Got to spend time here 2 out of the last 3 days. I'm a man of more patience now than I used to be but I can say that I've always been impressed with the huge amount of products that are available to its customers here at Bath & Body Works. Actually, I've visited their shops in other states, including California and Connecticut, and this type of availability has been a trademark of this chain. I can say they take great care to ensure items are in order here. Customers have every chance to sample the lotions, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc. My Dearest took advantage of the deals Bath & Body Works has been offering on a Holiday weekend, and I can say that they were really lighter on the bank roll. A good thing! Which leads to my next point. Those who shop here should really take note of the deals that Bath & Body Works offers. It's frequent that they'll offer a buy 2 and get one free, or a buy 3 and get 3 free. Deals are there for the making and that's been another trademark of Bath & Bodyworks that I've observed for over 15 years. Something that HASN'T been a trademark through the years is the availability of scents, colognes, sprays, etc. for men. I stumbled in the men's area a few days ago and was surprised that there was a decent-sized amount that I had not seen in these stores in the past. It was explained to me that over the last few years their offerings for men has slow to steadily grown. That's a big plus for them and I did see a few men checking out the men's area during my visit. However, there is some room to grow as it takes up a little less than a quarter of the shop space. This is a spacious store with two different sections. It's a little like walking in a maze with the large number of displays at this shop. It's just all part of the experience! :) I will say that the employees are terrific here. On our first day, the sales lady gave a good amount of time assist us and on our second visit, as we had to come back due to problem with the spray mechanism on one of the perfumes, Jan gave amazing support to us and fixed our problems, along with adjusting our order so we could purchase the better deal. It was a great customer service experience! I don't use cologne, but I would have no problem shopping here for it if I did. Poor management with Online orders I will never shop at B&BW because the workers pick and choose which orders they want to fulfill. (Mobile orders are completed before any walk-ins in a timely manner) Legit placed an online order at 8:30 am and after 4 hours I called the store. I am told by a worker that 11 orders are ahead of mine and I will receive my order later that day.... 8 pm I received an email saying the order was completed. When I arrived at the store, workers seemed confused/incompetent and could not pull my order up on their systems. Until someone that appeared as manager found a way to find a list of incomplete online orders of the day after minutes of the other workers struggling to "find" my order. Afterwards, 10+ hours later, I am told my fav. Items from my order weren't able to be fulfilled bc they were now out of stock... what a waste of time! I then asked for a refund for the order and issued a formal complaint due to such an inconvenience and miscommunication. The appeared to be "manager" stated she issued the refund; however, this was just a lie. The next morning, I get another "ready for pick up" email of the same order I was told was canceled/refunded. I then called the store, and an incompetent worker then told me to "wait 3-5 business days" bc the order automatically cancels due to no pickup and they can not issue a refund bc the system won't allow it...really? Is this how your other customers are treated? No respect, apologies, nor honest business practices. Ignorance is one gross and shameful thing to harm a business! Such experience came off as a form of discrimination. I will never shop w/ B&BW again & deleted the app since my money isn't valued. Stopped here to grab some items for Christmas. We were greeted warmly by the associates and handed a bag for any items we had. I like that this store is organized by fragrance on the outsides of the store and inside are normally the holiday or feature scents. They also have a large amount of home scents in the form of candles and wallflowers. Any bath and body I've been to has always been a bit tight, especially when it comes to the register section. I will say I still haven't figured out why some people get coupons sent to their house for things like $10 off of $30, free item, etc. and others don't. I've been a loyal BBW customer for years and for some reason I'm the only one out of my mom and sisters who doesn't get the coupons sent to my house. read more

Went there @7am for the annual candle sale and there wasn't a line and everyone was so helpful! Already at 7am they were running low on a few candles I wanted but was still able to get all of the ones I wanted. They provided clear bags with ribbons upon request. It was a pleasant experience, especially for the Town Center. I love B&BW! read more

Clean, organized store with friendly and helpful employees. Actually, I've yet to find any B&B Works store that isn't organized with great employees. I love B&B Works and use many of their products religiously like their body wash, foaming hand soap, pillow mist, and hand sanitizers . I even managed to get hubby addicted to their body wash. I pop in here nearly every time I'm at the Town Centre because I usually always have a coupon for something and I stay stocked up on all my favourite items. I also believe one can never have too much hand sanitizer! I go through those little bottles of hand sanitizer like they are going out of style! :D If you haven't tried their pillow mist, you simply must! A few sprays on your pillows and sheets each night and you'll sleep like a baby. I've been using it for years! read more

I enjoy going to Bath and Body Works during their summer sale! Everyday during their sale they have pretty good deals. This particular day the candles that are normally $22 bucks were on sale for $11 but if you receive their emails, it was $9!!! The only reason this review is getting 3 stars and not 4 is because of the customer service I received this particular day. As always I was greeted and assisted throughout the store but when I got to the cash register, I tried to pull up the email on my phone but the reception was poor so the image of the coupon wouldn't show. The cashier waiting on me made little comments that I didn't appreciate like "The image should pop right up" "I don't think you have the email" and the one that did for me was "Well, I have an iPhone soooooo..." Uh, excuse me!?!? Correct me if I'm wrong but that's not good customer service! Fortunately for me the other cashier standing next to her said just type in the code. That's all she really had to do in the first place. Maybe I'm being too sensitive but customer service is everything to me when I am spending money in any establishment. I expect the best treatment whether I'm in McDonalds or Ruth's Chris, Bath and Body Works or Victoria Secret! Come on Bath and Body Works, make sure your employees are a little nicer to your patrons. I wasn't in the market to buy anything today but I wound up buying three items and getting three free plus a $14 value item of my choice because of one person: Stacy. I really liked her level of bubbly charm, genuine small talk and courtesy toward the customer. I was really happy to see that a coffee bean body scrub with heavy exfoliators was not offered at Bath and Bodyworks. I was over the moon. Stacy check to make sure that if I chose that, even though I was not purchasing anything today, it would be a part of a buy two get two free or buy three get three free; and if I got there emails of course I would receive a $14 item of my choice for free. She was so informative I really loved her level of service and I like to help her enthusiasm as she kept using my name And making a relationship. Stacy checked on me before, during, and after the sale. We even shared the like of certain products and talked about pros and cons. I like when people are never one note. She had depth to her character and she was above all believable and genuine in nature. I'd love to hire her if I were still in the customer service management arena. How can anyone hate bath and body works!?!?!? This location does feel a bit cramped when walking, i personally liked it better when it was closer to the victorias secret but what can you do. The staff on my most recent visit was very friendly. They were willing to show me where different smells were and directed me to where my free item could be located. Check out was quick and painless the staff def served up a smile even though i was only redeeming my free item that day. The store looked well stocked and the store itself looked clean. The sink where you could try different hand soaps was clean as well. I would def recommend this location for any B&BW needs. read more

Point blank, the manager was rude. The sales associates were nice at the Mount Juliet, Tn location. Several people were waiting on the store to open at 12:00. The manager comes out; she never greeted us. She did not so much as speak. She rolled a sign outside and proceeded to tell us Do NOT enter the store until I get the doors opened and setup. Everybody said with surprise, ok. 2 seconds later she told us to come in. THERE WAS NO SETTING UP TO DO. She just seemed to be in a bad mood. If you open at 12:00 then you should have the store setup before 12:00. Apparently, she forgot the customers are responsible for making sure she has a job with a decent salary. If you keep treating your customers like this no one is going to want to shop there. People like me will just shop online to avoid rude managers like her. I'm praying that if she has something going on she gets it figured out or find a different career. Successful retail requires good customer service to make it. read more

I contacted customer service through chat immediately after placing an order and realizing it was not the foaming soap I wanted. Veronica was argumentative and unhelpful. Argued that my order was placed 3hrs ago instead of realizing I was in FL not CA. They can't cancel an order placed just minutes before? That's ridiculous. Instead my options are to pay return shipping or drive 25 miles round trip to take it back to a retail store and lose $7 in shipping it to me. After years of buying their products, i will never buy from them again! Their website offers no contact with customer service directly. No other company I've dealt with operates this way. read more

Normally, it is super crowded at the Town Center, making it hard to shop in here. But, if you go on a weekday Monday-Thursday, you are able to browse the store and take more time to smell the products. I was able to come in and receive assistance as soon as I walked through the doors. The girl was friendly and gave me suggestions when I told her I was looking for fall hand soaps. They don't mind if you open the soaps to smell them, since it can be hard to tell from the labels exactly what the scents are. I had a 20% coupon, so when I went up to the register, I paid $5.20 each for two hand soaps! They made sure I was on their email list and gave coupons to use for the holiday season. I will make sure to come back and do a little bit of Christmas shopping. read more

Bath & Body Works is okay, I like Lush a lot more, but will go to Bath & Body Works occasionally. I go there mainly when they have the free deals going on, who doesn't like free(but you have to like them on Facebook in order to be able to get those+you need to get to them before they run out), also if they're having a huge sale I'll go bc some of the fragrances are nice, although going to this particular location has it's challenges(like trying to find parking, and getting through the masses of people if you come on a weekend)other then that it's just another run of the mill place to get body washes, lotions, etc. read more

Very nice store. Sales staff always offers a shopping bag and will help you to find whatever you need. I love the Vanilla Bean Noel products which are only sold at the holidays. I try to get them early because they always sell out fast. Hand soaps come in many great scents and are often much less expensive than the drugstore brands. They are great for small gifts. The associates always offer to gift bag and ribbon gifts for you. A must stop when close by! read more

Sign up for emails here and you get great coupons. The deals you can get on certain items are great! I regularly get $10 off $30 and have combined that with sales already happening in the store. The candles are amazing here! I bought one that is called wine cellar and I can't get enough of it. They last pretty long too considering how long I burn them for. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I had a coupon that was one day past the date and they told me they honor them for up to 3 days after I think. I like this B&BW location. The staff is usually pretty friendly but don't harass you like other locations do. We get it, B&BW is no longer new, we can find our own way around the store thank you very much. You have to stock up on coupons before you come here because there are always offers out there if you sign up for them. This B&B Works is nice and large - the wife will be lost in here for a long time. If you like overwhelming fruity and floral smells, you get a big blast as soon as you walk in the door. There was only one person working when we came in, but the store was clean, well air conditioned, and has some quiet, subtle toons to put you into the cream and lotion buying mood.
