    3 scoops sundae
    Ami C.

Hubby and I came here after dinner. The guy who helped us was nice but he did not give us a full scoop of ice cream. Hubby got 2 scoops but it was more like 1 1/2 scoop. I got the 3 scoops sundae but my 3 scoops ice cream were more like 2 scoops and it was topped with whipped cream which made it looked full. We don't normally come to this location. We usually go to the location on Ling Street and they would fill your 2 scoops over and above your cup and the 3 scoops would look more like had whipped cream topping. We usually get our ice cream at Baskin Robbin's. It's our go to place for ice cream.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I ordered a custom photo ice cream cake that costs $75 & it looks like absolute crap. It's torn in places & it is just not acceptable business practices to ever sell a cake like that The "Manager", Alexander, starts banging around the cake, because I said that was unacceptable & he said he could fill in the icing & continued to bang the cake around, further tearing it Last year when we ordered it, we had NO problems, so he can't blame the printer He refused to issue a credit or do anything to make this right I will be disputing this with my credit card company because this is not what was agreed upon Will never be coming here again

At my sweetest moment with Baskin-Robbins.

Sweet moments at Aina Haina Baskin-Robbins. This location is perfect because of its parking location [lots and lots, and it's free!] plus the staffs are sweet and friendly. Our server for this evening was Scott. Today, we had Cookie Monster with Jamoca + Cookie Monster with Oreo Cookies 'n Cream Topped with more Oreos. I'm happy they brought Cookie Monster back!! It's one of my favorite that they came up with. My only wish is that they find a ube flavor to add to their list. There's a Ube Cookies and Cream that I really enjoy at another location...maybe they can add a twist with brownies or cheesecake...hmmm The store is filled with so sweet scent coming from their ice creams and cakes. It also filled with the people enjoying the sweet delights with families and friends. They have 10% for seniors, 60 and above ;) You can also download their APP for free scoops of ice creams, and build it up as you go for more rewards! There's so many flavors to choose from. It's the perfect ice cream place for anyone and everyone! My next flavor I'll would like to try would be Brie My Guest. It looks creamy and yummm!!! Thank you, Scott! Thank you for reading my review. Have a great evening!

    Double scoop in waffle cone

Ah-the OG of ice cream shops! It's been open for a while in the Aina Haina shopping center and we frequent Foodland next to it but have managed to resist going in. Well, after a night at the movies (The Boys in the Boat-awesome movie) we decided to top off the night with ice cream. Greeted with a friendly welcome and loads of choices. I got the two scoop in a waffle cone ( you can get it in a cup, regular, wafer or waffle-priced accordingly)- the iconic butter pecan and the cherries jubilee. Ice cream is good but don't expect Sage creamery or Dave's. It is a "dad takes the kiddos for a treat" place. It's the ice cream shop of your childhood. Of course you've now grown up and a 2 scoop in a waffle cone will set you back about $8. I do want to mention though the waffle cone was a little stale- no crunch. Oh well, it was a nice trip back in time for us.

Check your receipts! This is the second time I got overcharged for my visit! This one was a bit much. My fault in not looking at my receipt till now ( went 4 days ago). The worker charged me for a banana split at $10.59. I only ordered three single scoops and a milk shake. I didn't think too much on the total $30, since BR is pretty pricey already. My friends ordered after me and they didn't get a banana split so not sure why it was added. So, just check your receipts. Hard lesson learned for me and a gentle reminder for everyone else.

Mint choc chip! I forgot what my date got! But we both loved it!

Yay!!! Baskin Robbins on the east side!!!!!!!! Ice cream shops bring back happy memories!! Mint Choc Chip is always my favorite! I love that there is way less green dye in there! Still the same yummy taste! Ice cream always makes me happy! The worker was nice and happy to let us sample flavors! Ambiance is like any other ice cream shop. Seating available inside. Lots of parking available!

Thank you for adding this location :) Just a hop, skip away from Kaimuki! This is a perfect spot because there's lots of free parking. As soon as you enter, you're greeted warmly. Fran C. and I went right after lunch and it wasn't busy at all. We were served right away and I was able to satisfy my crave for jamocha ice cream :) Indeed, this is a great coffee flavor! I confess, I had two scoops LOL the second flavor was butter pecan. So yummy and they have big chunks of pecan throughout the scoop. Mahalo Fran for the treat! And thank you BR for the quick service and clean tables to sit at :)

I must say that customer service sure goes a long way in a business, and the lone clerk who was manning this Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop in the Aina Haina Shopping center sure did a great job! I was having some Frrrrrrried Chicken adventures with my Yelp buddy - Jolene L., and after eating our KFC - Korean Frrrrrrried Chicken, I wanted to surprise her with some ice cream DEALAGES!!!! It all started a few months ago while reading da Midweek newspaper, I came across a coupon ad for the Baskin-Robbins at the Aina Haina Shopping center where you can buy an ice cream cone, and get one free. Being da DEALAGES hunter that I am, I made sure I cut that coupon out, then checked da date on when it expires. Lol! Da day finally came, as yesterday we made our way to Baskin-Robbins. I guess we must have come at a good time as there were no lines, with just one party ahead of us. Baskin-Robbins carries an array of ice cream flavors & to be honest, picking a flavor can be pretty challenging. At the end, we ended up picking up a Butter Pecan cone, & a Jamoca cone. How was da ice cream? I don't know? Lol! Truthfully Bruddah Fran is not an ice cream eater, but he knew his Yelp buddy - Jolene L. loves ice cream (especially Ben & Jerry's). Unfortunately there is no longer any Ben & Jerry's ice cream shops on Oahu, so 31 flavors it is! So happy I came here, because of two things - 1. The clerk who helped us was very friendly, and upon leaving the shop, he even thanked us for coming by. That kid sure knew how to provide good customer service, I only wished I got his name to give him some proper recognition. 2. From da look on my friend's face (I actually have a cute funny picture of her holding her ice cream cone, but Jolene requested that I not post it - Lol!). Bottom line is that I'm happy my friend enjoyed it! Mission accomplished!

They make it so easy to order a cake online but it is so hard to cancel or modify your order since you have to call them to make any changes. The phone number that was provided on the confirmation letter just rings and no one ever picks up. The only way to get it cancelled at this point is if you were to physically walk into the store. If you sign up for their emails then you sometimes will get promotions or discounts for whole cake orders.

Morale has been low at the office so I decided to get some convenient prepackaged 4oz assorted Samurai cups to cheer up the staff. My colleagues also picked up some bags of buttered popcorn with mochi crunch and furikake for an informal office party to welcome the much needed weekend. Because we were already there, we also got some soft serve cups to cool down before heading back to the office. My colleagues had the classic strawberry and blue vanilla swirl and I selected the mango. My colleagues enjoyed their selection but the mango didn't live up to my expectations. The color was vibrant and enticing but sadly the mango flavor did not come through. Each cup came with a sugar roll cookie that was delicious. After our cold treat we headed back to the office with our surprise for our colleagues where it was a big hit. There were many happy faces standing in line grabbing some popcorn and a 4-oz cup of Samurai. Overall, a much better experience with Samurai that's deserving of an update with higher marks. It has been noted in my books to stick to flavors I'm already aware of and avoid trying new ones for that possible disappointment that often happens to me.
