First let me start off with the ambiance was great. Love the old architecture and old school feeling inside. The gluten free doughnuts were great. Very flavorful and a lot of options for gluten free and keto. The service needs a lot of help. I was served by Isaac H. who acted very irritated I was there. Just not friendly, had a very condescending attitude. When I ordered the gluten free doughnuts I stepped to the side of the register. When he didn't grab the gluten free doughnuts I had to ask if I needed to wait or what was going on. He then told me those are made to order. I wasn't upset by the made to order wait but explain that when someone orders. They may not have time to wait. Overall doughnuts are delicious. A little expensive but you expect that with these type of doughnuts. Service needs serious help. Specialty doughnut shops need to have a wow factor to bring customers back and that includes customer service and the products they offer. Will I give them another try. Sure. read more

Parlor Doughnuts is such a cute spot! All of their regular doughnuts look like they are filled but only a small section are. Their doughnuts have a very layered dough with the flavoring on top. We bought four regular size doughnuts and four mini doughnuts. We ordered two chocolate chocolates, a campfire, and a maple bacon plus two raspberry filled minis, a cinnamon sugar mini, and a coconut cream mini. All the doughnuts were great and devoured quickly. They are really messy but that is to be expected. I tried the banana pudding latte, the flavor was very subtle but good. We'll be back the next time we visit Prescott! read more

Yum!!! The coconut cream pie donut was divine. The cream inside and frosting on top were both amazing. The carnival donut was also tasty for our 7 yr old. The inside was very cute with hardwood floors and lots of places to sit. You could definitely bring your work or a book to read. We also ordered a latte and a drip coffee, both were good. Parlor Donuts is one of those places where you walk in, see the gorgeous lineup of donuts, and immediately understand why people hype it up - Flaky, layered, creative, and honestly some of the better donuts you'll find around. Flavor-wise, they absolutely deliver. That said... your wallet might feel a little emotional afterward. These treats are definitely on the pricier side. Service was the one area that didn't shine. The staff wasn't exactly radiating warmth the day I visited, but to be fair, the donuts themselves made up for the flat vibes. They serve savory donuts starting at 11 am. The service is friendly and will answer any questions you have. My son had been wanting to go here again, I'll admit their cronuts are very filling, I opted for their GF donut, taco breakfast where you get 1 egg, cheese, bacon on a GF tortilla w/added on avocado, omg, I was in heaven! I definitely recommend trying the breakfast tacos, you get 2, my son had the other one. The gf donut wasn't that bad, kind of reminded me more of a little piece of cake, the option definitely comes in handy when you have to eat gluten free and wheat free. I also got one of their iced lattes, very delicious, I like that I can taste more espresso than an extra sweet drink. I was also still able to use my bday reward, it had been about 2-3 weeks later after my bday. The service is always great! read more

OH MY GOODNESS! These donuts (shortcut spelling!) are fantastic! The location is perfect and parking is so convenient. They are located in a cute little shop right on Montezuma, which is better known as Whiskey Row to many locals and tourists alike. We drove out from PV on a Sunday afternoon (I know! Who does that???) to grab one of their much-talked about "French Toast" donuts and ended up with two of them, a Maple Bacon, and three Raspberry-filled minis (65 cents each!)! The total was actually much less than I imagined it would be, since everything is so expensive these days. We paid under $15 and I must say, they are worth it!!! My husband ate half of his French Toast as soon as we got home (I can't believe he waited to get home!) and he said it was delicious. I on the other hand, grabbed one of the minis and it was FANTASTIC! I would definitely drive back just to pick up more Raspberry-filled any day!!! They are absolutely wonderful! A crispy outer with just the right amount of filling and then covered in powdered sugar... Oh my! Don't quote me on this, but I think you can get 10 minis for $4.95... DO IT!!!! I can't talk much on the other flavors we got, because I've yet to try them, but I can't imagine them being anything less than delicious! Very friendly staff and a whole lot of seating available. Very clean establishment and the best part is that they have a dog-friendly patio. Yum. Yum. Yum! These are not a traditional donut. Instead they are like a round croissant with a variety of icing/topping choices. They do have some that are custard filled and jelly filled. The doughnuts are light, flaky, and butter inside with a light crisp on the outside. So far the Turtle Cheesecake has been my favorite. Their donuts are divine. Their service is probably the worst I've never seen. The first time we went in it was great. The person behind the counter was attentive and helpful. The next time we went in it was about 20 minutes before close. I would never enter a restaurant 20 minutes before close having spent my life in the restaurant world, but it's donuts and I'm not asking for anything but to go. The donuts were consolidated so we asked what was what and couldn't get an answer and then they just walked away from us, taking a tray and throwing them in the trash. We walked out. Today we walked in around 1. We came in the left door with the tables and saw a girl mopping. She didn't acknowledge us or even look up. We stepped down to the other room and waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. We could have stolen the cash register, the merch, and quite honestly, I think we could have walked out with one of the display cases.
