My boss came in raving about the coffee at Scooters and telling me I needed to try their new flavors. Since being here for a few months while I drive past it every day to go to work I've never stopped in. Today I woke up with no coffee in the house and decided to give them a try. Pumpkin caramelicious - espresso with caramel, almond milk, pumpkin spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. I opted for no whipped cream. While it was a little on the sweet side (I just added a little hot water) it was still very good and gave me a nice jolt to start my day. I will be back to try their other variety of coffees on the menu. read more

BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have been here a couple of times since the Starbucks near me closed. The coffee is alright, a bit on the weak side. This morning I ordered two coffees, one for me and one for my office mate, because it was Tuesday and the sign said buy one get one; nowhere on the advertisement sign did it say with app only. My name is Karen I was visiting my friend, Glenna and she took me to this coffee shop it was awesome, I had a turtle something, it was awesome, It was fresh and tasty, the server's name was Maria, she was funny and kind and engaging, which was fun, the place was a gas station made over to be a coffee drive thru, its was neat cause the gas station did not have to be torn down, it was repurposed and it was clean, they had tables and chairs you could sit outside and have a conversation. First time coming here. Staff super friendly and helpful. Got myself the butterscotch cold brew and fruit smoothies for my kiddos. They were out of what I originally ordered for the kid smoothies, so I told them to surprise me, and my daughters said it's delicious! I love that they're close to me , and I'll def keep coming back. Your employee Malachi went above and beyond with such a rare kindness that I will always recommend this place! My dad was hospitalized at the VA and he just came home after being in icu since June and I had picked up his requested McDonald's meal but forgot the chocolate shake. My daughter told me to stop by there and I asked if he could make a chocolate shake he said he can it won't be like sonic but it will be close. Malachi did a great job and even wrote a sweet message. Worst coffee in town. I've given this place a lot of chances, I've been here about 5 or 6 times and every time it's been pretty terrible. There specialty drinks are way to sweet, and I really like sweet coffee, but every specialty coffee I've had from here is so ridiculously sweet I can't drink it.They water down their regular coffee like you wouldn't believe. Ive also tried their food and it was awful. I paid $5 for a $1 Walmart style "burrito" that was just cheese whiz in a tortilla. The final straw that got me to leave this review is today when I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and was given literally a cup of water with cream. I had multiple people try it and we all agreed it was literally just water and cream. The color of the "coffee" was even white like cream. Everyone has always been very sweet there and I've never had a bad customer service experience here, however the products are just so so bad. Save your money. read more

Great coffee here I also really like their breakfast sandwich. They do have a couple small tables but it is mostly a drive thru place. But don't let that stop you they have plenty of both hot and cold drinks to go along with some food items. I highly recommend Scooters read more

The only reason I gave this four-star is because all I've ever had is the coffee. I haven't tried anything else. I've had their coffee freeze things. I forget what they're called but oh my goodness! They use ice cream in them! They are so good! They are worth every calorie. They come in your basic mocha, caramel, and coffee flavors. They have other flavors to. During the fall they of course have a pumpkin spice. I think it was pumpkin spice salted caramel or something weird and I don't like caramel so they took that out and just gave me pumpkin spice. And it was good! They are very nice and try hard to get your order right. They have a drive-through which is also very helpful. read more

Similar to a Dutch Bros. Very sweet drinks, more focused on fun flavors than coffee. Although the espresso was not burnt and had a nice flavor, the drinks were way too sweet. Didn't try any of the food items. Not as good as the local coffee shops, but the cute drive-thru location makes for a convenient stop. read more

Maybe make sure your barista's window is closed before they shout, "Did she really order a water with no ICE?! That's so STUPID." + various other complaints about my order (I ordered one coffee and one water - that's it) The only reason why this bothered me is because there was no one else at the front or in drive through line. During a rush, of course we all get annoyed at everything. Service industry is frustrating. But since it was dead, & I only got two items (not a crazy 15 coffee order) it felt unwarranted & it really turned me off from a place I generally enjoy going by. read more

They NEVER get my drink right. Sometimes it is totally different and sometimes they don't even have the order which I placed from their speaker. Plus they are always super slow. I love their coffee and would go almost everyday if they would get a new manager that cares. read more

every time i've come everyone is so kind! i believe the owners were there when i had gone to the walk-up area (which is so cute by the way. doesn't have a public restroom though) and they are very kind as well. very fast paced even when they're busy. the longest i've sat in the drive thru was about five minutes. drinks are a little on the sweeter side but it's worth it! the food is also fantastic. love this place. read more

Very happy with Scooters. Spent the weekend in Prescott on a little trip from Kingman. Visited scooters twice. Both times the service was fast and friendly and the coffee delicious. When I paid today, there was some kind of mixup with my Apple Pay. We thought it went through but as it turns out, on my return to Kingman , I saw the charge did not post. Not sure what happened but I called the store to make a payment over the phone. I was told that they realized something happened but that they were going to comp the coffee. It is this business sense that will make me a dedicated scooters customer. Thanks and see you the next time I am in Prescott. read more

I stopped by Scooters twice last week (once walk up and once drive up)and was very happy with my cappuccinos. There are a lot of variables in making a good cappuccino - get any of them wrong and you can have a bitter, too hot, weak, or bland cup of coffee. Both times I had a very smooth flavorful just right temperature espresso drink. Combined with speedy friendly service and an easy in and out location, it's nice to welcome another coffee option in the city of Prescott. I'm adding it to my mix of 'go to' coffee places - It's great to have options! read more

We felt like only visitors in the place. Most of the bar patrons seemed to know everyone and were engaging the bartenders. Parking rather tough, it's all angled on street up against town square. We had a pretty long walk weaving through all the St patty's day revelers.

When you go into the shop there is a lot of seating and when I went it was pretty busy. The inside felt a little messy and didn't give that comforting feeling that coffee shops provide. I spent $18 on a medium pumpkin spice coldbrew with oatmilk and a medium caramel apple cider. There is non dairy alternatives, it is $1 to add non-dairy. The caramel apple ciders taste was muted and I could barely taste the caramel. The pumpkin cold brew was good. The drinks themselves were okay, but definitely not worth the price or going out of your way for.
