I was at this location Bath & Body Works about a month ago. The employees there were very helpful & attentive to my needs. I had to cut my shopping trip short because inside the store was cooking. And I couldn't have my baby girl (daughter) inside the store anymore. I felt soooo bad for all the hardworking employees dealing with the intense heat with no proper AC. These poor souls had to deal with it on a regular basis. My question now is what is the mall doing to assist this specific store?? I am sure that this store pays a good significant amount for rent for their space. But if the mall management isn't any help to their store. Then what are you charging BBW for?? I had an okay experience here. When I'm shopping retail, I don't tend to like people hovering, however, it would be nice to have some help too. It took a little while to ask someone to get me something off a tall shelf, and the check-out experience could have been better. I waited a bit at the empty counter, and the girl didn't really address the wait and just started to scan without a word... it didn't feel good. The store was fine though. It was like any other BBW shop, everything was in order, not cluttered, it had all the classic and seasonal scents. There was a good 50% sale section. read more

Nancy and Jocelyn were more than happy to refund my spray I bought at the Federal Way location. I paid with Apple Pay and I had no receipt and received nothing but brushing off my concerns (at the FedWay location). I felt like I was on some kind of FBI witness protection program and they were watching me for my own safety. I felt extremely uncomfortable there. The heavyset blonde watched me and followed me like a idk what. The brunette ran up to me and asked me if I needed to find anything. That's fine, and she directed me to the wall fresheners. They all watched me. It was frustrating and hurtful. This usually happens when I got to Bath & Body Works but never this bad. The What's really making me write this, is it just happened, and when another young woman that looks like me came in, the big bodied woman watched her every move like she did mine and followed her. Someone must've been in their little ear pieces, which makes it worse, because they were each obviously hearing something. It was hurtful. And there were numerous people in the store. Went tol this local earlier this evening. Been wanting to check it out for quite sometime. I luv it here. It's very easy for me to maneuver around in my electric wheelchair. I've got a very good friend whom is a valuable employee here. Bought three different body lotions. This local is very clean n smells good. The employees are very friendly, always smiling, helpful, etc. I'm definitely going to come back again. Gotta be careful with what I do buy due to having sensitive skin. I love this shop...whether you want body spray, room spray, sanitizers, candles, or wall mounted oil diffusers....they have a really nice selection from sweet to spicy smelling goodies. I don't do the foo foo smelling things. I lean more towards natural sandalwood, bergamot fragrances. My new love are the wall plug in diffusers. My place smells awesome. I'm a fan. It always smells good in the store too. Great sales when they have them, so take advantage in the first couple of days for the best selections. They always give you a coupon after you make a purchase to draw your business back. I can see stocking stuffers and gifts for your friends out of here. I was in the mall today and happened to walk by and decided to come in. Brittany was amazing. She spent more than 30 minutes helping me pick out scents and calculating which coupons would save me the most money. She even put the stuff I bought in gift bags with the ribbons matching the color of the body sprays and lotions. I will definitely be back! Amazing customer service. I went at bath body works in super mall Auburn. I forgot to bring my Victoria secret card and I asked Sherriel Wood to look up, she said no, instead explaining me;she is yelling and rude at me.
