Good quality made fresh. I noticed that the cookies are crunchy on the outside. Chewy on the inside, the muffins are delightful, sweet and light. The bread is quite heavy in terms of weight but as you eat it, it taste light so it is very nice and filling and has a subtle mochi or tapioca starch texture, which I love, especially if you're going to toast The bagel or the bread. This is an absolute jam when it comes to accommodating those with dietary restrictions, but even if you are not eating a restrictive diet, the baked items are really delicious too.
