4th visit, only ever able to ice cream 1 time, and this wasn't it. They are once again out of the only 1 no sugar added flavor, in addition to 7 other flavors being out. No ice cream to serve. 3 employees playing with their friend through the window. Lousy service, no treats, seems like no management. How do you pay people when you have nothing to sell? The 3 stars is the average of two trips--one about a week ago and one tonight. Solid 4.5 stars last week. Served by a super nice first shift employee with a great personality and lots of enthusiasm who knew how to scoop ice cream. Tonight? 1.5 stars. Served by a young lady who seemed to have a fair amount of attitude and was put out by having to scoop ice cream. And the scoops were pathetically small. Does this picture look like two scoops to you? What a waste of money. My advice is go during the day during the week if possible. You'll get much better service. read more

Unprofessional. Too casual. Not refined. Staff not trained properly for success. Ordered simple milkshake. Staff member had never made one before (unacceptable as an employee).Just guessed. Had trouble operating blender. Obviously not trained on blending correct ratio of ice cream and milk. Shake was thin, milky and I could barely taste the flavor of the ice cream. Paid over $7 for CRAP. Facility looked dirty and not tidy. They were out of the flavor of ice cream I wanted for the shake and gave me some excuse it's seasonal. I've gone to countless Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors ... not once has any of them been out of the flavor I wanted. The staff member I dealt with was not confident, was slow and again, just guessed on preparing my shake. She was also slow on the register. I will NOT return there ever again, nor will I recommend their store to anyone. It's a shared donut store. The donuts were sitting there vulnerable in the open air. Totally gross. Who manages this store? Whoever you are, you need to step it up. Have you checked out your rating scores lately or your reviews? Not good. Improvement needed. Please take pride in your position as a manager and in how the store is run from employees to products, to cleanliness, to properly trained employees for success and customer satisfaction. I just went here this evening, to order a big order for a large group of people. I had my order ready to go on my phone, and when I was asked what I would like, I started with saying "can I start with a banana split?" In which the young girl at the window responded with "we are actually completely out of our bananas right now" so I said "okay well can I get one brownie blizzard" to which the girl replied "yeah, so we don't actually have brownies because we don't really sell a lot of the brownie sundaes" and I kind of paused in confusion, and responded with "you don't have brownies EVER?" And she responded with "no". I said "okay well how do you guys have like 10+ items on the menu with brownies if you don't actually have brownies?" Which she just responded with "yeah we just don't have them".. so I said "okay well do you happen to have any nutty coconut ice cream at the moment?" And she said no we don't.... (Which is very funny because I had a coworker get a brownie ice cream cake DoorDashed to work yesterday)... like Okay so what DO you have then?? Good lord, on a Saturday evening, you don't have any ingredients left? Or is it because you actually just have lazy employees that don't want to do their job. If you're going to hire teens/minors, maybe make sure they're not just trying to get a paycheck, without actually doing the work! read more
