    2 Scoop Sundae
    Elizabeth A.

My family & I come here all the time. The service is always good & I have never had any complaints but the last 2 times we have been extremely disappointed with the size of the scoops. The first time, which was a couple of weeks ago, I thought the employee may be new but it happened again yesterday. My husband asked for a 3 scoop Sundae but when we got home we noticed it was only 2. 2 kid size scoops. It's not worth paying almost $8. I hate to say it but I can buy Baskin Robbins at the market & buy some chocolate sauce for the same price or less but get way more ice cream! It's too bad, I would rather support our local store. We went to another location last week & the scoops were definitely bigger. See the pic attached. The scoops are so small that they almost fit side by side in the cup.

They are such nice people and I usually come here once a month but I finally tried a Jamocha shake and I only had 5-6 sips and put it in the freezer to save for later and then this morning I wanted to have a sip because it was so good but I noticed what looks to be blood in my straw and I'm quite worried because I definitely know that I wasn't bleeding in my mouth last night and I'm hoping it's strawberry syrup or something like that but I'm quite worried

So I haven't had ice cream in months, and haven't been here since I was a teenager. Got here today about 1:45 only one guy working and a few people in line ahead of me. I had a two scoop sundae. The Carmel truffle and the Reese's peanut butter. Both were tasty but the scoops were super small and covered by a lot of whipped cream. The cherry tasted old and funny. Like it was sitting there for months. 7 bucks for a small Sundae! Meh....... Should of went and got frozen yogurt elsewhere.

Our go too Baskin robins in simi, always clean, fun and the best customer service. Very nice workers and accommodating. I brought in all my 7 grandkids for the promotion of $.99 cent kids cones. The promotion was per customer so it would have had to a been 1 transaction per one but they went to bat for us and let us pay all at once. My grandkids had the best Ice cream time ever here. Thank you Baskin Robins for always taking care of us. Especially when my grandkids came into town to visit .

Ah, the siren call of Baskin Robbin's on a summer's night.

We had a really good experience last night at BR. I didn't catch the names of the two younger men working behind the counter, but they did an amazing job. Friday night, after a warm summer day - lots of people were in the mood, like I was, for a cool treat. With only two working behind the counter, it could have taken a while to be served, and there was a small wait. Overall, though, they kept it moving, and were obviously hustling. Not only that, they made sure to greet guests as they came in, and said good-bye and thanks when they left. There was an aerobic workout going on back there, as the guys never stopped moving. Despite being in the middle of a busy night, the store looked clean, which is no small feat with melting ice cream involved! Lots of families came cycling through, with kids excited for their ice cream fix. One of the joys of summer! While it may not be "gourmet" ice cream, I am partial to their Watermelon Ice, now renamed Watermelon Splash. With 31 flavor choices, there surely must be one you'd like. The five stars are for a combo of the reliability of this company, plus the two stellar employees who were doing a great job during our visit. Summer night food craving tamed!

Gold Metal Ribbon with waffle cone

So many new and interesting flavors and of course the good old fashion originals I grew up eating as a kid. I ended up getting a waffle cone with one scoop of Gold Medal Ribbon. Perfect size. The bf got a brownie hot fudge sundae. Note the brownie is super chocolate, but really good. But here's the thing, I'm only giving three stars for the simple fact that the guy working the counter seemed like this was the worst job ever. He had no facial expressions, he looked super bored, and he wasn't friendly. Like c'mon who isn't happy to work in an ice cream shop ??! I'll update review if I get better customer service. But until then, have some employees that are nice and friendly and even smiling working here.

Another angle. There the ice cream is not even packed into the quart container.

My husband went to this store to bring me home a pint of Chocolate Fudge today. What he brought home was a 3/4 full quart, which he paid for a full quart. My husband had to try to tell the employee how to scoop ice cream without injury. Still this young man was not successful. This quart was not weighed. No customer service was received. Other stores in town do not have this flavor. My quart weighed 1 pound, I ounces. Far lighter than I have ever received. Worst service ever.

    Banana split

Please for the love of god train your employees that when they have an online order and hot fudge is included in said order to please put it in a separate container so it doesn't melt the ice cream it's only common sense.who wants to order ice cream and then have a runny milk shake when it arrives? Completely wasted my money.I will be calling grub hub to get my money back.

Always very friendly service at this BR. Hands down the best chocolate shake in Simi Valley.

Lack of customer service left a very bitter taste. You need more than ice cream to keep people coming back.

Ice cream was good. But the service was bad. I was served by a young Indian lady who didn't do much.

I know everything has gone up but to pay $34 for 3 cups of yogurt (42 Oz all together) is outrageous. Do they not get that there are plenty of other choices for dessert? 2. This one, is by far, the one thing that gets to me. You pay for your items, and they ask, would you like a bag? (Arrived alone and paying alone, how the heck am I supposed to carry 3 cups?), to which I answer "and spoons", before I get asked the ridiculous question. 3 spoons get tossed in the bag and then the bag gets handed over to me. With 5 people behind me, which mind you, had been waiting with me for some to come out and tend to us, now waiting for me to carefully bag my items (which felt like an eternity, especially with the eyes of the cashier on me insinuating, with the look and crossed arms, to speed it up a little). Every other yogurtland I've visited, with the exception of one, always nicely bagged your items. When I voiced my opinion, that one store changed their ways. Hoping this one does the same? Truly has put a bad taste in my mouth and experience and don't think I will be back. Management, hope you see this and change things for the good of your loyal customers

I went inside and I am a coffee and chocolate lover so I was in awe when I came inside. And of course I had to get my chocolate treat since I didn't have any at home. The shop has this warm, cozy vibe to it. There's seating outside but also all the way in the back. There's an expresso bar in the back and a cute vintage looking set up where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee and treat. I got some chocolate barks (dark chocolate almond bark, milk chocolate almond bark, sugar free milk chocolate almond bark) and the sugar free peanut butter cup and the dark chocolate tiramisu truffle which the girl said is their most popular item. I also got the chocolate chip cookie and omg! Really enjoyed it! It wasn't hard or too soft. It was crispy enough and if you do like it on the softer side, just a little bit in the microwave and it'll come out just right. It tasted like it just came out from the oven. I didn't get coffee because it was too late in the day but I happen to be around the next day and stopped by to get a latte! Although they dont have their flavored lattes on the menu they do have different ones you just gotta ask. I got the iced hazelnut latte which was so good, not a lot of ice, and only $4.50 for a 16oz! I'm excited to know where it is and can't wait to come back! There's a lot of parking since it's in the big shopping center right next to Sprouts.
