My review is for the creative and accommodating staff. I ordered a cake for someone who works with stars and space! The staff gave me ideas and the manager himself helped gather the things I needed. The cake was beautiful and the tastes awesome. I've ordered from them before and they have not let me down yet! As for criticism on this page about cleanliness, I think it just needs a little remodeling inside a little update because it's a little old. That being said, the staff was super friendly!!! Very helpful and respectful when entering. The manager/owner implored us to try some samples of many different flavor ice creams flavors, including some new ones. I ordered a cookie and cream hot fudge brownie sundae (judge me haters) and it was one of the best desserts in my life, no joke. I was hoping I could eat it for an entire lifetime and then die happy with it by my side. My girlfriend was still deciding what to order and was urged to try the new Beach Day flavor. I don't know what was in it and I don't regret what I ordered, but this was one of the best ice cream I've ever had the honor of trying. This location is having a quality control problem. The last two visits the fudge and caramel toppinging were hard as rocks. The heating elements of the warmers don't seem to be working for over a month. Sundays were poorly constructed due to overworked employees. A family favorite when it's time for a treat - my girls love the flavor selections - my older one prefers wild n reckless sherbet because it makes her tongue turn purple, my younger one will eat anything! They have a station where they can add nuts or fruit or chocolate (only for very special occasions!) and also a well-stocked take home section. We've been here a couple times for simple ice cream or a milkshake and the service has been mostly good. The ice cream is well... ice cream is hard to mess up I think. It's pretty run of the mill taste you could get from any Safeway or something like that. The location is in a large center so it's convenient in case you're running errands and need a sweet tooth pick me up. The problem we've had that really ruined our experience with this location is the ice cream cake. We picked one up and found out that the cake base that separates from the ice cream is done by having a plastic film on it. Well they didn't remove the plastic film or it broke off in places and that makes for some pretty gross experiences for people having cake. Imagine having a sandwich but the cheese paper from the packaging was left on. Really disappointed that the QC here missed. read more

Sometimes they weigh the container to make sure the serving met their standards. Tonight, the boy did not fill up the container to the top, nor did he weigh it. I am done with this place. Absolutely terrible service!!!!!! My husband and I came in tonight to get ice cream for our five kids.. I have a medical exemption to not wear a mask do to a nerve disorder in my face. My children ordered there ice cream with no problem and one of the teen workers stormed over to me and said "I'm sorry we can't serve you because you don't have a mask". I explained my exemption and was going to walk out but as I was explaining, the teen girl walked away shouting "DONT SERVE HER". I walked out as the rest of my family paid and waited outside. Afterwards, another patron who witnessed the situation, walked out and said all three teen girls were loudly making fun of me after I stepped outside. At that point I was extremely frustrated and wanted their names so I could call corporate so I walked back inside to get their names. They refused to give names and were hysterically laughing. The most awful one kept saying "this is my last night here I don't have to give you my name and I don't care who you call. You're a grown ass woman figure it out. I don't have to serve you." Again, as a reminder, I waited outside after I was told I wouldn't be served. She proceeded to argue with me after I told her how unacceptable all of their behavior was and followed me as I was walking out the door screaming. I started to get loud as well and telling them that they shouldn't have a job if this is how they're going to treat customers. She was acting crazy like she was gonna try to fight me. She literally came outside and her and another teen worker kept mouthing off. Regardless they took it too far when all I wanted was their names since they were being so incredibly disrespectful and rude to me. Not only in front of my own family but in front of all the other patrons. As we loaded up the kids in the car she started calling someone and taking pictures of my car. I went here the other night to get a couple of 2 scoop sundaes to go. I've been here before and it's always ehh. When I first walked in the first thing I smelled was urine. I don't know if that was what it was, but whatever the smell was smelled like it..not pleasent. The employees were..okay. A young boy and girl working. The girl was fine, the boy came off as a punk. Baskin Robbins has so many commericals and such nostalgia that I often forget what it's like and stop in, just to be disappointed all over again. When you walk in, expect to be hit with a nauseating smell of sourish milk. It smells like they poured all the old milk down the drain and just let it sit there without washing it away. I seriously want to gag every time I go inside. The staff really doesn't improve the place whatsoever. While there have been a few friendly teens throughout the years, but for the most part there are two options: either come in the morning to get the grumpy older lady, or come in the evening to get a pair a lazy teenagers who apparently hate their job. The older lady is always in the back, cake decorating she told me, and seems to throw a little huff any time someone dares interrupt her to buy (gasp) ice cream! The teen staff, as I said, is so lazy. They work in slow motion, often will ignore customers in line while heading to the back (to do Lord knows what) and seem entirely uninterested in being at work. The cleanliness, as I mentioned above, is lacking. It smells horrible, and there is always ice cream tracked all over the floor. One can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors.... Price are incredibly high. The only time ice cream is affordable is on Tuesday nights when they have the dollar promotion (but beware you can only buy three scoops) or on their annual firefighters fundraising event. The firefighter thing is actually pretty cool, local firefighters actually serve your ice cream! Otherwise don't expect to pay less then $5 no matter what you get. Product is above average ice cream. I prefer to buy the little tubs, take them home and eat them. The waffle cones are made there, but I have received stale ones on more than one occasion, so I don't recommend them. They do have all kinds of flavors, and a monthly special. They will let you sample flavors before deciding. They also have dairy-free options. They make ice cream cakes. They have a soft serve machine, although it looks so dirty I'd never order any. Please note this location does also have good parking, indoor seating only, typical prices, and a bathroom that says "out of order" half the time. read more
