Always love Baskin-Robbins ice cream but this location is pretty bad. We ordered hot fudge sundaes and the two scoops were so small that together they didn't even fill HALF the container. We got hot fudge but no whipped cream, no nuts, no cherry. Not much of a $7 sundae. Wish they weighed their portions too. If you want a special treat, you might want to try another ice cream place. read more

Mediocre service at best. Love the ice cream but the workers usually close down long before closing time so very few flavors are actually available. Didn't even hesitate telling us that we only had 4 flavors to choose from. At that point just lock the doors because people come to shops like this for variety. I arrived at the restaurant five minutes before closing, which I admit is cutting it close. The door was already locked and it appeared that the crew had been closing up for several minutes seeing as how everything was clean and they were counting out the drawer. The staff first ignored me when I knocked on the door and then what appeared to be the supervisor gave me an attitude. I wasn't aware that it was acceptable to post specific hours and then close whenever you feel like it. It was my first and now last visit to this store. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

I got to your store at 9:10 p.m. (May 15th, 2019) from across town, and when my daughter and I walked in we were ignored. After looking at the selection I was ready to order only to continue being ignored. There were three employees that could have helped me with my order but they continued cleaning. One of the employees left and bid his fellow employees goodnight. We continued to be ignored so we left the store. I patronize your store pretty frequently and never had problems like this. I felt very unwelcome and felt as if I was bothering your employees. This is just downright rude! You can rest assured I will not be coming back, and furthermore I will be discouraging my friends and family from patronizing your store as well. If you want filthy and not up to the health code, have an ice cream cone here. Fingerprints all over the front glass door, on the register and on the glass in front of the ice cream. If you want to watch ants crawl, look down at the floor because they would have a heyday there. Absolutely filthy floor. Bathroom and toilet filthy with urine down around the base of the toilet. Annoyed, the only flavor I ever want is always out, always. Today they even had it but refused to put it out. If it's so popular that it runs out so quickly, they should be ordered accordingly so customers aren't constantly wasting their time. As soon as we walked in, my family was warmly greeted by the worker there. The ice cream was the best I have had from any business. The young lady helping us was as friendly as can be- when you go ask for her, Rachelle, as she is by far the most personable! She assisted everyone with making sure we got the flavors we wanted most, and even though I hate to admit it, she sold me on buying a sundae in order to get all of my cravings out of the way all at once!
