The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. It appears all the guys in there are GS enthusiasts so we're super knowledgeable. I met Steven as I was wondering around, he wanted to know if I needed help or had any questions. Super low pressure. So took this bike for a ride and fell in love with it. I wasn't able to purchase that day so I put alittle money to hold the bike. When I was ready to buy he sent the app and by the time I got there it was all ready to go. We were able to work out a deal and the rest is history. Here is the really cool part! I felt really welcome, he talked about riding and everything in between. These guys are not salesmen they are enthusiasts! I can't stand sales people but every single guy I met in the store is happy saddle up and ride with! Knowledgeable, friendly and real. I never once got any pressure to close a deal just to find the right bike and make sure I was over informed and fully prepared! Steven kinda ruined every motorbike sales guy for me! Finance manager Cole was awesome! His big thing was making sure we left happy, if we could get a deal fantastic but again his love of the bike and brand as well as integrity for his work and company shone through. He was efficient and did his best to work the best deal he could for me. Peter a fellow Brit and Jess in the clothing and accessories department were fantastic offering lots of options for new gear and made sure I got everything I needed and it was the right product. 7/31/2018 UPDATE!!!!…read more Bike was delivered to my house in Cali and what can I say!!! Bike was in better condition than when I bought it. How is that possible you say? The stock exhaust had a scratch on it (probably from moving bikes around at the end of the day). I knew it when I bought and made a joke to them about it, but really didnt care because I was replacing it anyways with a Graves. I guess it mattered to them because it was a fresh exhaust. Do not worry about buying from these guys. Also, they handled my bike to the shippers flawlessly.

They fire and replace managers/workers every month so it's super unorganized and no one knows what's going on (service) -Please, if you're looking for a bike this summer don't go here!!!!!
