We got the mango snow creme. Overall it was okay, the shaved ice was sweet however the mango was a lil not good. It was sour and not fresh. The inside was nice and clean though. Service was nice. One thing though there was no price for the snow creme inside which was weird lol. This is probably the closest place that resembles LA boba. So I come here often for that deeper tea flavor and I like the variety of spicy snacks! It's awesome to be so close to a place that also offers Korean shaved ice. As for the bathroom, they're connected to the Bao Su restaurant so you would go around the corner and use the restaurant bathroom instead. Service is usually quite fast. I've never waited longer than 5-10 min for my snacks and drinks. Which is nice because there isn't much space to hang out anyway. This is a really small shop that isn't good for studying or staying for too long. If there are open tables on the patio, then it's good to a quick snack and 1 hour conversation. I come here probs 1 a month but I do prefer a place that allows me to sit there for a longer amount of time. read more

I am usually a 118 café girlie when it comes to boba but it closes at 8 and my daughter was demanding boba at 7:30. I hate going to a business in its last 30 minutes of being open so we looked for another close option and found ES tea. Though the menu isn't as extensive this place does what they do WELL. Their brown sugar boba is out of this world and my daughters absolute favorite. I got their pink coconut drink and it was so refreshing and delicious. We also tried their food and everything we have had so far has been so good though I wouldn't recommend going here for a full meal as it is more geared towards *snacks* . Its also quite small on the inside so not exactly a place to hang out as much as a place to grab drinks and go but its clean and they are constantly playing K Pop music videos which is very much appreciated. My favorite thing about this drink is that it comes with 2 slices of actual peach. Yum! Jasmine green milk tea: 9/10. This drink is everything you'd expect from a Jasmine milk tea. Cant really say much about this drink except that it meets expectations. Grass jelly topping was a bit clumpy and mushy, but at least it tasted fresh and not out of a pre made can. Plenty of parking (+ cheap gas station nearby, very convenient). This is an extension of a Chinese restaurant. I wanted to get a boba tea and continue working, so I found that boba t*me and this new place were the only well-reviewed options in Simi Valley. I decided to stop and grab a Taro Milk Tea. At first glance it looked like there would be no seating, but once I walked in, I was happy to be able to easily sit and do some God-given work. Thank you Lord for a nice cozy place with delicious and not over-priced Taro Milk Tea to enjoy. They have good dessert options and something that appears to be Chinese version of bingsu, but I'm a creature of habit. The boba is a little on the softer side , just a heads up, but 50% sweet for taro is great. I love that it's only like $5 instead of $8 or some craziness that I'm used to. read more

So glad to see a nice and authentic boba tea place in Simi. Everything is made fresh with real ingredients. My favorite so far is the mango yogurt smoothie - love the fresh mango and the crystal boba in it. I've tried the oolong milk tea with grass jelly and it's really good just slightly on the sweeter side so I would probably try half sugar next time. They also have some appetizers. The popcorn chicken tasted pretty good especially with the sweet chili sauce. I haven't had anything that I don't like so far and I can't wait to try more drinks! read more

This is my first yelp review I've written. I even downloaded the app to write this review. I called ES tea and was told they closed at 9:00 PM. My family and I arrived at 6:15 PM and waited about 5 to 10 minutes before an employee walked in to let us know they're closed. The open sign was still lit. The employee said they were too busy to take any orders. ES tea is attached to restaurant Bao Su A Chinese Cuisine. Granted, Bau Su was busy and people were waiting to get their food. However, the employee at ES tea "shoo'ed" my family and me away saying "We're closed. We're too busy." All the while, the employee was shoo'ing us away with the motions of his hands. What a good spot to enjoy a snow cream during this heat wave. I had the mango which is sweet and creamy. But also had the matcha snow cream but it's quite potent. If you've ever had matcha it taste just like the powder. You get other fruits in the bowl such as the sweet beans and what looks like figs. I personally, was not a fan of the cream just the fruits. Definitely, will go back for the mango sweet cream again. You get it in a bowl- as if you were getting a açaí bowl. Check it out! They also have other things on their menu which I didn't get. All in all, an ok place Am in love with this place? NO. Would I come back again? Not after 3 visits. I really wanted to love this place because I've been looking for an authentic "shaved ice" place. Yes I said authentic, because some business say they have shaved ice but obviously they don't know what shaved ice is. Theirs is more like snow cones Here is why 3 stars: 1. Wait time - They take for ever to get the orders done. My last visit it took over 20 minutes. Mind you, had to wait outside in this heat. There was one person ahead of me! That's just oo much wait time for me. They need to pick up on the speed. The first two times it took over 15 minutes 2. Taste - The flavors are good. The shaved ice is good. But the quantity is bad. Because it's so thin, it may seem like they are giving you alot but it's so thin it weights nothing. Essentially they are just giving you air. 3. Prices - I think their prices are a bit high.
