Those lotions? Baby, I don't know what they've done to the formula, but something is different. I used to put it on and feel moisturized for hours -- glowing, soft, smelling like a whole bouquet. There's a men's section and a new hair care stand. Relatively new are paper cartons of liquid soap to refill your dispensers. The store is big, and under the bright lights, glamorously festive. Love the foaming soaps and the shower gels last a long time. This year I noticed the best deal for hand soaps, regular $7.97, was right before Thanksgiving, for $2.95 each! On Black Friday, soaps and gels were Buy 3, Get 3 Free. It's the first week of December and hand soaps are now 5 for $27. However, all 3 wick candles are only $9.95, save $17! The employees are nice and helpful. One employee offered me a spray sample of a new candle scent, but they were otherwise low pressure. The "welcome" felt very unwelcome :// Just came into shop around & see if I could find anything I liked, I was approached by a sales associate with glasses & braces at the door & it felt like she was heavily discouraging me from just looking around or buying anything. I was told about the If You Musk being a dupe for Glossier You so I asked her about it & she quickly said they don't have it & the only dupes they had were on the table & they don't have anything else right now & that I could come back another time. Totally understand it's not in stock but I wanted to see what else I could get. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt and say it was a misguided attempt to be helpful but definitely felt more like she just didn't want me shopping, as I wasn't even being given the space or time to just look around or suggestion towards something different. My new love is there moisture lock body balm. I love the cool feeling when I'm rolling it on my skin. It feels like a little dog is licking you. Hehe Well, my friend told me that BBW was having a weekend sale that I shouldn't Miss. I fought the urge to shop for about a day and then off I went to the mall Sunday morning. I figured I would just pick up some sleep lavender and vanilla body wash for 5:50, but when I arrived and I noticed all the items that were 75% off I just couldn't help myself. I just kept grabbing more and more stuff. They also have this cool Hydro glyphic hair spray. That was also a good buy today. The Personnel here was super helpful. They showed me where I could find the sleep mist. Unfortunately that item wasn't on sale. Many products have come & gone from the BBW. Sadly they were a lot of my friend's favourites. In my Bath and Body app, I received a notification that the men's collection was on sale for $5.95, and it read in store and online. That being the case, I decided to shop in store and purchase one of their new fragrances to try. When the associate ran up the item and it was the regular price. I mentioned that it should be on sale, and she said no online only, so I showed her that on the app, it read in store also. She called her supervisor over, and she adjusted the price for me, which I appreciate. The issue I had with the associate was that she kept muttering to her supervisor how I was making a big deal over $5. This Bath & Body Works is always packed. Busy. What do you expect? It's in the Westfield Culver City Mall. Sometimes there are long lines. The employees are alright. If you're going here just for this store, then it would probably be easier to go to the one on Centinela in LA, or Maxella in Marina del Rey. You wouldn't have to deal with the lines, and the hassle of finding mall parking. But, if you're already here, then you should be fine. It's not that bad. read more

The lines were out the door. At least they opened all four registers, and made two lines. I had to be in that line at least 30 minutes. I have always had such a great experience in this store. I've been to a couple if Bath and Body works stores and fortunately this is one of the very few stores that are willing to helping you out into better your experience no matter how busy they might be they give you their undivided attention and actually listen to you. For example I usually like seasonal (summer) scents for candles and lotions and instead of brushing me off and mentioning to me "the only way you will be able to get that product again is online" Adriana physically took the time with me in being able to get something that smelled or similar ingredients in the candles I was looking for. I've been a customer of BBW for a very long time, even way before they opened this one up here at Fox Hills. Personnel changes constantly & sometimes that's not a bad thing. Especially when you have someone that lacks social grace & appears to be having a bad day almost every day. Believe me when I say I've seen it all over the years so I'm happy to say it's been a big improvement here. Many products have come & gone. Sadly they were a lot of my favourites. But over time, some appear to be making their way back. Not the exact items but darn close, like the aromatherapy line. Hair products came & went. That was interesting. I have long hair & they were not impressed. Products for men. I knew that wouldn't last long. Lol. Their skin care product line is the one that I miss the most. It really was incredible. Just imagine the wonder products they have for your body, but for your face. Yes. You can only imagine it if you've never experienced that. My only gripe would be that I buy a ton of their hand soaps & wish they offered refills. What a waste to toss those empty foaming soap pumps out into the garbage, am I right? I stopped by here yesterday and was really disappointed with the customer service. As others have pointed out, the staff here are terribly unfriendly. I approached the store and saw an employee staring out at me. I figured he was doing his job and anticipating a potential customer. But as I got closer I felt he was more glaring at me than anything else. It was hard to notice his expression, as he had layers of wild makeup that didn't match his skin tone at all, so it almost looked like he was wearing clown make-up. Anyway, I went into the store and I smiled and said "hi!" to him and he just kept glaring at me. Big fat NOPE. It was clear he was more interested in serving looks (and shitty ones, at that) instead of actually serving a customer. So I walked out. I have better places to buy better bath and body products from. I recommend LUSH, L' Occitane or The Body Shop. Slightly more pricey but absolutely worth the upgrade. read more

One of my favorite bar soaps is the peppermint and eucalyptus bar from the Bath and Bodyworks store. It is Covid times and the mall is closed so they have to bring the product to you in your car outside of the mall. I know that they open at 11 AM so I called at about 10:45 AM and they answer. I said I'd like to pick up my product that I ordered online at 11 AM. They stated that I cannot do that until I get in the parking spot. I Arrive at 11 AM exactly and they don't have a rotating phone line so it was busy for the first 15 minutes while I called in at least 10 times so I can get my product brought out to my car. Finally I get through they bring the product out and I explain to The employee that brings me my soap about that situation with the phone. Personally he didn't seem to care. I suggest to order online and have it mailed to you instead of going to the mall where it seems like they only have one phone line. read more
