The service here is honestly terrible. This review isn't about the ice cream, it's about the attitude of one employee during my visit last week. There were two employees working, and one of them seemed kind. Unfortunately, I was helped by the woman with the glasses and slicked-back hair. After my experience, I looked at the reviews and noticed that many other customers have mentioned the same employee and described similar interactions. I even saw photos showing her wearing an AirPod and Crocs while working, which was also the case when I visited. I've worked in restaurants for years, so I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to customer service. I know everyone has bad days. But what stood out to me was that despite multiple reviews mentioning the same behavior, this employee continues to treat customers with a rude, dismissive attitude. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? This shop is located in a busy plaza along with other businesses. There are numberous parking spaces in various lots within the plaza. We usually come to this Baskin Robbins after eating an early dinner at El Burrito Jr around the corner. This is a pretty small shop with a few chairs and tables inside. Hubby's favorite is Cherries Jubilee and anything chocolate. My favorites are Jamoca Almond Fudge, Pistachio Almond, & Snickers to name a few. In Nov. of 2025, I got the Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bar for $9.99. It was a very well crafted frozen treat. I really enjoyed it! The crunchiness of the Kenafeh held up even after being frozen! For a while T-Mobile gave out coupons on Tuesdays for BR and I came here to redeem them a few times. If you join their rewards, they will send you a Free Kids Scoop for your birthday. Come visit on the 31st day of the month for a 31% discounted scoop. Service is hit and miss. Most of the time we get helped by polite & helpful staff. You can pick up pre-made cakes, bars, and pre-packed pints from the freezer cases near the back of the store. This is our go-to Baskin Robbins and will be back in! read more

We ordered a Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it delicious, but the design was exactly how I wanted. It made the best anniversary surprise for my husband, thank you for making our day so special! The size was great too... it took us two whole days to finish, and we loved every bite (we definitely tried to eat it all at once lol). Mislabeled cake. I went to 2 different Baskin Robbin's specifically to find a nice girls ice cream cake with white cake because there are people in my family who can't eat chocolate cake. I paid $45 for a small unicorn cake that was labeled Oreo Ice Cream and White Cake. Once we cut it at night we discovered it was chocolate cake. So we wasted money on a cake and only ate the ice cream. It was pretty and ice cream was good but was way too expensive to be mislabeled. read more

Single scoop $4.99?? Double Scoop $7.99? Haven't been here in a while but prices here are super high. I got their double scoop in a cup. They do only put a small ball worth of ice cream. They don't give much ice cream in general for the price you pay. I rather go to Handels or buy large container at a grocery store for cheaper. Other than the price, ice cream is good and offers a good selection of ice cream. They also offer sundaes, cakes, and beverages. 1 Star Terrible customer service! I went in to purchase a pre-made cake--literally all the employee had to do was unlock the freezer and grab it. When I asked him to write a message on the cake (which is standard for any birthday cake), he rolled his eyes and acted as if I was being unreasonable. Additionally, when it was time to pay, I didn't see where the cashier was. Instead of directing me or saying anything, he just stood there staring at me, smirking, while other customers had to let me know he was ready. The attitude was just rude and unnecessary. The ice cream cakes taste good but the service and cake decorations are not. The man at the desk wasn't friendly and didn't seem to want to help which I don't mind as much as long as the product is good. The cake was for a birthday with the design of a button shirt and bow tie but someone clearly didn't care to make it look nice. The cake wasn't cut properly so one corner was cut off. The row of button was noticeable slanted to one side the the bow was much bigger one one side than the other. The shirt pocket lines were wobbly. It's hard to believe that someone is serving ice cream to two kids under 5 years old is in such a bad mood. I understand that they were loud and being KIDS but that's kind of what you signed up for. Baskin-Robbins (aka 31 Flavors) is an iconic ice cream shop. I like the variety. Pricing is average for the portions. The quality is good. The best deals are the pre-packed pints and ice cream to go. My favorite is the "baseball nut" which is (or maybe was) a seasonal flavor. Parking is easy here as it's in an outdoor stripmall type parking lot near a supermarket and other retailers. However, today I went in there for their BOGO special which landed in my inbox this morning and the staff could not have been any ruder about it. They pretended to not know about the special in honor of National Ice Cream Cone Day and when my app didn't work to get the coupon, they were TOTALLY unhelpful. I was so blown away by their attitude I just paid the full price and left. While the ice cream is terrific, kind customer service is something that should be a part of the product as well. This Location is almost 5 stars! I've never had to wait long and it's not dirty inside. It's a little hidden in a corner of a shopping center. On my trip most recently, I got mint chocolate chip in a sugar cone and the scoop that Alex gave was amazing! I was not disappointed in the amount I received. Alex was friendly and kind, had a smile and was courteous to all of the customers. I enjoy going to spend my money and people are happy you visited. That's starting to be a rare thing. There are a few chairs inside and on a nice day or evening there is a area to sit outside. It is a lot better then it was a few years ago, much cleaner. With COVID the only that is terrible and has been keeping me from coming back is that they do not give samples! I know some may say it's COVID but they are still scooping the ice cream so I do not really understand the difference, it is not like they are using the little spoons over and they are wearing gloves, doesn't make sense at all. I've gone to many Baskin-Robbins locations. This one is the least inviting of all I have patronized. Homeless people hitting you up for money going in and coming out. Skateboarders almost running into you as you approach or leave. The same scam artist who needed $5 to get back home to Pasadena, which she describes as being in Orange County. They you get inside. Many of the ice cream containers are empty. I usually do not see the servers washing their bare hands which they use both to handle currency and serve ice cream. A few time I have seen servers sneeze on their hands and continue to serve cones with their virus laden hands (that's when I usually walk out). I've seen complains about their prices but I don't see that as an issue. I just see poor, unprofessional service and a location where one would not want to sit outside and enjoy your ice cream unless you like being asked repeatedly for money. Don't take me wrong -- I post a lot about the homeless problem and want solutions. But this location is by a large supermarket parking lot and is inundated with people begging for money.
