I haven't been to Yogurtland in years, but my lady and I have been here twice in 3 days. Both times, we came by after having a nice meal and wanted to cap it with a dessert. The first time, we shared a cup of NSA Space Ranger Berry Blast and plain yogurt. We topped it with some exploding jelly balls, and fresh fruits. Frozen yogurt hit the spot and was a healthier alternative to straight up ice cream. Today, we got our own cups and I went with banana pudding, pistachio, and strawberry lemonade sorbet. I chose to top it off with white chocolate chips, cheesecake chunks, gummy bears, rainbow jelly, and fresh mangos. The banana pudding tasted much better than I expected with quite a mellow taste. The pistachio was also a nice understated flavor that was a good mix with the banana pudding. The strawberry lemonade sorbet was another story in this mix; it tasted great on its own, but mixed with these creamy options, it felt really out of place with the sour notes. My lady went with a similar mix of yogurt flavors, as her favorite plain yogurt was out. She limited the strawberry lemonade sorbet amount, which made a good mix with a taste of tanginess. Her toppings differed greatly with m&ms and Oreo cookie pieces added to white chocolate chips, mangos, and cheesecake chunks. Great time visitor to this specific yogurt shop. It is a slightly larger shop than most of the other yogurt or ice cream shops in the area. The shop was well maintained, fully stocked with yogurt cups, napkins, spoons, and all the fixins to add to customers orders. I love mixing multiple layers of different types of yogurts in one cup and on this occasion, I had seven different yogurts. Employees were friendly and as always when it comes to ice cream or yogurt anywhere, it was refreshing and definitely hit the spot on a very hot day. read more

When the kids scream "froyo," I ask "where to?"................................. it's 99% of the time Yogurtland, so like any good dessert-loving adult, I immediately obeyed. We pulled up at 9pm expecting a sleepy yogurt joint, but nope... this place was poppin like boba pearls in a milk tea. Clearly, we weren't the only ones chasing that late night sugar fix!! The real star? The toppings bar!!! It's a glorious free for all. We piled on enough cookie dough and gummy worms to legally qualify as a snack hoarder. It's in the same plaza as Panera Bread and a few doors away from Nothing Bundt Cake. It's clean here and decent flavor choices. Guys they have ube flavor here! First time trying it at Yogurtland. It's a sweet subtle taste. My go to are always the fruit flavors, like mango and strawberry. There's a lot of topping options too, but I skip since everything is by weight. well... i was in the area and craving some froyo, so i decided to break my boycott to give them a good honest try. i will most likely not be back. first issue was the line control, the team cannot control how busy it gets, but they can control the guest experience. service unfortunately was lacking due to understaffing, with one team member at checkout. the second register looked like it had been removed as well so maybe it's a permanent single checkout. a lot of the exciting flavors were sold out, so i left this time with a simple vanilla. i will say, there was toppings GALORE!! they did have so many toppings to choose from. the resulting price, $19? i filled my cup halfway while my mom about three fourths, no idea how it came out to almost $19 lol overall the restaurant is cute but everything else lacks, the yogurt, the experience and the service... i would not recommend yogurtland, there are better options in the west covina area read more

I really appreciate the effort he went through to understand the problem and the steps he took to fix it. We appreciate it Allan! (: They had someone come in to check the machines and made sure all were working fine. The place was nice and clean when I visited again today. Sample cups were neatly stacked, yogurt flavors were all refilled, and yummy yogurt as usual! The topping station was tidied up as well and the store manager Cassandra was very kind. It was a hot day so I was craving a nice cold cup of fro-yo and Yogurtland definitely satiated it! I got their pear tart, passion fruit sorbet, coconut and pistachio. The passion fruit sorbet was very sour but I still liked it a lot! Beware if you're not into sour stuff, I would recommend sampling it first (: Pear tart had a very mellow pear flavor to it and I felt like the pistachio one didn't really taste like pistachio! The staff was nice and friendly but one thing that I would recommend asking is if the tare weight is at 0! I was charged for an extra 1 ounce since the tare weight was at 1.01 oz. We decided to get Yogurtland on a whim on a Sunday afternoon.. the space was relatively empty with only a few other customers coming in and leaving during our time of ordering and eating. Quite frankly, I was a little surprised at the cost of the yogurt with toppings.. maybe I got a little scoop happy with my servings but the total was $20 for three yogurts. Regardless- the low rating is due to the number of machines that were not working / unavailable with flavors. The staff at the counter was not very friendly / helpful. When we were lining up our yogurts to be weighed, she clearly saw that we were placing them on a single scale. She pointed at the one that we needed to go on- once they were all on the other scale. Simply stating that earlier on would have been appreciated BEFORE we had them in place. Lastly, we found a hair midbite of one of our yogurts. A great place to come to, for relief of the massive heat wave that we just experienced. A self serve, soft served yogurt shop. Very simple, get in line, pick your yogurt flavor, pick your toppings, weigh it, and pay for it. It's that easy. The only difficult thing here is figuring what flavor yogurt to get, and with what toppings. 16 different flavors of yogurt, over 40 different toppings and sauces to choose from. Line can get pretty long, but moves fairly quickly. Charge is 47cents per ounce, so don't over do it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Area around the toppings table can get a little messy, but I fault the parents that let their kids pick and create their sundaes. As much as I am a fan of yogurt land this one is not up to the standards I like. The frozen yogurt is good but steer clear from the Carmel and chocolate sauce. Totally messed up my yogurt with these. Perfect for a hot summer night ! They have a variety of flavors and toppings . They did not have the Chile mango yogurt that I've had at other locations, but they did have the Tamarindo Sticks to add to the Mango. I do love my froyo from Yogurtland but was so disappointed when we walked in and majority of the flavors were gone for the night. There were still 48 minutes before closing too. They were even out of plain yogurt. The employee was nice enough to check if they were actually entirely out of plain yogurt and apologized when he told me they were. ALERT!!! I went in on Thursday 10-8-20 @ 7:01pm. I got my usual serving and toppings. However, the price was not the usual $4-5 I normally spend. When the cashier told me my due amount I asked her if she could repeat the price I thought I had heard wrong, but no she told me the same price so I paid. As I took 2 steps I thought no way I'm paying way too much for what I ordered. I looked at the scale and the scale was off. It had a pre set weight of 7.1 oz as I looked at the scale next to me it had a pre weight of 10.6 oz. I knew that the weight had to be at 0. So I told the cashier and she asked me if I wanted a "refund" well of course I did what kind of question was that. She said she would get the manager and the manager asked me the same thing "would you like a refund" In my head I was thinking obviouslywhy would I pay close to $5 more on something I did not order. There's fraud being done to customers at this location. I wish I would have taken pics of the pre weighted scales. BE CAREFUL!!! Don't get scam!! I mentioned the incident to my sister and she told me she had gone Wednesday night aswell and she had paid more than usual to; but she didn't think much of it. Who knows for how long those scales have been off. Next time you pay make sure the scales are at 0 so you don't get scam. read more

Watered down "yogurt" is by far the worst yogurt land I've ever had! Not only was their yogurt obviously watered down to the point it melts super easily! They have a no refund policy of some sort! Forcing me to lose money, when I asked "so if accept to get a new cup & every flavor is watered down then what? Do I just lose money." Their reply "basically yes." Omg talk about scamming folks out of their money, then the remarks of "that's why we have test cups" or the initial employee to receive the dispute stated "maybe when you served it wasn't the best if it came out like that" uhm I didn't know there's a way to serve frozen yogurt to make it not watered down. There's a lot of people getting your own cup alone was hectic not to mention having to taste test every flavor beforehand is just absurd, and to advise that is a poor excuse for horrible quality.
