Baskin Robbins did a fantastic job on a custom ice cream cake I ordered. The cake turned out great and was exactly what we were hoping for. The staff and owners were extremely friendly and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were able to accommodate the custom order and had it ready right on time which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a great cake. It's kinda hidden but at the same time, you can see very well from theain street. This store has everything for your sweet tooth and some more. Has two entrances and there are listed parking shared by other tenants. Had lots of regular cones that's dipped in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles and such. Hope they get wild and start offering marblized version with with white and dark chocolates. One my visit, they were decorating the cake on site. Big plus! read more

Picked up a delicious Turtle Pie on a Friday afternoon from their ready-made case and the entire family loved it! Crisp chocolate crumb crust filled with pralines and cream ice cream and then overlayed with the best, creamiest caramel I've ever enjoyed! This is worst experience ever!!! They charge 12.99 per quarter for ice cream. The one by parker road and Arophone road only charges 7.99 per quarter. I was asking about will they price match. Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! My husband and I, along with three grandchildren and our son, went into this store for a treat. Employee, Riley, a teenager was behind the counter. I greeted him and he ignored us. He was biting his nails, had his fingers in his mouth and then started running his hands through his hair. He proceeded to put his hand in the case to get a sample of ice cream and I asked him to wash his hands. He told me NO because his hands were not going to touch the ice cream. I said that was unacceptable and that it was unsanitary. He did not care and continued to argue. I asked for his name and he said he wouldn't give it to me. (The other employee there told me) I asked for his managers name and he refused to share that. Needless to say, we left! I will never go to this store again. I've also contacted the corporate office. Never order here from doordash. Or just in general. I ordered a couple of shakes through doordash. The person gave me the bag and leaves. Then I notice that the bag says Jamie T on it and that's not me. Such crap The customer service is horrible. I love baskin Robbins ice cream but the "customer service" here is AWFUL. I stopped by to grab two quarts of my dad's favorite flavors for father's day, but one of the flavors was not pre-packed in the fridge. I then waited at the counter (while the cashier completely ignored me) until finally she gave me some acknowledgement...I asked if I could get a flavor that was not in the fridge packed in a quart to take home. She straight up lied to my face and told me no, what they have in the fridge is all that is available. I know for a fact from previous experience that they CAN hand pack quarts, I'm just guessing that was too much trouble for her.....I only gave this place one star because I had to. If I could give them less I would. This location has definitely lost my business. It is worth it to drive farther to go to a different location where the employees actually have customer service skills...and better yet, don't LIE to their customers! read more

Waited over five minutes to be even greeted and then when we were, they refused to accept a coupon we received from the same location only a few weeks before because it didn't have a barcode but was quite clearly company issued. I even called another location to confirm that this coupon was valid and they were very kind and helpfull and knew exactly what coupon I was referring to. I wanted to write a review because I was treated very poorly, I went to get a cake for my daughters Birthday party, I ordered a cake and when I picked it up it was horrible. I wanted a cake that fed 8 kids and 2 adults and when I got the cake it was small and the decoration was crammed on the cake, I told the girl I didn't want the cake it wouldn't feed the kids, the cake cost 25.00 for a very small cake. I really love the selection here. The variety of flavors is great and I can always get something different. Every time we stop in there are 2 high school aged girls working. When they are engaged they are friendly and pleasant, but no matter what combo of girls are working, they always appear preoccupied with their phones or personal chatter. Management doesn't respond well to criticisms. If you're a female customer, being served by female employee, you're probably going to get less ice cream. read more

I agree with the other comments about the customer service. I ordered a custom birthday cake online and it was not ready at the time it was supposed to be. When I finally got the cake, it was great. However, the process was not so great. I ordered it the day before as instructed on their site. They never checked the orders and looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for it. Customer service is lacking big time. Went in at 9:45 to get myself and five others ice cream on Thursday night. The two young ladies working were very irritated to say the least. They actually refused to serve us the cones with sprinkles and chocolate on them because they were already Saran wrapped. Not kidding. She truly said to us that she would not take the Saran Wrap off and serve us those because they close in fifteen minutes ...so we could have plain cones or a cup! Do u close at 9:30 or 10 because if you close at 10 you should want revenue until 10? Training is needed and six customers are never returning due to being made to feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in while their open!!! Thank goodness there are other locations to drive to. We Feel bad for this owner because they are losing revenue. read more
