For a jewelry piece at this price point you would expect higher quality. I emailed their customer service and provided my feedback. They only offer a 50% discount if I wish to repurchase. Definitely not worth the $50+ dollars either. I don't recommend making a purchase on these bracelets a waist of money! read more

Beautiful store in the middle of the Venetian. At first I was not sure what it was, but it definitely drew me in. The calming and charming atmosphere, gives way as soon as you step inside. The plants, trees, and other decorations gives this place an appearance of a forest in the middle of a busy setting. They specialize in calming and meaningful products. Crystals, necklaces, rings.. anything that you can think of, that can calm and relax the soul. The prices vary greatly, depending on what you're looking for. But as an idea.., a nice necklace there, it would be around $120. Overall, it's a nice place to visit and calm your energy from a hectic surrounding in Vegas. read more

Olivia is so nice to assist us,very helpful. She offered me to buy 3 and third one is 50% off. Thank you Olivia. My other comment was, I have 2 necklace I bought 3 years ago and it broke within. 8 months. 2 garnet bracelets and it broke after a year. This was all online order. I wasn't happy because of their return policy before. Now they offered a jewelry protections. But in fairness, some of the jewelries I Collected was still good. I usually wear this to my work. My 2 daughters and I purchased matching bracelets. We love the concept of the store, and have purchased jewelry and home products in the past. After this most recent purchase we are concerned about the quality. I spent approximately $90.00 per bracelet and my daughters bracelet broke within 45 days of purchase. I wouldn't have expected it to break that quickly. I reached out to the company and they stated that because it wasn't within the 30 day time frame then it was not refundable or exchangeable for a new item. They offered me a 50% discount. The girls and I have plenty of other less expensive jewelry that has lasted us many years with no issues. My daughter has another bracelet from your store that she wears regularly and has had for years. I do not want to spend more money on a product where the quality is faulty even with a 50% discount. Olivia did a fantastic job as a sales associate. Our experience in Karma and Luck was 10/10. We visited Vegas from California and were mesmerized by all the positive energy and beautiful crystals in the store. Initially I went into this store thinking I would buy one spiritual item but we ended up leaving with a large crystal tree that my parents purchased as well as 2 crystal trees and a mushroom figure that I purchased. Olivia was very open and let us know we could touch and move around the crystals on the trees. The main thing we loved about her was that she had the perfect balance of helping us with our shopping experience but also giving us space to make decisions and explore around the store. At the end she kindly said the store could ship the items to our home which was very helpful considering we didn't have space to pack them on our trip back. The shop is gorgeous with beautiful stones throughout. I had a wonderful experience shopping here. We bought two bracelets but my main concern was the thinness of the elastic that holds all the stones together. The salesman assured me that they won't break because his have last for over a year and he wears them all the time. And if mine broke I could get them replaced no problem. Well guess what! Mine broke just a couple of months later. I emailed them to ask about getting it repaired or replaced but to my surprise they only come with a 30-day warranty. You would think that a shop called Karma would not have shady salesmen but I guess I'm stuck with a broken bracelet. No replacement or repair. When shopping here the only suggestion I would make would be to stay away from the lava rock accessories. I'm from Hawaii & It's bad luck to take it from our island without proper procedures / permission. When I asked an employee where the lava rock came from the response was "I know that we shouldn't be taking it from Hawaii, but Hawaii" This is a "karma and good luck" store. They should do a little more research on where they get their lava rock. So if you believe in "good luck" I would say to be careful with the lava rocks. I bought 5 bracelets when I was there in late July, 2023. Their bracelets are very pretty and reasonable, although I am not into the crystal thing. I like small bead bracelets and like to stack them. I wear my bracelets 24/7. I have bracelets that cost me $20.00 and were made with fishing wire and Swarovski tiny beads/crystals. I have bracelets that run in the low thousands. While Karma and Luck bracelets are moderately price, the quality is surprisingly poor. Out of the 5 bracelets I bought I only have 1 left. They have broken, fallen off and I was lucky enough to notice. Today, I was walking through BJS and I lost another one. My husband was fixing them for me, but I hate to ask again, so in the trash it goes. They must be aware of the quality as I just read their return policy online: "Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased *damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement." If they won't replace regular wear damage in the first 30 days, they need to put signs around store saying: "NOT MADE FOR REGULAR WEAR." If this jewelry is meant to be pulled out once a year I don't see the point. They really are beautiful but apparently meant to be disposable. Save your money if you're buying for their beauty and not their chakra!!!! read more

My experience has not been a good one. Long story short. I tried to return two items and was told that they need to be approved by the manager first so I waited around for them to go through but couldn't wait any longer. Went home and they were not approved yet and looked at my statement to find out instead of returning the items they charged my card It is ridiculously hard to contact anyone. To get this removed. It's been two weeks now and still have not got a return and I call and email them with no response.
