My mom and I were at Planet Hollywood for a show at the Bakkt Theatre. We had about an hour before the show started and decided to shop around at the Miracle Mile. One of the stores nearby the Bakkt Theatre is Bath & Body Works! Bath & Body Works has an extensive range of bath, body, and home fragrance products. Bath & Body Works is always creating new scents or new themed items. When we were shopping around this location, there was a new section for the hit Netflix series Bridgerton! There were scents named after the characters from the Netflix series. There were candles, hand soaps, and even hand sanitizers! Some of my favorite fragrances are their classics like the Japanese Cherry Blossom and the Warm Vanilla Sugar. There are seasonal favorites fragrances like the Pumpkin Pecan Waffles and Winter Candy Apple! This Bath & Body Works location was well stocked and had amazing sales! The shelves were adorned with bottles and candles! The team members here were quite helpful! We had several Bath & Body Works team members come up and ask if we needed any help shopping! This location is OK; typical mall spot. Lots of traffic. The products are always great. However, one has to park too far away for me to make this my normal location to visit. But if you're at Town Square, this place is a must visit. read more

First let me say that I've been a fan of bath and body works most of my life and became a card holder of Vicki's secret/ bath and body. That being said, I shop here often. I visit Vegas frequently and wanted to stop in to get some things and was greeted when I walked in but not at the register which was a first. After my transaction, I got the usual thank you have a good day speak but it hit different. FIRST time having that happen but I think all employees everywhere should realize that every customer is special AND important. It was draw day before my birthday too so I'll never forget it . Although I don't come to Miracle Mile all that much, this is definitely one of the better Bath & Body Works locations due to there often being a good selection of sale and/or clearance items available. I think this is because of its location on the strip. Not a whole lot of tourists are able to bring bulky candles and soaps home right?! The associates are also super friendly and knowledgeable here and are able to answer questions and make product recommendations if you tell them what you're looking for. They seem to always discontinue the scents and fragrances that we prefer. They discontinue their items far too often.

I used to love this place. But now everything is more expensive. Bottle spray are easy to break. I dropped my body spray and now the nozzle broke can't sorry anymore. It's almost full still. I only get to used it about 5 times. And the fragrance doesn't lasts long as before. What I hate about this is they always discontinued the fragrance that I love. Like plumeria... Nice to find this shop as I love Bath and Body Works items. I couldn't buy much as I'm traveling and can't bring liquids on the plane. I actually had some items mailed back home. Luckily the hotel we are staying at does mail sending. Service was fine. Initially no one greeted me when I entered the store. They were busy stocking their shelves. Went in to buy a couple of items. I needed help to find one product but customer service is non-existent here. Found one worker hanging out with their friends near the entrance, the other one doing their personal spa treatment, and the cashier that makes you wait along with other customers while that 1 customer decides to hold up the line to look around the store for more deals. Weird that you see a long line of customers, but choose to ignore us. Decided after waiting 5 minutes that they didn't need my business. read more

What to do when you want to take advantage of the soaking tub in your hotel room?! Go on a mission to find bubble bath! After trying Walgreens and only finding a giant bottle of Mr Bubbles, I ended up at Bath & Body Works. The sales associate on the floor was super helpful and very friendly. After trying out a bunch of scents, I ended up getting the Japanese cherry blossom bubble bath. I do wish they still sold travel sizes of bubble bath. I know they used to. I didn't really want to spend around $15 on a bottle. But hey, at least I got my bubbles on! read more

I was so excited for the amazing candle deal I always go to the bath & body works inside the miracle Mile as I work in the Planet Hollywood casino. I have patience as I work in The industry . I got off work picked out my candles and waited in line when I was told there was two lines I asked do I need to go to the other line I was told yes. So I moved at the time only 2 people were in front of me I waited the original line of course got longer I counted 7 people go ahead they opened a new register Jeana I hope the name is correct I explained she moved me the people in that line said I can go she got aggressive said there was two lines I have to be patient she rung me up upset and pushed the bag with anger towards me I left asking who the manager was it was her. Stopped in to pick up some items. Bought quite a few things and wasn't helped at all. That's fine, I knew what I wanted. It's Thursday night towards the end of June, an hour and a half before closing. No biggie. No one is busy, just fixing the store. It's not busy at all, most of the traffic is in front with passersby. Very clearly seen in line, not to mention was the only one there for a while and have to wait 10 minutes. Okay. I can get over that, I see them doing nothing but maybe they're busy and I'm unaware. Get rung up, not greeted at all. I mention that I have a rewards account and the woman (not teenager, a grown woman) with curly blonde hair, I really wish I would have caught her name looks at me with a blank expression and literally says "okay and?" Sometimes it seems like there is a Bath & Body Works shop in every mall. At the Miracle Miles Shops in Las Vegas, you will find this particular branch. Not one of the larger locations, but they do carry everything we expect to find. Wifey purchased the gifts she needed at reasonable prices. So I go to Bath & Body Works Miracle Mile Shops Las Vegas a few days agp to get some last minute sale items. So I get to the register and the lady is trying to put all 15 of my items in the bag on the left. I politely ask can she please separate them in 2 bags since 1 I think it's too heavy and may break the bag while we're walking and 2 it was going to be really heavy all of them in 1 bag. She tells me she can't give me another bag because they were running low on bags. I ask again and explain its going to be too heavy to carry through the mall and I needed another bag. She then says that she can give me 1 big bag bit can't give me 2 smaller bags. I told her the big bag was still going to be too heavy because all the items are in one bag to carry through the mall. She says sorry I can my manager says 1 bag. So I ask for her manager and he walks up she says she wants 2 bags but we can only give one. He then says sorry we can't double bag your stuff but you can get a big bag. I said I'm not asking for it to be doubled bagged I want my items split up in 2 separate smaller bags because carrying them in one is going to be too heavy. He says well I can give you 1 big bag again I say the problem is I have 15 items that all together are too heavy to carry in one bag through the mall Dylan the store manager as he says said with an attitude if it's such a big deal give her another bag and walks off while he is walking I tell him it is a big deal because it was going to be heavy. Now I have spent A Lot of money at bath and body works and if this is the type of service I get with a reasonable request I will spend my money elsewhere. They advertise the new summer scents on IG, but when you go into the store..they don't have the scents you're looking for. Already have fall scents when summer isn't even over yet. One of the girls was viscous. I couldn't get her name but the next time I pass by I'll be sure to remember. She was outside of the door with her stank attitude yelling instead of speaking nicely "YOU NEED TO WAIT RIGHT HERE!" Like listen, we're not deaf & we were standing right where we were supposed to. Perhaps she needs a massage or a hug but she was super annoyingly rude that made me feel like I needed to confront her. But since this pandemic is making everyone crazy..maybe she needs a day or two to readjust her customer service skills. All the other staff at the register were sweet.
