    Kettle corn
    Sandra L.

Me and my soccer teammates came in on a whim after our game got canceled. Ethan and Bryce were super friendly and nice to all of us, offering ice cream samples and being super helpful. I got the kettle corn and some smarties and they also had sour smarties whip I had never seen before, and the kettle corn is great. Would definitely check out if you're in the Prescott area!!!!

Stopped in after checking out the market. They had a bunch of old fashion candy and were giving out generous ice cream scoops. It was hot so the ice cream hit the spot. The flavors were just ok though, I got the prickly pear and was a bit disappointed, but perhaps I just choose poorly. Made the wife happy though.

--Atmosphere, Service, & Parking--- This is a nice treat store featuring quite a bit of candy, chocolates, homemade brittle and fudges, various popcorn, ice cream and more. The place is filled to the brim with all sorts of signs, their various items, and decor. I was a bit excited to stop in with friends and I look forward to trying out more things should I visit the area, but the first visit left me wanting more. Service is mostly self-service unless perhaps one wants to get ice cream or to pay for things. Parking around the vicinity seems to be street only and fitted with various meters. ---Treats---- Friends ordered ice cream and they seemed happy enough, so perhaps ice cream is the way to go. I purchased some treats, specifically a brownie ice cream sandwich, and a chocolate rice krispie treat. Both were not good, but the chocolate rice krispie was a tad better. The brownie portion of the sandwich tasted nothing close to a brownie, and the rice krispie treat was decent at most. I don't know if the chocolate covered Rice Krispie treat was made with milk chocolate, but I think that would be better if it was. Next time, I'll stick to candies, popcorn, or ice cream.

An old school candy store located in the town square of Prescott! From their own spin on different popcorns, to vintage candies from your childhood, to some of the best ice cream you will ever try! The only purchase I made was ice cream for my daughter. To say it is some of the best I've ever had would be more than an understatement! Prices are fair, the serving size plentiful, and the quality more than exceeded expectations!

This was a must stop shop on our trip up to Prescott. It's a very nestalgic place with the old fashioned theme. We purchased 3 different flavors of popcorn and peppermint bark everything here is so delicious so keep your dentist on speed dial. The staff was great so if you have a sweet tooth or just need something cold to drink I always recommend coming here.

This place is ALWAYS a stop for me while visiting Prescott. Sometimes, a multiple visit. Lol I usually end up with a bag of caramel peanut popcorn. Yum! They have awesome homemade ice cream, popcorn and candy. They also carry some familiar old time classic candies. Some of my childhood favorites. Razzles, Bottle Caps, Zagnut, Big Cherry, candy cigarettes, wax teeth, etc etc.......I l love this place! If you're in Prescott, come down to the square and visit this place. You won't be disappointed

This treat shop is a real delight, from the staff to the homemade popcorn, to the in-house made ice cream all the way through to the decor. I felt like a kid in this place and could have hung here all day. The black cherry ice cream was so light and icey--a true treat. Located at Whiskey Row on Montezuma Street.

I love general store old fashion candy and popcorn. When you first step in the smell of butter and caramel popcorn immediately hugs your senses in a warm embrace. There are rows of bagged candies, rows and rows of truffles in the glass case, and retro candy scattered throughout. It would be a bit overwhelming if I wasn't a popcorn / candy nut. I skipped over the gummies and candy you can find anywhere, skimmed over the retro offering and beelined to the popcorn. I settled for the large bags of caramel and kettle which were reasonably priced. Another customer behind me commented it was too high priced but you get high quality ingredients. Easily taking a tie for the second spot for best popcorn I've had in my life. Both the caramel & kettle are crisp, few to no kernels, and is the perfect level of sweetness. Our family snacked on the bags days after and it stayed crisp and delicious to the last bite. Regrets were made on not buying more; lol. (#1 Happy Popcorn booth in Ensenada & #2 CGV in Buena Park) Highly recommend! Yum!!

Walked up and down Uptown Sedona before coming back, and decided on the Bacon Cheddar and White Cheddar Garlic Parmesan because yummmm!! When I went to pay, the guy at the register said since you're buying 2, you get a free bag of butter popcorn! Heyyyy, I'm all for free, so yes sir, thank you very much! At $6.95/bag, they are fairly priced. I like the variety of flavors but do wish there was more room to move inside. It's very cramped in here, but you just grab what you want, pay and leave. I also wish the popcorn was made fresh, but I know it's an entire production to do that with when you offer different flavors. They also sell other items like ice cream, drinks, and different flavors of salt water taffy. I'm a fan of taffy, but I skipped it this time around. The staff was friendly and the freebie was a pleasant surprise. If you're walking around Uptown Sedona and want a lighter snack, pop into Sedona's Popcorn Emporium and support this local small business. I'll have to make it a regular stop each time I'm in the area!

This area is cute with many small businesses that has lots of great stocking stuffer items for sale! I've noticed small black businesses next door to one another which was also a great perk because it's nice to see diversity in businesses. They have parking meters outside that are really reasonable. I suggest bringing $1.50 in quarters, and you will be fine parking and browsing shops in the area. Some meters in the area do not have a cc insert so I recommend keeping quarters on hand. I will definitely return to this area since they have incense that have a smell like no other, and the incense didn't appear toxic. Happy shopping!!!

This is a candy shop that's small in size but bursting with a ton of different confections from all over the country. They have the Goo Goo Clusters from Nashville, Moose Munch from Medford, Hammonds from Denver, Claeys from South Bend, etc. It's certainly an eclectic selection, well appreciated for variety, but we were looking for locally made items that could keep well in the Arizona heat. We ended up purchasing some prickly pear cactus candy and their in house made mountain bark. Mountain Bark ($5.25 per square) - This is essentially an improved rice crispy treat crossed with fudge. There are tons of crispy popped rice bits interspersed with soft gooey marshmallows, some chewier melted white chocolate bits, and plenty of peanut butter flavor. It's a denser cake vs. a light and fluffy rice crispy treat, but is, dare I say, more delicious. (4/5) With such a wide variety of delicious treats, Sweet Shoppe Candy Store is definitely a great place to pick up some candy.
