The stock exhaust had a scratch on it (probably from moving bikes around at the end of the day). I knew it when I bought and made a joke to them about it, but really didnt care because I was replacing it anyways with a Graves. I guess it mattered to them because it was a fresh exhaust. Do not worry about buying from these guys. Also, they handled my bike to the shippers flawlessly.

I bought a bicycle, but then the brakes went out after five miles. I decided to get a scooter. Why the heck not? It's cheaper than a used car, and they get about 90 miles per gallon. I bought my scooter from Motion Cycle Sports. I did my research, and I called about 10 different Yamaha dealers around the Metroplex to get prices. Most of them operated like sleazy car dealerships, but Motion Cycle Sports was different. When I called and told them the price I'd been offered, the salesman told me to ask the person for his best "out the door" price, including tax, title, licenses, and other fees. He also told me his best out-the-door price. I called the nine other dealerships I'd been talking to, and only one was able to match the price, beating it by about $10 after talking to several managers and getting various approvals. Because the guys at Motion Cycle Sports had been really upfront about their price, and didn't make me do the sleazy, dirty haggling dance, I decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier. Everyone seemed really honest, and nobody was overly pushy. They actually introduced me to all the people working there, so I know all the technical people who will be working on my scooter if I ever have to bring it in. I highly recommend Motion Cycle Sports for anyone in the market for a motorcycle or scooter.

Saying hes been doing it for more than 15 years and yet every question i asked him he had to open the book. I knew everything off my head and im just getting into bike repairs. It was immediately obvious that this was not the condition that was represented to us. My husband has made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with them, but they have completely refused to take any responsibility. They will not buy the bike back, nor will they offer any assistance with repair costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation.
