08/03 Update- Worst than the first time. I pre-ordered my drink and it was over 10 mins late but all the cars in the drive-thru got their drinks before I did and they came in after I ordered. Not a great location. The drinks made here are perfectly acceptable for Starbucks. It's not very easy to get to the mobile orders or anything because it's mostly focused on drive-through so you should be careful when walking to the mobile pick up. The seating area is not very clean looking. It does not look like the morning shift cleaned before opening. The service here is mediocre at best. They were not very friendly and very disorganized. My sandwich was way later than my drink was made because they forgot it somewhere and so by the time I got my sandwich it was no longer hot. It was almost cold. read more

Put in an order of food at a Japanese eatery nearby when the taste for an iced matcha latte kicked in (I know... weird... especially in this cold and rainy SoCal weather we've been having lately.) So I maximized my time by putting in my orders through the app. Also got a couple of drinks to bring my aunt and uncle. Boy, that drive thru line is long, even on a random mid-Saturday afternoon. The good: I like that Starbucks comes out with seasonal and inventive new flavors. I tried the olive oil cold brew but took the suggestion of the barista to do an iced Americano with the olive oil foam because I wanted a decaf option and cold brew coffee doesn't come in decaf. The service was fast. The server (Anthony) was perky. The bad: I was quoted $5.25 at the first stop in the drive thru but the price was over $6 at the paying window. I'm unsure if olive oil cold brew is good. Part of the flavor is nice but it was also a bit bitter and the olive oil flavor was at times overwhelming. With the other cold brew foams I could eat the foam alone but this foam was a bit too much for me if I hadn't mixed it with the coffee. Ordered drinks through Doordash and when I received the drinks, the bag was dripping with my coffee because the spill proof sticker was not placed properly. I called the store to let them know and the barista who picked up the phone was kind and was very apologetic l. She even offered to get me a coffee on them. She passed me along to their supervisor, who wasn't very friendly and not very apologetic and just kind of seemed bothered. Came here for the first time today because it was the closest place open that allowed mobile ordering. The parking lot is tiny and was obstructed by the huge line of cars for the drive-thru, so I just parked at the Walgreens lot next door and walked over. This location is really small and only has outdoor seating and a drive-thru. My mobile order only took 10 minutes to be ready, and I could walk right up to the window to get my order, so much faster than waiting in line for the drive-thru. read more

Bruster's ice cream on Sepulveda and Crenshaw happily gives out complimentary dog pup sundaes without purchase. I won't actually be coming to this Starbucks anymore, will give my business to other Starbucks who have given me just a pup cup. It's literally just whipped cream. Very cheap of this store. The manager must be doing something really well here, because the staff are consistently friendly, make eye contact, and have excellent customer service skills. Their drive through can be crowded certain times of the morning on certain days (I can't figure out the pattern though to be honest). the couple times the drink was wrong, they went out of their way to correct it. read more

This Starbucks location is a chaotic one that's right on PCH. It gets crazy packed in the mornings and it's one of those five thru, walk up to window only stores. I decided to walk up to the window to order and I decided to get a new drink. I ordered the shaken oatmilk espresso with funnel cake syrup and strawberry drizzle. I absolutely love this location. They are very fast on drive through and actually take the time to talk to customers. Once you've gone regularly they remember your name ask you how your doing. I was going almost every morning to get food before work and the worker recognized me and made conversation. They make a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Most starbucks don't have employees like that since it is chain and jsut meant to be fast service. They even remembered my moms same order . And when she would drive to the window they would ask her if she wanted her usual. read more

It's a shame, because this is a drive-thru, convenient location, but it's a waste of money. The decaf coffee machine was apparently not working. The syrup and cream wasn't added to my coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find this Starbucks open at 10:30 something at night on a Sunday. I went through their drive thru and the cashier was friendly and helpful. I ordered a chai tea Latte and a cake pop. When I drove around to the window, my order was ready to go. I paid and I was on my way. The service was fast and efficient. My chai tea latte was delicious and just what I needed to warm up in this chilly weather. This is a new Starbucks and it is a little on the small side. There is no indoor seating. However, they do have an outside seating area. Plus, their own parking lot. I will be stopping at this Starbucks again! read more

I did a walk up order today just for a regular black coffee . I stood at the order window for about 5-7 min . The whole time the employees were looking back at me and did nothing . Typical Starbucks no complaints except the girl on today insisted the hot chocolate is powder and has milk in it so it can't be made vegan. The ingredients on the website state no milk and it's all over online that it's vegan. You just sub plant milk and no whip cream. So has something changed? Which is it? I have come here a few times and for things that should be toasted. Pastries or grilled cheese. I always face to send it back. Half the time it's still cold inside of just slightly warm with cold insides. Case in point the grilled cheese that's not toasted at all even after sending it back to toast the bread. UPDATE: HOLY COW! Don't let the lines fool you. They can be very long, but on multiple occasions, I've waited for only about 5 minutes.
