Prior to coming here, I called to place the cake order. Gentleman on the phone was cordial and took my order quickly. Thank you Sir! I picked up the cake 30 minutes early. Inside is quite spacious, but no seating which I found odd since there was enough space for some seating. The nice young lady behind the counter helped me get the cake and had Happy 18th Birthday J* written on it. Thank you Miss! It was an 8 inch cookie n cream ice cream cake for $49.99 no tax included. It had 6 oreo cookies on top of the cake... 8 cookies would have been better so each slice would have one oreo cookie. Anyway, prior to serving the cake, we left it out for about 10+ minutes as instructed. It defrosted nicely. The cake was moist, but unfortunately, the ice cream had already started to melt. My only gripe is that there was more cake than ice cream. Honestly, I didn't think there would be two thick layers of cake and one thin layer of ice cream. Shouldn't there be more ice cream than cake since it's an ice cream cake? Hence, 4 stars! read more

This was my first time going to a coldstone and I wanted to try their halloween-special flavors. My three scoops were Boo Batter, Cotton Candy, and Apple Cinnamon. The reason for the low rating is that I had asked for specific add-ons but the server was very meager in providing. The desserts here are always great and some of the offers and deals are great too but have to say with the soaring costs of inflation have really hit some places hard. My personal order was chocolate something and the employee stuff mine exactly as I wanted it and it was super good with the ice cream being super rich and the brownie bites nice and chewy. Our large group came and ordered as one. We gave our orders, the worker would make it, set it down on the counter behind them (not hand it to the person ordering), and then get the next person's order. There was no attempt to keep the ice cream frozen nor to keep track of the flavors. Good thing the two people allergic to nuts and peanuts in our group saw what was happening and declined to order because by the time they gave us our orders, they don't know which is which and everybody just had to suck it up and eat whatever they were handed, whether or not it was what they ordered. I think Cold Stone has the best ice cream cakes so far. I've tasted Baskin's and some Asian bakeries, but they fall short with the ice cream taste and cake batter. If anyone knows another ice cream cake I should try, please let me know. Their original cakes are good but none of them had the combo I want, which was Oreo Ice Cream & Red Velvet cake, so I had to opt for the custom 8" which was $4 more compared to the already made ones. You'd have to order at least 1 week in advance! Luckily I called 6 days prior and the employee was kind enough to ask her manager if it was ok, and it was! Oreo+ red velvet is a good combo, try it if you are doing a custom cake! You can choose up to 2 ice cream flavors. I decided to add strawberries as the topper because I thought the oreos would be too much. I was wrong -DON'T GET STRAWBERRIES AS A TOPPER! They're fresh strawberries but super frozen because they have to freeze it, so opt for something else. I also tried making the order online, but it kept giving me an error saying I had to choose a cake flavor for the second layer, but there was no option. I picked up my cake and I forgot they didn't ask me if I would want a topping to dress the bottom of the cake. I would've opted in for some chocolate shavings! The cake writing can also improve! I always come here for ice cream, whether it is to get a cup of ice cream or a pint of ice cream. They do have a lot of ice cream selections and they constantly have new ones to try, depending on the season. I passed by this location a few times recently and there always seem to be a lot of customers which is normal because the weather is getting warmer each day, each week. But, I do think there should be another person in the front to help out. When I was here a few days ago, there was only one person in the front and doing all the work. The customers in front of me ordered a lot of items (I mean can you blame them when Cold Stone has good ice cream?) and I genuinely feel bad that there is only one person doing all those orders. I was in line for a good 25-30 minutes. If there was another person helping out, I don't think there will be such a long wait. I would still come back here, but I do hope to see at least two people working in the front especially when summer is just around the corner. read more

Cold stone is a classic. This location has great and friendly service and a fantastic location. Found on the corner of a target plaza and right off of a major road and freeway exit. The plaza is pretty popular, but there's never an issue with parking so it shouldn't be a problem to get in and out if you want. I got the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip love it bowl. You get all the vibes of a chocolate chip mint ice cream, but with the added treats of brownie bits and mixed in fudge. This makes the whole thing a more interesting scoop than your classic mint choc. You get more texture and different flavors in random bites. This might be my new go to flavor. read more

Came here last night with my friend. It was a summer Sunday evening around 20h00. It was a bit busy and the line was passed the door and people were socially distant. I'd say we waited about 10-20 minutes for our order to be taken. My friend and I both ordered a Love It (medium) One Smart Brookie. It took the young man (he was kind and friendly) about 5 minutes to work on our orders and by the time we received them, they were half melted?? We ate our ice cream outside. I found mine to be extremely sweet and tasted more brownie than cookie dough. The cookie dough was also pretty hard and salty. It was too sweet, I couldn't finish it. My friend couldn't finish hers either. Definitely not worth the $$! read more

Cold stone comes with three cup sizes for the ice cream. I usually get the medium size with vanilla ice cream with peanuts, almonds, pecans, and many other nuts. The ice cream here tastes fantastic because it's creamy and not too sweet. I enjoy seeing the employees mix the toppings with the ice cream because it lowkey satisfying. Also, they have a deal from 2-4 or 5 too. Buy two cups for $9. I think this was really worth it because it's cheaper and it serves my sister and me. If you don't know what to get, they will recommend your customer's favorite flavors, and they also do sampling too. There's a sign inside to take pictures for Instagram or Snapchat. Giving a 1 star review based on the customer service ( better lack of CS) we received today from Sable. My party and I (5 of us) waited patiently to be helped. Sable was the only one out front at the time and seemed frazzled as a line was forming behind us. Another girl came out from the back and immediately started helping me. Once Sable was done with the customers in front of me she approaches the front counter and my SIL asked to sample a flavor. Sable rudely tells my SIL that if she is with us (my son and I) that the other employee will help her and gestures for her to move out of the way.
