I have lots Baskin Robbin's since I was a kid and Gold Medal Ribbon is my favorite!!! So if you love chocolate, vanilla, and Carmel this is the one to get! I saw some of the reviews and sadden of the experiences that they had and I hope management has read them and improved the experience. For me - I had a good experience and the ambiance is pretty much the same in every location - they could all be a little more happier- especially with how much it cost! It's kinda hidden but at the same time, you can see very well from theain street. This store has everything for your sweet tooth and some more. Has two entrances and there are listed parking shared by other tenants. Had lots of regular cones that's dipped in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles and such. Hope they get wild and start offering marblized version with with white and dark chocolates. One my visit, they were decorating the cake on site. Big plus! read more

Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! My husband and I, along with three grandchildren and our son, went into this store for a treat. Employee, Riley, a teenager was behind the counter. I greeted him and he ignored us. He was biting his nails, had his fingers in his mouth and then started running his hands through his hair. He proceeded to put his hand in the case to get a sample of ice cream and I asked him to wash his hands. He told me NO because his hands were not going to touch the ice cream. I said that was unacceptable and that it was unsanitary. He did not care and continued to argue. I asked for his name and he said he wouldn't give it to me. (The other employee there told me) I asked for his managers name and he refused to share that. Needless to say, we left! I will never go to this store again. I've also contacted the corporate office. I love baskin Robbins ice cream but the "customer service" here is AWFUL. I stopped by to grab two quarts of my dad's favorite flavors for father's day, but one of the flavors was not pre-packed in the fridge. I then waited at the counter (while the cashier completely ignored me) until finally she gave me some acknowledgement...I asked if I could get a flavor that was not in the fridge packed in a quart to take home. She straight up lied to my face and told me no, what they have in the fridge is all that is available. I know for a fact from previous experience that they CAN hand pack quarts, I'm just guessing that was too much trouble for her.....I only gave this place one star because I had to. If I could give them less I would. This location has definitely lost my business. It is worth it to drive farther to go to a different location where the employees actually have customer service skills...and better yet, don't LIE to their customers! read more

I wanted to write a review because I was treated very poorly, I went to get a cake for my daughters Birthday party, I ordered a cake and when I picked it up it was horrible. I wanted a cake that fed 8 kids and 2 adults and when I got the cake it was small and the decoration was crammed on the cake, I told the girl I didn't want the cake it wouldn't feed the kids, the cake cost 25.00 for a very small cake. I really love the selection here. The variety of flavors is great and I can always get something different. Every time we stop in there are 2 high school aged girls working. Pros: Ice cream is always good. The location is easy to get to. Cons: Staff is usually in a bad mood. Often "close" early on busy nights to avoid customers. Management doesn't respond well to criticisms. If you're a female customer, being served by female employee, you're probably going to get less ice cream. read more

I agree with the other comments about the customer service. I ordered a custom birthday cake online and it was not ready at the time it was supposed to be. When I finally got the cake, it was great. However, the process was not so great. I ordered it the day before as instructed on their site. They never checked the orders and looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for it. Customer service is lacking big time. Went in at 9:45 to get myself and five others ice cream on Thursday night. The two young ladies working were very irritated to say the least. They actually refused to serve us the cones with sprinkles and chocolate on them because they were already Saran wrapped. Not kidding. She truly said to us that she would not take the Saran Wrap off and serve us those because they close in fifteen minutes ...so we could have plain cones or a cup! Do u close at 9:30 or 10 because if you close at 10 you should want revenue until 10? Training is needed and six customers are never returning due to being made to feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in while their open!!!
