Baskin Robbins, Prescott Valley, AZ. I stopped a week before my granddaughter's 3rd birthday to order a cake. I brought the napkin of her party theme, Pink Paw Patrol, to be placed as cake decoration. Day of party, went to pick up cake, no record of order, even though I had receipt of order/payment. The excuse was a former disgruntled employee threw all orders away on her way out the door. The explanation was, "Her leaving really Fxxxed up our store." We ended up with a cake, but not what I paid and ordered. Also, if I was the franchisee, and I learned an employee talked to a customer using such language, they would not get a second chance to do it again. Will not do business with them again. read more

I've been here a couple times already and while it is not great it is better than the other location in Prescott valley next to the DQ. The place is super small and attached to a sandwich shop. There is a drive thru and tiny parking lot I'd you choose to go inside. The bad thing about here is if you are the only car in the drive way the service will be quick. If there are other cars be prepared to wait a minute. It's usually young college kids that work here but they are trying their best. My bf and I walked in to by $60 worth of unneeded ice cream to treat friends who came into town after visiting our cities amazing zoo as today 9/3/21 @ 3:15 pm was so hot. We were not greated upon arrival which was fine but upon being assisted Jaylene was unpleasant, did not use mannerisms, did not conversate, rolled her eyes, slammed our ice cream down, when we asked for lids she yanked spoons out of the cups, she cross contaminated the scoops and cups my mixing ice cream (imagine if the kid who had vanilla had a chocolate allergy, law suit they have right there) and then laughed at us when we wished her a better day. The BR is attached to the back of Scout's and shares the same parking lot. There is not much to say about this place -- you either like their expensive, meager portioned ice cream or you don't. The one special feature is that they have a drive-thru. Poor customer service. We had a ruined birthday and a very expensive cake that couldn't be eaten. This was due more to description issues than the store, but the management response was very poor. Emails were exchanged with nothing offered except apologies, not one offer to try and make up for what happened even in a small way. When I said that I would like about more than an explanation, especially at the price point of the cake I question the manager stopped answering. Double check your cake before buying. read more

No help at all from employee I was very disappointed with the service at Prescott's Baskin-Robbins today. I arrived at the store, looked at some of the ice cream flavors then went to the freezer to look for a cake. The young sales girl was just finishing up with a drive through customer. She never acknowledged my existsnce. After looking through the freezer for something other than chocolate (yeah, call me strange that I don't like chocolate), I asked the sales clerk if they had non-cocoa cake. She said she didn't know and suggested I look in the freezer. (Did she not see what I had beem doing since I came in 5-7 minutes ago?!?!) I finally found a white/strawberry cake tucked way in the back of the bottom shelf (so glad I had the sales clerk's encouragement to continue my search). I brought the cake to the counter, asked for an inscription, and asked if there were any coupons on line. The less-than-helpful attendant was not sure, but allowed me to search and search and search. The inscription was completed by someone in the back room. The girl continued to wait for me to explore the B-R web site. I found a coupon valid for $3 off on several size cakes. I showed her the coupon, but she said it was for the wrong size cake. (It was valid for several sizes, including sizes smaller than the one I chosen, but I had shown her the wrong cake. Drats!) Evaluating the situation and the totally unhelpful demeanor of the young lady, I paid for the darn cake and promised myself I'd share my experience with others. I have always been a fan of baskin Robbins and this one is wonderful! They are cheaper than Dairy Queen and the lady that takes my order at the drive through is always friendly and efficient :). In my opinion their milk shakes are the BEST in town and and their sizes are huge! I hope more people go to them so they stay in business because other wise we will be stuck with the lame frozen yogurt joints. Definitely can't beat that classic baskin Robbins flavor! It's what I grew up with! And the rest of you need to lighten up maybe go get some ice cream! read more

I went to this BR store here in Prescott, Az, today (7-26-2020 around 2:15 pm). I ordered a quart of vanilla, and a quart of mint chip-hand packed. When I got home I thought I would weight the product as I have in the past and the weight difference between the two was unaccepetable. The mint chip weighed as expected but the vanilla was a good 2.14 oz less than the mint chip. They have served shortages to me in the past, and U host overlooked it, but thistle no overlooking. How would they like to order their favorite meal and then get shorted on their favorite part of dinner, a shortage of let's say sauce or gravy? Although the location for us to shop is quite convenient, I will not be supporting this establishment anymore. I will not refer anyone to go there anymore. I will go to the the other location. By the way, a hand packed quart container without the lid should weigh 24oz. I don't work there AND even know that! Training and quality control needs to be paid attention to here.... read more

We went by tonight at about 9:45 PM, and it was dark and closed, so we double checked the time that Google said that it closed, Google still said that it was open until 10 PM, and the sign on the door said that it was open every day until 10 PM. I always get my cakes from here the manager/cake decorator is always so helpful and consistent in taking my order and making sure it looks and taste great.
