Once a while, it depends on the season or holidays. They so have a good breakfast menu in the morning, including their freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Horrible service. It seems the gentleman there today was bothered to be there and looked annoyed when we asked for our ice creams with a lid. After we paid we asked for a bag and he, again looking very annoyed, handed it to us. It was a 1st time that I was asked if I was drinking my coffee there or to go. I was told it was cuz in El Monte they charge more taxes if you get it to drink there. So I got it to go and drank it there. It's delicious but I'll just stay away from El Monte. read more

We received great customer service from this employee on many different occasions. Whenever we come in we wait for him to be available so we can order. He gives decent portions on the ice cream and is very fast with our orders. He's polite and is good with the small talk. Speaking with other ice cream and donut goers(it's a Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts) when it gets pretty busy they have also raved about the great service by this employee named Vincent. After coming multiple times and the repeated service by Vincent I strongly urge his management and corporate office to recognize the valuable employee they have. To the community and those who are thinking of coming here. If you're helped by Vincent you're getting the highest of quality service. Stop by and try some of the amazing flavors they have. Very very rude staff. As soon as we walked in we were bombarded to order by one of the workers there. We had not even been in there for less than a minute when the staff was forcing us to order. I politely told her that we didn't know what we wanted to order and she said " I don't need to know the flavors I will just charge you, do you want one scoop, two scoops....". SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We felt pressured to order and eventually just left. The store was completely empty so I don't understand the rush to get customers out of there. Very disappointed because we have never had this issue here. Clearly the staff need to be better trained. read more

New Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts! Get best of both worlds here! It's a small space in my opinion but with plenty of chairs outside to sit and relax while u drink your ice-coffee, eat your ice-cream, or eat your donuts with hot coffee! The choice of ice-cream isn't much two dipping cabinets to be exact compared to a regular baskin that has 3 at most OH!! and every 31st they have $1.50 scoops! Which by the way I think they were out of double and triple scoop cups because the lady behind the counter gave us single scoop cups for a double scoop. They have a section for u to sit and look at their cake catalog for future cake orders which I thought was pretty creative. 24 hours in advanced of course. Which is a good idea because, they didn't have many pre-made cakes. Other than that Friendly employees! They should work on greeting the customer as they walk in the door. On Sept 20, 2020 I bought a quart of pistachio ice cream. The were pretty much empty they filled what they could on my quart but they did not smash in the ice cream nor did they weight it. I thought they were going yo get a new pistachio and replace the one that finished but they did not. I will not be going back to this place! Been to this location twice since they opened. Was not pleased by the customer service. The employee did not know which flavor I was asking for when the flavor was right in front of his face. They do not give the right amount of ice cream. If I pay for a double then fill up the cup with an actual double not 2 scoops that looks like a single scoop put together. The girl cashier does not know how to count and looks very lost. Train your employees to treat customers right and show them how to smile. Plus they don't have all the flavors which sucks. read more

Came in Saturday afternoon and bought my daughter her ice cream cake that she loves from baskin Robin's and the service was horrible to start a bunch of teen girls working (at least that's what it seemed like by the way they were acting) I asked if they can write happy birthday on my daughters cake and they said NO!!! because the person that writes on the cakes is not there and they laughed then went on saying that they did not want to ruin the cake!!! really!!! Atleast try!! The kids look forward to reading that on their bday cake!! So upset for sure not going back. I really hope HR reads this so they can learn to pick a little more mature people or at least people that have good customer service. From the 3 that were there 1 seemed to care and she was the one that worked on the on the dunking doughnut side. Just lost a customer!!! Please beware when ordering cakes from this specific Baskin Robbins. We ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance and paid it in full only for the cake to not be made. The store didn't even bother to notify us that the cake would not be ready because they forgot to make the order. Apparently the cakes from this Baskin Robbins store are made at a Baskin Robbins store in West Covina. Our pick up time was at 5 pm. We arrived to pick up the cake only to be told that the cake was not done. At this time of the day there's nothing we could do to order another custom made cake. The store manager still had the audacity to tell us "you can go to Baskin Robbins in West Covina to see if they can still make it". Like really?!? It was already way too late to do that. Life happens sometimes but at least if we would have been notified early morning that it wasn't made, it would have been ok. We were able to get a refund and that's it. Both the store manager and regional manager tried to make it up by giving us some free donuts and ice cream. That didn't come close to justifying what occurred at all. Overall the situation was handled very poorly. Never visiting this Baskin Robbins store!!! read more
