Picked up a cake for my little brothers birthday. Supposed to be ready at 230, I go to pick it up around 3 and they tell me ten more minutes. After the ten minutes, I go back in and they are heading me a cake with the wrong message, and when they bring the ticket to confirm it was ordered with the wrong message, you can see on the receipt it was in fact supposed to say "happy birthday" rather than " welcome home stephanie". Cake must not have sat long enough in the freezer either; im assuming due to it not being ready near the pickup time and the fact that it almost completely melted in the fifteen minute drive home. My wife and I went to Baskin Robbins in Little Elm this evening and ordered one scoop each in a waffle cone. The employee charged us $15!!we asked her about the price, all we got was a blank stare. I called This store today and requested curve-side pick up and was told several times from the employee who answers the phone they do not offer that at all. Fellow Frisco and Little Elm people, do yourself a favor and go to marble slab down the street, at least they are friendly and don't seem annoyed to have employment. The girl working today seemed upset to be there, and the topper for me was her pointing her finger in my sons face (literally 2 inches) trying to direct people where clown cones and cakes are-----Next time try being polite and say excuse me or better yet walk around actually help the person---don't worry kiddo the waffle iron will still be there when you get back. read more

Went last night for my second time at this location. I forgot it was kids night...that was my fault lol. Our server was having a hard time getting my girlfriend's flavor (it had hardened). She said it was okay and she wanted something different. He did as she asked (which sometimes sucks, she can be bitchy) and told her he wouldn't mind getting fresh ice cream for her. Not so great. I think convenient stores have better ice cream. The only reason I have visited more than once is due to my son loving the gross bubble gum and cotton candy flavors. I ordered my mother a birthday cake online, and it turned out beautifully!! The online ordering system was simple and straightforward, I could even pay online. The cake was ready exactly on time and looked wonderful. The price was very reasonable. The store itself has a small parking lot it shares with several other stores so parking can be a bit hazardous. The store interior is nice and clean (smells yummy!) but it's very narrow. The employee that helped me was very polite and focused, even though she was working alone on a busy Saturday. There was a long line. There seem to be only two workers. One worker was spending all of her time refilling straws, spoons, napkins etc. The other worker was waiting on people but was very slow. I've been to many different Baskin-Robbins but have never been completely ignored as a customer before walking into the Little Elm Baskin-Robbins. We stood there for at least 10 minutes with only 2 other customers there who were together. The employees were speaking in a different language to the other two customers about some issue with there order. We waited patiently while no less than 5 people behind the counter never even acknowledged our presence. After another 5 minutes we simply walked out. As I was leaving I spoke to the person in charge behind the counter and said "have a nice day". No one even looked at me or spoke a word. My wife and I compared observations when we got back into our vehicle. The store was extremely messy and dirty. The glass counter had not been cleaned in a while and everything behind the counter was in complete disorder. We left and went to Handel's down the road where we received prompt service with a smile and where we will be going from now on. read more

First time here and upon entrance very dirty and messy presentation, dirty tables napkins all over he floor and over heard some people that they didn't even want to eat there ice cream inside because of how dirty it was. I'm giving Baskin a 3 not for their ice cream but because of their customer service. Their ice cream is always great in all locations and that is why we continue to go there but this is our third time to this location in the last month and the guy that was working all 3 times seemed absolutely miserable working there. I even made a comment to him last time I was in saying, "are you having a bad day?" And he said something about one of his coworkers being allergic to bananas and having to make a banana sundae so I let that go. Tonight - it was super busy. We waited 20 minutes for ice cream and when it was finally our turn, my daughter ordered a chocolate shake. It literally took him 5 minutes just to scoop the ice cream and he kept taking his baseball cap off and back on during the whole shake process.
