Medium BootDaddy served in a large cup.

Honestly I wasn't all that impressed with Andy's. They were expensive and didn't impress at all. I've had custard at other places and been much happier. It was so runny here, like their machine wasn't working very well or something. Also, it was weird they made my medium BootDaddy in a large glass, so it looked disappointing since it didn't go all the way to to the rim of the glass. See my picture. Staff were super friendly, which was nice, but didn't make up for the poor experience. Also, even though they don't have inside dining, it might help if they were to put a few picnic tables or benches outside for those ordering at the window, rather than the drive-through. Next time I think I might go to Freddy's instead.

If you're looking for a cool treat in Frisco, Andy's Custard is definitely worth a visit. I tried their root beer float with chocolate ice cream, and it was pretty fantastic. The root beer was bottled, and the chocolate custard was rich and creamy--definitely a winning combo. The place has a relaxed vibe, and the service was friendly. It's not a mind-blowing experience, but it's definitely a solid 4-star spot for a sweet, nostalgic treat.the drive though is quick and easy as well. If you're in the area, give it a try!

I've never tried custard before. Always thought it's just ice cream. But noooo...it's much thicker and creamier than regular ice cream. No wonder they call it concrete. Very generous amount of cookie bits and fudge. By the way the gentleman at the drive through window was super nice and got a great smile. Thank you Andy's! This has been such a wonderful experience.

Oreo Milkshake + Vanilla Malt Shake

3.5 stars. The second time was better than the first. Desserts: A little pricey for ice cream/shakes - two small desserts costs about $11. I got a normal oreo milkshake the first time and it tasted like Oreos were crumbled up into a thick mixture of milk and water. However the second time I got a concrete with strawberries and Oreos and it was pretty good - the strawberries didn't seem fresh, but it gave my sweet dessert a bit of a tanginess, which I surprisingly enjoyed! My boyfriend usually gets a plain vanilla malt - he craves Andy's malt at least once a week. Environment: I hate how there's not a menu where you order. The menu is at the beginning of the drive-thru, but you order at the window where you would typically pick up/pay. I haven't experienced their "dine-in". Service: Hit or miss. During our first visit, the girl taking our order barely said anything to us besides the total & then she handed a dripping milkshake to me which melted down onto my hands and the exterior of my car. Someone with common decency would've handed me a napkin - even when I asked for a napkin, she took her sweet time. The second time, there was a girl taking orders on a tablet since there was a bit of a long line and she was the most precious thing ever. She also told me about their puppy cone since she saw our pupper in the backseat.

The staff at all the Andy's i have visited are always very happy and helpful. I also suggest you join the rewards programs to earn free treats! My treat today was a free reward so it tasted even better. I ordered their pictured flavor on the menu of the JitterBug Concrete (for those not familiar this would be like a Blizzard at Dairy Queen but way better). It was coffee and heath bar pieces and i added the hot fudge core in the middle of the vanilla custard. It was fantastic so if you love coffee and Heath Bar you will need this.

Great custard, but really expensive, but they do provide a nice portions of it, small seating area outside no shade, axkward drive thru, can be dangerous with children.

Customer service is terrible. The manager does not know the first thing about customer service at the Prosper location!

Everything looked good to me and I was trying to make a decision. I counted 7 employees and not one greeted me or offered help. There were a couple other people in the store but there was no line. I asked a young woman for help and she was polite but not at all welcoming. I ordered one pint of Coconut and one pint of Cookie Dough. She was having a difficult time scooping the ice cream into the pint containers, so a gentleman working behind the counter as well, took over. As I watched him pack the containers I thought they looked kind of shallow. At other ice cream stores I frequent, they pack the ice cream solid and heavy. I felt like they just didn't really care, actually. I was friendly and smiling as I'm one of "those people" who wants everyone to like them! I paid for the order and tipped 15% on the register. That was the smallest percent offered unless you said "no tip" or custom. I I typically tip much more but felt like I shouldn't since they were so unfriendly. When I returned home and got the containers out to taste the ice cream, I could definitely see they weren't 16 ounces. I got my scale out to check and indeed, they came up way short. I mean...for the price? $7.99 ...$8 a pint? At least fill it up to get what you are paying for, am I wrong? I won't go back and I'm sure they couldn't care less, but for others who don't frequent centers like this one was in, you may want to know ahead of time what to expect. Taste wise? It was very creamy and good.

They changed the game. Their dairy-free gelato selection is nothing short of a revelation. Not just a flavor or two off in the corner, but a real, thoughtful spread of creamy, bold, legitimately delicious options. Smooth texture, rich taste, zero sacrifice. I finally get to enjoy gelato like everyone else--without the worry or the regret. Let me be honest though: I fully intended to take a picture on my first visit. I wanted to document this magical moment. But that first bite? It distracted me. I blinked and it was gone. All I had left was a clean cup and a happy sigh. Now I've made it a tradition. I'll keep coming back, and I'll keep trying to get that perfect photo before the gelato disappears again. No promises. Paciugo isn't just a dessert stop--it's a rare find for those of us trying to keep our balance without missing out on joy. The staff is kind, the flavors rotate, and the experience always hits. Given it was 12:30pm we were happy to see this place was quite full but still had a table for the 2 of us inside. There is a terrace which might be an option for our next visit. Yea you read that right, we will definitely be back. For lunch we ordered the octopus appetizer which was nice a tender, perfectly grilled and simply served with the most perfect vinaigrette. Nothing more than a little squeeze of lemon over it and you could have brought me a dozen more. But we had to save room for our mains. I chose the gyros salad and my wife the baked haddock with Greek potatoes and string beans. Both dishes were perfect. Not too fancy and just what the doctor ordered. Overheard several tables around us that they were repeat customers so we must have stumbled on to something good. So if you are thinking Greek, check this place out. You won't be disappointed

The main dish just wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't because it wasn't well made, it was more of a texture preference for me. The potatoes were a little overcooked for my liking, although a friend at our table said his were great. I did, however, love the gigantes! Our table also shared the Trio of Dips (tirokafteri, hummus, and skordalia), the moussaka, the Brazilian steak, and the Aegean stuffed pepper. The tirokafteri and hummus were both delicious. The skordalia wasn't for me, but that's simply because it's essentially a chilled potato dip, not a reflection of the restaurant. The Brazilian steak was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.
