We originally stopped because of the murals outside from Wide Open Walls. The mural closest to Bath and Body Works with the moons and plants is from @sunnydispostudio and the other with the bee is from @joleneroserussell Aside from the beautiful art outside, the staff was wonderful. They greeted us right away and Nikki showed us some of the newer scents in a friendly way that wasn't too salesy. She also let us know about the deals going on in the store. We typically go in for hand soap and wallflowers and that's what we ended up leaving with on this trip as well. The store was clean, well organized and the sink (to test scents and wash them off) was organized and had plenty of paper towels. We left with a bunch of spring scented items and we're already putting them to good use in our house. read more

I love Bath and Body works. However, this location is a little smaller than other locations I've been to. Luckily when I shop here I know exactly what I am looking for. The customer service at this location is lackluster at best. Hence, why I said, I know what I'm looking for when I come here because the customer service is almost non existent. And other time I stopped here to redeem my rewards which each one is up to $16.95. I was told some of the items I couldn't get even though it was exactly $16.95. I decided not to redeem my rewards here and went to a different location to redeem them without incident. Overall, I come here if I have to but there are better locations with way better customer service. read more

I stopped in for the release of the Villains collection and left pretty disappointed with the experience. One employee (green hair, acting like the manager but clearly not) was blocking an aisle, loudly critiquing which items from the line Bath & Body Works "nailed" and which ones she was "embarrassed people would buy." She then openly mocked another employee for enthusiastically greeting customers. That kind of mean-girl behavior might fly in high school, but do we really need it in our 40s? At checkout, I was first helped by an older associate who twice asked me, "This is all you're getting?" in a way that felt judgmental. She then walked off mid-transaction, and thankfully a younger, friendlier associate finished ringing me up. Between the rudeness and unprofessional behavior, I'll stick to ordering online or make the drive to Roseville instead. read more

I'm a huge candle lover and I visit this store frequently for the newest candles to add to my collection. I only buy when they have a good sale, and thankfully they have good sales often. Their most recent one was candle day (all candles were $9.95) and body care day (all body care items were $4.95). Great time to stock up on my favorites and try new things for the low price. This store is usually stocked well and there are lots of associates around to help if needed. read more

Great buy today! Went in with two mailed coupons. One for 20% off entire order, and another for a free Body Wash or Lotion. I rarely come here just because I can't handle the scents, but if it's FREE! I will make it work! My daughter loves the sanitizers and they are great giveaways for Christmas so instead of me getting 5 for $8 I got 5 for $6.90 since I used my 20% off. I went into pick up an online order. While waiting a woman approached the cashier and let her know that she had a candle that she ordered through the mail. The candle had arrived broken. After a few minutes of giving her only minimal attention, the clerk told her to go and pick out a candle to replace it. The woman asked if they had any three wick champagne toast candles. The clerk and her co-worker (a younger man, likely in this late teens or early twenties) said, "No, we have none of that scent." The woman said, "Oh....we'll that is the one I want." The young man (clerk) said, "Well, I wish I could pull one out of nowhere....but I can't." It was so rude. The woman then walked away and within 2 minutes came back with the candle that she was told was out of stock. I have NEVER seen such rude and completely unhelpful service. It was the opposite of customer service I hope that someone who is in charge reads this review and provides some guidance to the staff at this location. The woman who got me my order was a little older and the only person in the entire store that provided any remanence of customer service. In fact while standing there waiting for my order, I saw two younger staff completely ignore the older clerk helping me. It was awful and not something a patron should witness. Bath and body works always has good fragrances in my opinion, but it doesn't stop there. The workers greet you on your way in and are available to ask any questions to. There is a hand washing station that my daughter thinks is the best part of going. It's never boring to go inside to browse on a nice weekend afternoon. read more

I love this location of BBWorks! It's right by Barnes and Noble on Sunrise. Plenty of parking. Ice cream right next door! They are always friendly here and they even remember me when I come in... My son bought a 36.oo gift set which I didn't care for and understood when I returned it without receipt id get sale price Went from 38.00 to 14.00 in a week. Then my husband bought candles online from them and 1 arrived with broken and took back today with receipt but only gave me 8.40 on a much more expensive purchase and said if I wanted the whole amount I would have to ship it. This hidden gem in a gigantic shopping center is a great place to find sale items that tend to go out of sale, faster at the other Bath & Body Works locations. There is always plenty of parking and the employees are all smiles and friendly. I know there is a store in the mall just across the street, but this location seems to have all the hard to find stuff that the mall location runs out of. read more

Customer service is great, the employees are super helpful and let you know about whatever sale they have going on. There is always some kind of sale going on. I love fruit smells and my favorite is Country Apple although they sell it on and off. I am not a fan of any flowery scent. yuck! They have plenty of fruit scents and prices are pretty cool too. Bath & Body works as a whole is always very well organized and clean. Went in on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 5:30. I was looking for something special but couldn't find it. After 30 minutes of listening to the two associates talking and hugging their friend I decided to walk out! No greeting! No acknowledgement whatsoever! I heard a lot of good feedback on their customer service but it was not apparent to me. I'm a 48 year old male. I guess I could not relate to the teeny boppers that ran the store. It's Christmas and there is nothing worse than getting a broken gift. Well for Bath & Body Works no problem. My young adult son bought me two candles. During Christmas one of them broke before I ever had a chance to use it. You could tell he was embarrassed by this. It meant a lot to him that he picked out such a gift for his mother. As expected, for a young adult, he did not keep receipts. I told him not to worry I would take care of it. Not knowing what their return policy is I figured it was worth it to try to explain and see if I could exchange the broken candle. Not only did they not need a receipt, they did not ask questions or expect an explanation. They exchanged it without concern and sent me on my way. Finally true customer care in action. I know there is a lot of dishonest people out their that have made it hard for people to exchange items at other stores without receipts and having to give a long explanation. I would just like to say this company made me feel like an American. A trusted, honest person that deserved a product that was in working order no matter what. To this I say thank you. The happiness in my sons face when I showed him the new candle meant the world to me. read more

I love Bath & Body Works! The products are great & they have so many good fragrances that it's hard to choose. The staff here is pretty awesome, very friendly & really helpful. They had no problem adjusting a prior purchase to apply a forgotten coupon, didn't even bat an eye! Also I mentioned something about my body cream from a couple years going bad & not being the same consistency & the woman helping us said that I can bring it back & exchange it! How awesome is that? Great return policy! If you don't like something at any time you can exchange it. Good to know for gift giving. Great deals too & I get coupons via mail & email that give me all kinds of discounts & free products! Every time I'm here the store looks neat & organized.
