Scheduling was super easy and they even took the time to shoot me a text when they were on their way. When they arrive they made sure to be polite and introduce themselves and start instillation quickly. They took the time to tape off where the TV would be mounted to ensure that placement was correct before they started instillation. They had all their own tools and were super fast! I was a little cautious after reading the few negative reviews but ultimately the positive reviews outweighed the negative and I pulled the trigger with this company. I'm really happy I relied on the positive reviews because these guys were great. They were even awesome with my dog (who loves people but can get a little over excited). How do you get five stars? You do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it. Easy peasy. I needed a flat screen hung and queried the highest rated providers on Yelp; Bat City responded in less than 15 min. After a couple of emails to verify type, size, etc., Allen confirmed they could do it - the same day - gave me a price, and we set a time. Adam (I know - Adam & Allen - gets a little confusing) did what so many service providers don't do and should: he actually txted me when he was ~15 away so I would be ready for him. He arrived spot on time. Took maybe three minutes to discuss the placement - basically how high off the floor the center of the screen should be - and he went to work. He was fast, efficient, measured twice (and thank God used a level - none of this eye-balling shit) and installed the screen (a pretty big one) and sound bar in about 35 minutes. And then of course he vacuumed up after himself. Folks, that's the real deal. Bat City did exactly what they said they would exactly when they said they would and no funny business about extra charges, fees or problems. They were true to their word. Need a screen hung? Had a terribly bad experience. Reading all the positive reviews here, had cancelled my other appointments and waited for Bat City TV to show-up. Although the TV dimensions were mentioned that its 85inch TV before the appointment, the guys came in on day of appointment and excused themselves by saying that its too heavy to lift. One of them also mentioned that he had some issue with his arm. Well if there is medical condition, please don't book any appointment, get rest. Wall mount is all about lifting TV's. And then I heard that there is a different policy to mount TV over fireplace. Fine, then ask right questions before committing to a client about where the TV is going to get mounted. Please don't assume things. I guess their service is good for mounting small TV's but bigger TVs, please look out elsewhere. read more
