Anyways, as we abandoned mom at the Tommy Hilfiger store, we sneaked into the food court to get a quick bite of whatever my son so desired. He starts pointing at the ice cream from people that were walking past us. So boom, we arrived right at Haagen-Dazs. And man, I'll keep it short, being in the middle of that food court was chaos as it is already. The service was not great, employee did not offer us to try a sample and felt rushed into making a selection. All the employees looked frustrated/irritated. I get it, probably long day, but still, not professional. I ended up getting the smallest size cup of ice cream, don't want to give my son too much sugar this late. Didn't think it was this small though. 7 dollars is what i believed i paid. Very steep. Besides that, it did taste pretty good, my son loved it. Maybe next visit will be better, but for now, a lot was left to be desired.

I understand things happen, but updating store hours online and keeping toppings stocked would make a huge difference. So, I asked her if she wanted some ice cream and she said yes. So, we pulled over and Dad and luckily found a table, but the cart was a little bit of an issue. No matter where we put the cart it seemed to be in the way. Unfortunately all the end spots were taken, a natural spot to store your cart. We had an interior spot so we tried our best to put it close to the table as possible without blocking any one. In the end it turned out we weren't blocking anyone. After we were settled I put the trash in the trash can that was left on the table. And Dad grabbed a bottle of cleaner and sprayed down the table and wiped it clean. All the while Mom ordered from the Kiosk as that's now where you order and then went and stood in the long line to pickup. Usually they ask you at check out if you want anything from the food court, but since we went to the self check we didn't get that option that I was aware of. Mom finally came back with her choice of Sundays. She got the swirl of Strawberry and Vanilla ice cream and cherry topping for $2.49. For not topping it's $1.99 and for the shortcake one it's $2.99 She loved it. She got just the right amount of topping to go with the ice cream. We tried it too and it was good, but it was more than either of could eat. We each took a couple of bites and we were done. Mom made the comment that it was colder than the hard ice cream scoops. The food court has a lot of offings I'm not familiar with such as chicken strips, chocolate chip cookies, and Rotisserie Chicken Salad. They still have the standard hot dog and soda deal from $1.50 and the slice of pizza for $1.99. When we go we have either one of those and always jump in the cash line as it's shorter and we actually have cash on hand. A novelty these days. All in all the food court is a staple in my parent's lives. Depending on our schedule we could take it our leave it. Though it's really convienent when we are out and about and forgot to eat.

Love the size of the hotdog and the bun fits perfectly. I don't really like the paper bag wrapper, I wished they'd go back to the silver paper wrapper. I also miss the onion dispenser, I wish they would bring it back. You can still get onions, but you have to ask and they give you a small cup full, of which half is wasted. The dispenser worked perfectly. I finish my dog with mustard and relish, usually one of the 2 condiments bars has both, but rarely on one. The service (2 Stars) is always slow, the line is the worst. They recently changed the line drawing on the floor, 1 for each window. But if you get a slower window, you can get lapped by the faster line. Go back to 1 line for all windows. Make it have as many switch backs as possible in the space and it doesn't have to be so wide. Horrible decision!
