I was frustrated because my expensive Electric Scooter caught a flat. When I entered the O'Reilly staff stared at me like if I didn't belong there. It made feel really uncomfortable. I didn't get a "Hello.Good morning welcome to O'Reilly Auto Parts how could I help you". And no one was busy at the time I walked in. But I was there to buy a can of Fix-A-Flat to repair my tire on my E-Scooter. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked Gilberto and he was very helpful on giving me directions on what aisle it would be in. When I stood in line there was a gentleman standing in front of me also waiting. There was a female staff member helping someone out at her counter. The guy she was helping left the counter. She stood there and said nothing until the guy in front of me made a forward motion to the counter. She then said "The guy is coming back". The guy didn't come back for a while. So me and the other guy stood there waiting until Gilberto rushed to the counter and said "I will help the next customer!" Gilberto helped the guy that was in front of me and myself quickly and also gave me advice on how to fix my tire. When I finished talking with Gilberto the guy that the female staff member was helping finally came back. She could have taking other customers that were waiting in line until the guy came back. She has very Bad Customer Service. And needs to practice good judgment when dealing with Customers. Gilberto was amazing. He gave great Customer Service. And is an excellent employee. I came to the store frustrated and left the store feeling a little bit better cause of the good advice Gilberto gave me on how I should fix my tire. And guess what his advice worked! I'm cruising again now! I have to give O'Reilly's at this location two stars because the female staff member was terrible. There needs to be more employees there like Gilberto. Customer Service is extremely important when it comes to any business. Your sales improve and people come back. Maybe one day I will come back to purchase something I need for my vehicle just because of Gilberto great Customer Service.
