It's the second time I come to this place and the second time they don't make the Cappachino original right. So I decide to say something this time and ask for them to remake it. This older man with no uniform which I assume is partial owner tells me he will make it but that I have to wait outside because my 3lb service dog I've had in my arms the whole time isn't allowed so I say ok I understand I will wait outside . He sends the employee to hand it to me and it's the same exact one he did not redo it but instead just blended it more, I know this because it taste the same, nothing like coffee and the color is NC 30 instead of normal nc40 lol as it was before never coming back again. I go back to ask if he just blended or redid the whole drink and the very nice employee didn't know what to say because she knew he didn't, so she goes to the back and a woman (said she was the owner) no uniform says "he said he redid it so do you want your money back? " So I'm said yes! Thank you for my refund, it's least you can do but all I wanted is for you to make the drink correctly. I've been here twice in the past week and the same employee has help me both times, his name tag said Kent. Kent has to be one of the worst employees I've ever met my life. The first time I went it was myself with my son and he was helping a lady in front of me. For about four minutes he continued to help the lady in front of me by chatting with her about personal things, something about a high school and or their kids. I was clearly there to buy ice cream and she had finished her transaction before it even arrived. I stood there, looking at them both, quietly hoping to myself that they would stop talking and realize that I was ready to purchase ice cream. Neither of them got the clue and it was pretty annoying by the time I was actually being served. Today I went and he was super cold. His responses were robotic, he didn't really interact with me at all, he just went through the motions of what an employee would do. I tried to ask him his preference on a particular cake decoration and he didn't respond. He never made eye contact and he was very abrupt. Not really sure what to make of this guy, he's either Way too chatty and doesn't care about the next customer in line or he is so robotic there is absolutely no life coming out of him and you don't want to interact at all. The owner Sara is very rude! The drink wasn't good, tasted like pure milk, was suppose to be Thai tea. Sara was very condescending and didn't offer my daughter a replacement scoop of ice cream for the drink she didn't like and I had to pay for the drink. I have been to this Baskin Robbins before with previous owners, always nice and greeted you with offering a sample, there was no greeting and the owner is EXTREMELY rude! I have been here many times and the ice cream is great. The ice cream cake I buy from this location for my birthdays are great! Now why the three stars? The people who work there are absolutely upset, angry, basically the unhappiest people you'll ever meet. You walk in and it's complete silence no greeting of hello. I went to this location specifically for a banana royale and was told that they were out of bananas. They have at least three items on their menu that includes bananas. The most ironic part is that they are less than 100 feet from Ralph's. Why wouldn't they simply go and purchase bananas so they could serve their entire menu. What a great find. I haven't had an ice cream cone in many years. Recently a friend told me she felt a need for one so we stopped here. Wow were we impressed, with everything. So on Sunday I went online to order my son's cake for his bday. The system was down then, when the order would load I couldn't load the $3 off code for ordering a cake online. I called the store and talked with a nice lady who took my order and stated I could pay when I got there and get my $3 off. So I walked in and this man gave me an attitude from the beginning. He acted like he didn't have my order and finally he found my cake. He rang it up at 25.99 and I told him that the lady I spoke with told me I could get my little $3 off and he was like where's the coupon. I told him I didn't have one because I was trying to order it online. He was so rude. I told him he and his coworkers needed to get on the same page. I paid my money, took my little ass cake as he told me to have a nice day and he'll see me again soon. I told him I'd NEVER come back to his store. I feel like there was an issue online on purpose. I don't know if it is a typical experience, but this is one of a few 31 flavors that didn't weigh my ice cream scoop. That always bugs me when they do that. This location is also much larger than other 31 flavors I have been to. I don't think they have many places to sit despite this, but it helps to be inside on a busy 31st day. read more
