This location shares a storefront with Auntie Ann's but for some reason doesn't share a listing. It's located inside the Livermore Premium Outlet's on the same side as Ralph Lauren in between Abercrombie & Fitch and Lucky Brand. It's really small inside and very busy, especially at the weekend. Seems like this place is more popular than the food court most days. I don't stop at Cinnabon often and when I do it's for Hubby's mid shopping craving so having this here is a great option when I'm dragging him around the many Sports store's. He deserves a treat, right? The bun's here are just like any other location - Huge, gooey, incredibly sweet and stodgy. The nutritional content on these Bun's are scary though. 880cal, 36g of Fat and 59g of Sugar. Yikes! So if you're the health conscious kind like myself and really cannot resist then the Minibon is a slightly better option (350cal, 14g Fat and 24g Sugar). Still scary but a lot less damaging. Staff are friendly and work through the lines quickly. *TIP* Sign up for their email club and get regular deals including a Minibon on sign up and a free item on your Birthday (usually a ''Chillatta'' drink). read more

Located in the Livermore Premium Outlets, it's a great place to come for an ooey gooey sugary cinnamon roll when your energy levels are low from all the shopping. It's however hard to find because it's a tiny store that shares a kitchen and storefront with Auntie Anne's. If it wasn't for the long lines going out the door, I'd walk right past. There's a tiny seating area inside consisting of just 3 tables. A center of roll, my favorite order here, was $3.69 last time I was here. Best thing to get for walking and eating without getting sticky fingers, and especially if you only like the soft centers of the cinnamon rolls. ;) read more

Just had to leave a review to acknowledge the awesome customer service, not everyday do workers deliver friendly service.. Most of the time, they're there to do their job and that's it. My experience at this Cinnabon was unexpectedly bad. I had asked for cream to put on my food but the cashier said I had to pay $0.89 for a small container of cream. Why is it so expensive? That cream doesn't even cost that much! I don't know if the boss is cheap or if she purposely didn't give it to me. Before, the cream was free if you bought ONE cinnamon bun. I had told her this and she argued back saying that I could get one small container if I buy TEN cinnamon buns. Later, the girl started talking in Spanish to a coworker in front of me and I felt like she was talking about ME. I think all she did was being racist. I may be Chinese but I am not like the Chinese who have recently begun to rapidly immigrate to the U.S. I have lived in the U.S. for more than 35 years! They just look at our skin color and think we're from China! I think she thought I didn't know her language and purposely talked about me to her coworker in front of my face. Great cinnamon buns.....terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a box of 6 cinnamon buns but was told no more boxes for the night even though there was plenty of cinnamon buns on the shelf. This is the second time this has happened to me. It is not a corporate policy but rather an individual employee being to lazy to put together a box for a customer. With 15 minutes before closing, I guess this employee would rather throw away or eat the remaining buns than sell them to a willing customer. read more

As a pregnant woman I was craving my sweets. So I walked in and wanted to get the pre fix box of 4 and take it home. I asked the cashier if they were going to put more out or if they can make a box of 4 for me. She said that they couldn't cause the ones pre fix are made in the morning only so when they run out that's it. She said I could just order 4 if I'd like they'll be boxed separately I said oh yeah that's fine thank you then she rang me up and I'm thinking she going to charge me the 16.99 for the prefix of 4 in a box but she charges me each one which is like $5 something. First off she could have said I could order 4 individually but the price would be for each. I asked her what's the difference between what you guys make in the morning to now she said nothing she just can't box 4 rolls together I guess. I'm confused instead of the business making money I was disappointed at the customer service that I just bought 1 so instead of spending about $20 for the business they only got $5. They didn't even close for another 2 and half hours and plus the guy making the rolls on the right still had two trays in front that I think was waiting to be put in the oven. I just want to know why if the store has the product why not sell it and if they run out but still have the product why not make more. money is a win for business but I guess they don't care less work I think less washing pans less cleaning up the product. read more
