Scheduled an appointment for my child, filled out all the information online (insurance, birthdate, etc). To my surprise when I show up at the office for the scheduled appointment, they can't find my child's name in the system. They also claim they don't take children under the age of 6, but that wasn't a problem when I was signing him up for the appointment and the lady that called me after to confirm the appointment never mentioned any problems. This is just lack of professionalism, laziness and incompetence. We will not try this place again and I do not recommend unless you want your time wasted and a shoulder shrug to send you on your way. read more
