It was my niece's 18th birthday. She wanted a cookie n cream ice cream cake. I bought her one from Cold Stone Creamery located at Rosemead Place in the City of Rosemead. Prior to coming here, I called to place the cake order. Gentleman on the phone was cordial and took my order quickly. Thank you Sir! I picked up the cake 30 minutes early. Inside is quite spacious, but no seating which I found odd since there was enough space for some seating. The nice young lady behind the counter helped me get the cake and had Happy 18th Birthday J* written on it. Thank you Miss! It was an 8 inch cookie n cream ice cream cake for $49.99 no tax included. It had 6 oreo cookies on top of the cake... 8 cookies would have been better so each slice would have one oreo cookie. Anyway, prior to serving the cake, we left it out for about 10+ minutes as instructed. It defrosted nicely. The cake was moist, but unfortunately, the ice cream had already started to melt. My only gripe is that there was more cake than ice cream. Honestly, I didn't think there would be two thick layers of cake and one thin layer of ice cream. Shouldn't there be more ice cream than cake since it's an ice cream cake? Hence, 4 stars!

Big parking lot so easy o find parking! I came with my friend and I got the berry berry berry good. I was feeling something more refreshing so I went with something fruit filled. There is no seating inside. The server was nice.

Great tasting ice cream, but I bit pricey. $17 for two ice creams is a bit steep if you ask me. The staff let you sample different flavors and even let you sample a tiny slither of the ice cream cake.

What's up: Here for a fundraiser! What better way to show support than to eat yummy ice cream on this hot day? Sounds delicious :) Parking: Located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center, parking is shared among the nearby businesses. Luckily, there's plenty of spots, so no need to worry too much about parking. Environment: Walk up to the counter to place your order. The menu is located overhead on the wall. If you're curious about the flavors, you can ask for a sample. The restroom is located near the bulletin board (ask the staff for the code). Staff members were friendly. Mostly grab and go, but there are tables and chairs right outside. What was ordered: - Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (chocolate and yummy peanut butter in every bite) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The ice cream was yummy and I got to help towards the fundraiser. Friendly staff but they can get busy at times. Credit cards are accepted.

Cold Stone is the best for ice cream cakes but I'm not sure who made this cake!! Really disappointing

Yummy ice cream- kids love chocolate with chocolate chips topping. Very nice service.

With Yelp Check In you get $5 off $25 spend. Love the Display. I personally like my ice cream plain as can be so I get the French Vanilla Like It. The portions are large and the ice cream is not bad. Service can take longer than due to the bottleneck of customized orders. The staff was extremely friendly and busy. The place is clean and the bathroom code is: 418# Overall, enjoy coming here for a tasty treat!

    Sushi themed cake

Catherine went the extra mile for me by creating a sushi themed cake for my pregnant wife. When I first approached her with the idea, she immediately said, "she'd never done anything like this but would try." I loved her attitude towards this request and she delivered! The cake looked amazing and completely surprised and amazed my wife. Thank you so very much!

ordered the medium size on uber eats was given a small for both sizes then tried to play it off by putting one in a medium size cup like we wouldn't notice

*ICE CREAM QUALITY* I paid $13 dollars for a large, waffle ice cream but was left with a rather mediocre experience. This was my first time going to a coldstone and I wanted to try their halloween-special flavors. My three scoops were Boo Batter, Cotton Candy, and Apple Cinnamon. The reason for the low rating is that I had asked for specific add-ons but the server was very meager in providing. When I asked for a chips ahoy cookie topping, the server gave just 1 singular cookie (which I paid an additional $2 for..) and when I asked for other toppings like graham cracker bits and white chocolate, I couldn't really even taste it in my ice cream. *SERVICE* It really looked like the server didn't want to be there, and lackadaisically assembled my ice cream. I understand, but his attitude really switched up my fresh excitement of trying coldstone for the first time to just feeling a bit dreadful. I hope he has a better day than the one day that I went. *AMBIANCE* This creamery is decked out for halloween, it was awesome to see all the signage and hanging decorations of spooky and cute halloween themes. The "music" that they play is quite funny, where it's mostly ambient sounds of eerie-sounding wind, trees creaking, and odd animal/witch noises. They take their themes seriously. *PARKING* Parking is easy peasy, you'll find this cold stone in a large complex where spots are abundant! Tip: Make sure you check in on yelp, as you can score a $5 off $25 order one-time use coupon!

My girlfriend decided to get cold stone on a hot day. I like that they offer waffle cups as well in cones. I also enjoyed the portion and how much we both got. It was a 5 to 10 minute wait not bad for how busy they are.

Background On Shop: Believe it or not, but the franchise owners of Cold Stone Creamery and Rose City Pizza are related. The sister (Catherine Nittayo) owns the ColdStone Creamery Shop and Brian Nittayo owns Rose City Pizza! Cool fun facts riiiight? riiight? Visitation Rights: Too many times to count over the years! Credit Cards: They're accepted Restroom: Restrooms are available. Just ask for the pin code. Location/Parking: Located in the Rosemead Place shopping center. Plenty of parking for all that needs parking Ambiance/Decor: Your typical ice cream shop, because of covid they haven't allowed people to consume in the shop. There are tables and chairs outside to enjoy your treat Service: Service is usually good and the staff members are friendly, attentive, and offer great suggestions. Ice Cream Product Of Choice: When I feel like a pick me upper, I go with the large peanut butter ice cream shake sans whip cream. I'm a sucker for reeses pieces peanut buttercups! Guilty Pleasure..... Absolutely! Ice Cream Shop For Thought: Hail yeah I'll keep on patronizing this shop and should you!

    Looks like doodoo

Teresa did not do well on my ice cream. Needs some more experience on using the stone cold board. Very unsanitary did not wash the spoons and mixed all the ice creams.

There's also a variety of other desserts and beverages, but I have never been able to resist the snow. Be aware that the small size is large enough for 2 or 3 people to share, and the medium is bigger still. On the several times I've been here, service has always been both cheerful and speedy. My friends and I chose Salju Dessert for some nice dessert because the ratings of this location seemed pretty good, but sadly we were disappointed. We chose the milk flavor and pandan. The milk flavor wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special. The pandan on the other hand was very bitter... We thought it may have been the toppings but figured out it was the pandan flavor. My friend described it as a medicine bitter taste, which I could agree on. We made a complaint and the employees happily switched it out for us for another milk flavor (maybe we should've chosen another flavor to try.) Toppings... the toppings were extremely expensive for such a small portion. It was around like $1.49 per topping??? Which is honestly pretty crazy. The toppings are set on the side in those small plastic ketchup containers. 4 Oreo cookies for $1.49, 2-3 buttercups smashed into pieces for $1.49, 1.5 strawberry sliced for $1.49, 1/8 of a banana sliced for $1.49... a container of chocolate syrup $1.49 you can imagine the rest that we added. Those portion sizes and prices are messed up lol The total was $35+ for 2 smalls with additional toppings. Overall, I don't think we will be coming back here for the shaved ice. There's definitely better options out there. The place was pretty busy too, maybe there's other items on the menu worth trying or they got bamboozled by the ratings... but in this economy, the presentation, taste, and price was not worth it and we wish we spent our money elsewhere. I usually take photos to share to friends on snap/ social media, but it was so disappointing I didn't even take any pics to show y'all. Very mid tier. Thank you to the staff who replaced our pandan though!

The girl working the counter was a young girl just getting by her summer day job. She was nice but timid. It was our first time there and a little more energy on her end could've been better. Ordered the ube swirl, pineapple dole whip, mung bean taiyaki, and a custard one togo. The taiyaki that goes onto the ice cream is a lot bigger than one we ordered to go. I thought it would be as big, but when I got it, it was so much smaller and flat. Also, the taiyaki that goes on top of the ice cream was old. It had been sitting there for a while or was made earlier as it was hard and difficult to bite. The red bean inside I also assumed was a paste like how they make the Japanese version, however there were whole pieces in there. It was okay, but I thought they'd be like paste. Overall, the only thing that was good was the ube swirl and the pineapple dole whip. It was also extremely warm in the shop, like no AC in the triple digits summer heat. Had to eat it elsewhere. I most likely won't be back.
