Sticker they would not honor. Wanted $2400 more.

Zero Stars... Avoid, while purchasing a boat tried to raise the price $2400 and told me would not honor the sticker price. When I pushed back was told to get out of the store and my money or business was not needed nor wanted. Ok, I will take my 45k cash somewhere else!

I'm not much into fishing or hunting but this store is a fascinating place to visit. A ton of things are here that I never knew existed. Fishing polls for every moment and bait for every fish that exists. There is even an awesome fish tank with fish just relaxing. This place has anything you need if it involves outdoor activities. From games, bows, bait, fishing polls, shotguns, rifles, bikes, clothing. Just a huge list of everything. It would take a long time to explore every nook. I wish there was a restaurant but I can't hope for everything. Awesome place to visit 5 out of 5.

This a hunter's Disney land for Adults! The wife even loves shopping here. They have all types of clothing for men and women, outdoor toys for boats, kayaks, hunting, fishing etc. You can even buy a boat here if tickles your fancy! They always have great customer service and offer a 10% military discount as well.

After having been to the area a couple of times, we wanted to check out the Bass Pro Shops! We walked in and were pleased with the wide array of things to see and buy! From the animals, fish, tasty treats, clothing, and equipment! The prices were also reasonable and very much fair which was nice to see. We were able to find some goodies to take back to MN and to family/friends. The reason for 4/5 stars was the pushiness of the employees to sell vacation packages and memberships. My husband and I were walking and a man at a vacation table asked how we were and just after answering, he had my husband for 10 minutes, not giving him one breath to let him know we were not interested. Finally, my husband was able to get a word in and say no but he felt uncomfortable. We then went to look at hats and a staff member came up telling us he had a better hat, a free hat after signing up for membership or something. We ended up leaving early due to feeling like we kept getting cornered/bombarded to sign up/buy stuff. I did have a good experience when checking out with my items from the guest service/side table, they were kind and helpful. The staff were all kind but very pushy which made us leave well before seeing everything! It is a fun place to visit but be prepared to be watched/followed/talked to!

Was really fun to get a chance to see the National Tree on its way east. Kinda bummed all the camera crews left their tripods all over. Mom enjoyed getting out and the opportunity to see the tree. Didn't actually go into the store. I've been before, it's big..there is a lot of stuff. I'm sure it looks as it has for years. I'm a little bitter after how I was treated by them years ago after a boat purchase. This is not a place I will patronize because of that. But this was an opportunity to see something which just happened to be in their parking lot.

Jim in the fly fishing department is amazing. Make sure to go to him. He helped me and my kids out with literally a to z. Couldn't thank him enough.

Friendly staff and your normal Bass Pro shop where there is a ton to explore in store with their interesting displays. The ambiance was your normal Bass Pro shop; great for exploring!

After traveling across the country and visiting many of the Bass Pro Shops, I have been able to find what makes a great outdoors super center. This Bass Pro Shops in particular is very large and has many great taxidermy mounts from all over the world. However everything is spaced out. I also noticed some geographical fallacies painted on the wall in regards to where the taxidermy came from (specifically the American Black Bear as it is also located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, GA and was not listed). The customer service was great however I have experienced better at other locations. Many great things and products to choose from. I also think that the vacation getaway personnel are a little too aggressive and unprofessional. This was the first experience I have ever had with the Bass Pro Shop Vacation personnel and it was very unpleasant. Also, there is a large park that you can walk trails behind this location HOWEVER IT IS LITTERED WITH TRASH AND TARGET CARTS! Nobody seems to care about the environment over here being an outdoors center. Very very disappointed Denver, I was really hoping this was going to be the best of all the Bass Pro Locations I have been to. Hope to see improvements next time around!

    Home on the range, Lol.

A friend of mine from Minnesota…read moreused to drive past the huge Scheels billboards whenever I visited, and for some reason I assumed it was more of a farm supply type place where people bought machinery and work clothes. Because of that completely wrong assumption, I never bothered to go in. Fast forward a few years and after reading the reviews here in Colorado I finally decided I had to see it for myself. Yesterday, March 6th, the weather was miserable. Cold, windy, light snow and rain. Not the kind of day you want to be outside, let alone skiing. So I figured it was the perfect day to finally give Scheels a try. I ended up spending five hours in the store and taking more than 250 photos, and this place absolutely blew my mind. There were sports and equipment sections I didn't even know existed. The store truly has everything you could possibly need and then some. What impressed me most was the staff. They were knowledgeable and helpful but didn't hover every five seconds like some stores do, which allowed me to really explore and absorb everything. The shoe selection was outstanding with every kind of running shoe, ski boot, work boot and outdoor footwear you could imagine, and the shoe staff were clearly well trained helping customers. I also spent about 45 minutes in the luggage section, which was surprisingly impressive. It's clearly a curated department run by someone who truly understands travel. I spoke with a luggage specialist who I believe is from Asia and a serious world traveler herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately understood what I meant when I told her I was tired of hard-sided luggage and wanted something built for an active lifestyle. She introduced me to a beautiful 100-liter Patagonia rolling duffel with durable wheels, strong zippers, and soft-sided construction that can actually handle real travel. These types of bags come with lifetime guarantees on the wheels and zippers, and now I'm officially saving my pennies to buy one. The store itself was alive and buzzing with families, couples, hunters, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts everywhere. The only section that felt a little thin was the women's golf apparel where most of the XS sizes were gone, while the men's golf section was very well stocked. Parking was plentiful and easy. Scheels isn't just a sporting goods store. It's an experience.

Colorado gifts, Denver broncos, nuggets, and avalanche collectibles. Hunting, fishing, guns, ammo, knives, barbecue supplies, a sportsman's dream come true. I was blown away by the customer service, kindness, and kindness professionalism of these owner-operators. I just wish it were a little closer to my house.

He has a…read morediagnosed case of PTSD and utilizes a trained service dog as part of his treatment and daily functioning. Despite presenting themselves as a veteran-supportive company, Cabela's corporate HR denied his request to bring his service dog to work. The reasoning given was related to "heavy equipment," however his role is in a retail environment and does not involve working around such machinery. This service dog directly supports his ability to engage with customers and perform his job safely and effectively. Rather than exploring reasonable accommodations, he was told he could either transfer to a lower-paying, stationary role or continue without the service dog. Additionally, there have been concerning comments made by management regarding individuals who rely on PTSD service dogs, which raises further questions about workplace culture and understanding of invisible disabilities. This experience does not reflect the level of support for veterans that the company promotes publicly. I hope this is addressed appropriately so that other veterans do not face similar barriers.
