The next morning I was at the store and it had to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I arrived before they opened and while I was waiting I got an email stating my order was ready. I went in and went to the specific counter and they quickly processed some information I needed to fill out and I was done. I was in and out in 15 mins. The only reason it even took that long was I was looking at a few things. They have a great selection of sporting goods. Camping gear, clothing, firearms, even knives are plentiful. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. Store is super clean and well organized. Scheels blows sporting good stores like Bass Pro/Cabelas out of the water. Highly recommend this store.

The employees are helpful and attentive even though there are droves of people in there at all times. Even if you dont plan to buy anything, stopping by is an experience in itself and I highly recommend going in to just to window shop. There is also grandstand right there so you can do additional shopping or grab a drink, coffee, or dinner.

The sales floor was full of merchandise, employees were readily available for assistance, and the check-out process was smooth sailing. I did need to ask an employee where to find athletic wear as I needed shorts for the gym. Not only did they answer my question, they walked me over to the appropriate area of the store. Most places nowdays simply point to where merchandise is located. Not Cabela's! What a great way to go above and beyond in customer service. I get an email confirming the order at that time. Next day I receive an email that one item is not in stock but they will send the other item. I request this three times with their customer service (the name customer service with Orvis is a lie, no service) but they want help me.
