pineapple and Shrimp. Our food came out about 10-12 minutes later. The Double Smash burger was quite delicious. Good sized patties. Came with side of pickles. Couldn't finish it. Because it was very filling. The Crispy Pineapple Chicken and shrimp with brown rice was a tad dry. The brown rice was overcooked. Very dry. I had to mix the sauce from the chicken and shrimp with the rice to be able to eat it. The restaurant was busy. Lighting could be turned up a few more. Very dim and dark in the dining area. It will be more appreciated if they turn up the lights there. Just so the guests can see their food. read more

Trust the reviews! It's all hype.. don't have high expectations is all I can say. I enjoy going but it's definitely nothing fantastic. I don't advise large groups for dinner. Unless you put your name in 2 hrs early.. long wait times. They do allow reservations up to 6 people. Dark and loud atmosphere, dirty silverware, something floating in my water glass.. it just all wasn't the best experience. Also was sold out of the fried Mac n cheese balls. So bummed! It's so busy so it takes a while to have service. On top of waiting a couple of hours to be seated, we weren't out until 2 more hours almost. On the bright side our server was very friendly. I got the chicken parm pizza style, I enjoyed! Another plus. Husband got the Korean fried chicken, it was okay. No desire to go back anytime soon. read more

So I love the Cheesecake Factory and I never understand why it gets so much hate?! Anyway we always have good-great service when we are there. They really do a great job with training. But tonight we had exceptional service! I spent over a decade in restaurant management before my current career so I'm rather particular and our server was just the most lovely person and she was simply exceptional. I looked at her name because I was going to let her manager know but I didn't take a picture! I think it was Liane? She said she was newish and was recently promoted. Our food was so yummy! (See pics). Our server was efficient and attentive. We sat outside on the patio to enjoy the warm outside air. (Too cold inside with the air conditioning). My husband and I enjoyed the "skinny" menu which included the calories for a burger and salad and the crispy chicken sandwich and salad (see pics). However, the menu was overwhelming, there are just way too many items to choose from. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary bread and butter when seated, that was a nice touch. One downside, tho was the utensils just being laid directly on the table surface. It didn't feel very hygienic, and to make it worse, one of my spoons had a piece of food stuck to it that wouldn't come off. I decided not to make a big deal out of it, but it was quite disappointing. Here's what I ordered: *Georgia Peach* This drink was recommended by our server, and wow, it's dangerous ( in a good way!) It tastes just like juice, and I couldn't even tell if there was alcohol in it. *Eggroll Sampler* Absolutely loved this! You get four different types of egg rolls with four unique sauces. I'm glad I tried it. *Louisiana Chicken Pasta* This dish was a disappointing . It was bland and overly greasy I could only eat about a third of it before feeling grossed out. On the other hand the chicken was fried to perfection and super crunchy. *Steak Diane & Shrimp Scampi Combo* The steak was really good, and the mushrooms were my favorite part of the dish. The shrimp was plump and tasty, but the pasta was also bland so it wasn't all that memorable. The food felt overpriced for what we got, but the portions were generous, so that's something. Overall, I don't think it was worth the cost. I haven't tried their famous cheesecake yet, so I might come back just for that, but I don't feel any urge to return for the food. read more

My wife and I had a date night tonight so we decided to head over to the Cheesecake Factory. Wait time wasn't long at all. Honestly have to say it was about 5 minutes before we got a table. Young lady at the counter wasn't in the best mood and just seemed to be annoyed that she had to work that day. Nonetheless my wife and I ordered our food. Prompt service, my water and complementary bread came out within five minutes after I got seated. Standard dim lighting from typical Cheesecake Factory. The complementary wheat bread was delicious with butter: moist, soft, fluffy, and a hint of sweetness! The baguette was your typical dry and hard. The Tropical Ginger Cooler, $6.00: too sweet with no distinct flavors, all syrup. Avocado Egg Rolls, $17.50: Avocado, Sun-Dried Tomato, Red Onion and Cilantro Fried in a Crisp Wrapper. Served with a Tamarind-Cashew Dipping Sauce. The name of the sauce got me because I'm a sucker for tamarind! The sauce was way too sweet and forgettable. The filling was mushy which was disappointing since all ingredients sounded delicious; however combined and fried was not gelling well. Grilled Steak Medallions, $25.95: the sauce didn't go well nor enhanced the steak flavor. The steak was super thin. The sauce was actually really good with the mashed potato, grilled asparagus, mushroom, and cherry tomatoes came with it. To go order: the LOW-LICIOUS CHEESECAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES: Low Carb, No Sugar Added and Gluten Free, with Fresh Strawberries, $11.95. I'll update this review after I eat it this weekend. read more

The lemon garlic pasta and shrimp on their skinnylicious menu is the true winner here! It's the only thing I ever get! Light, refreshing, asparagus and shrimp in a nice lemon-y garlic cream sauce! We also got the chicken alfredo with chicken which was good as well. Cheesecake factory is just a staple in the area and my fav after shopping at the mall all day. *  2025-01-03 After seeing all the eye candy reviews on their food, for takeout, I was disappointed. I was so excited to experience what I've seen, but unfortunately not. Hardly any gravy and the potatoes, were dry, and the meatloaf was a little on the overdone side and burnt. I took pics. This is the second time I have ordered entrees for delivery, that I've seen and just was not what it looked to me, and I don't blame the driver driver was only there to pick up and deliver. I've come here once or twice and it isn't a bad spot. Like any other Cheesecake factory, it's spacious, overall pretty good service, and both a huge restaurant AND a huge menu. My boyfriend came here on a nice day and was able to sit outside on their patio, which I really enjoyed. We ordered the bistro shrimp pasta to share and it was delicious. Our waiter was amazing. Overall, I would come again here occasionally but not regularly (as the food is VERY calorically dense). read more

Finally made it here after years of just talking about wanting to go. We made reservations & didn't wait too long till our table was ready. We went with both the factory & poke nachos to start. The poke nachos came with pulled pork which was very tasty. I wish the poke nachos came with more fish, but that was good as well. That one is served with wonton chips. I had my heart set on the vodka pasta that night, but they were out. So I had to go with my 2nd pic with the 4 cheese pasta. My friend also wanted the vodka pasta, & they were also out of her 2nd choice, so had to go with her 3rd. The 4 cheese was really good, even better the next day. I loved the blend of all the cheeses. Went with the dulce de Leche cheesecake for dessert, & ooo it was so good, not too sweet. So after being bummed out about the pasta, my friend & I came back for lunch hoping for a redemption moment. They offer lunch sized portions for a cheaper price. Luckily they had it that day. Oh my word, that pasta was amazing! The flavor was so on point with not much spice. I've been going to Cheesecake Factory since high school days, even before they opened one up in Happy Valley. It was a family favorite and we would trek all the way to Washington Square for it. They have the best mashed potatoes!! Steak diane is my go-to. The thai lettuce wraps are also a good choice, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty. Happy hour here isn't too bad either. Menu is very extensive, a little overwhelming I would say. Service has gone way downhill since. At my last visit we were seated at an empty table next to another table of two while the rest of the area was empty. We had no plates or silverware while the rest of the tables around us did. I don't really understand why they would seat us directly next to another party when there are plenty of tables open. Bread is unlimited but the portion has gotten smaller, with about three cuts of white bread. We had to ask twice before getting our second order of bread. I usually like white bread more but the brown bread came out warm and that can't be beat. read more
