Like most people, I like to shop at Bath & Body Works. I always make a stop here and other locations whenever I'm at the mall. This particular location (as well as all their other locations) is always so nice and clean and very well-organized. Their sales people are pleasant and helpful. When they have their products on sale, they are very good bargains. I usually stock them up and buy a whole bunch. Tend to go more with the fruit and lighter scent. The seasonal ones do get a bit too strong and give me a headache sometimes. I mainly buy their lotion and hand soap by the dozen at sale price. read more

I walked to Bath and Body works even though I didn't have a plan to shopping but how i can walk away without buying anything...Impossible!!!!!! They brought Princess collection and I ended up buying Aurora one...I had a feeling I walked in Disney Land...It was fun exploring the great selection that they had...So many options= wondering for longer time...This location, their customer service is so good...They try to help you out and any questions that i had was fully answered...I bought also one of the candles that it was on deal for $11.99...So even it made my day more fantastic by saving and not feel guilty...Just joking...It's hard to not atop by to this store but harder to not shop...They had some promotions going on but i didnt have a plan to buy quantity items to get the deal for example buy 3 get 1 free and etc...I still have so many bottles unopened so i tried hard to not go too crazy... read more

The instructions for curb side pickup at the mall are non existent. I waisted a half hour going in the mall, just to find out that you can't pick up at the store front. Fortunately I was able to find mall security to tell me where to go for curbside pick up. You would think this would be clear in the pick up instructions. Great attitude from the store associates apologizing to me for the poor instructions. And of course the soaps are great as usual. read more

We started our Christmas shopping here recently, and there were so many great smelling candles, soaps, and lotions. We got so much of our shopping done while we were here! The displays were beautiful and those wonderful smelling candles beckoned to us as we walked by. Wanting to get some gifts for a friend's birthday, I couldn't wait to get inside the store. I was impressed by the awesome customer service right away, and the salesperson pointed out all the sales and her favorite candle scents. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations were wonderful. You can't help but get into the holiday spirit while you're here. I found great candles and lotions for my friends and even found a cute bag for myself. This is such a great store for fun stocking stuffers. I can't wait to go back and discover all of their new seasonal bath gels, lotions, and candles. read more

This Bath and Body Work, is HUGE. I was shocked. Its like the size of two stores... Ive never seen one so large. They have so much product. I went in here when I saw a Santa Belt product cover before Christmas. The location near me, RSM, did not have these. I was obsessed with everything Santa Belt this year, and knew I needed this. My only mistake was only buying one. They also fit over the soaps. I went back later and got another one. This store is very clean, and very well organized. And did I mention, HUGE? Wow. I am not a fan of malls, so I probably would only come back here if I had to do other things at the mall, as there are quite a few stand alone stores closer to me... but if I ever cant find something, this is where I will go! They had a lot more items than any of the stand alone stores have also. read more

BBW needs to tone down the aggressively friendly employees! I spent 5 minutes in this store and was approached by 5 different employees. Sometimes a customer just wants to browse. I walked out before anyone else could tell me what was on sale. I know this is BBW's thing to try to be overly helpful, but honestly, this is a store of soaps and lotion and not something complicated! Please just let people browse and enjoy looking around. Love the products, but can't go to this location any longer. read more

Amazing customer service! Visiting the Shops at Mission Viejo today and looking for a birthday gift for a friend. We walked by the Bath & Body Works store and noticed all the amazing Halloween products available already. I love Halloween so this pulled me right in! I started chatting with Jackie and June about the products and they informed me of what was on sale right now. Jackie was very helpful in walking me through the store to show me the different areas that had products I might be interested in. There were so many! Jackie also helped me get everything I needed and she was kind enough to even help me with carrying all my items up to the check out. I enjoy shopping at different Bath & Body Works and have had a lot of great customer service there, but today the customer service I received was way above and beyond. Jackie was friendly, helpful, pleasant, and made my shopping there such an exceptional experience! I love the products at Bath and Body. I usually have them delivered but I've been to the store at Mission Mall a couple of times recently. The staff are super friend and helpful. When I went a few weeks ago I was assisted by Brissette. It so happens it was her first week. I could tell she was nervous so I reassured her she was doing fine. When I went in yesterday she was working. As I browsed around she came to see if I needed anything. She said "I remember you". I was very impressed. I asked about a certain candle fragrance. She didn't know but quickly asked her colleague who knew exactly where it was. I wish I had gotten her name as well because her knowledge of the products was amazing. I hope a "bigger" boss sees this and let's these ladies know how awesome they are!! read more

Their next annual Semi-Annual Sale starts on June 12th, 2013 and is one of the best times to stock up on BBW goods. The Mission Viejo location is a really good sized store with most everything you would need in terms of fragranced body lotions, shower gels, body mists, Eau de Toilettes, Parfums, a variety of antibacterial hand washes and sanitizers, gifts, travel size toiletries, candles, home fragrance, and a men's line of products. Most likely you will be greeted, invited to try one of their current lotions, and assisted as you shop, if you need help. Staff here is often sweet and helpful. Some of the popular scents are Japanese Cherry Blossom, Limoncello, and Sweet Pea. I think Pink Chiffon and Paris Amour are light and pleasant scents worth trying, too. It really all depends on what you like, but I think they have a fragrance for almost every taste, whether you prefer citrus, musk, fruity or floral scents. One thing about Bath and Body Works: they are constantly coming out with new selections, and discontinuing older ones, or relegating them to website-only status. So if you can't find something you loved, it might be selling on their website, www.bathandbodyworks.com. Another thing: the store will usually be having volume discount promotions, such as buy 3, get 3 free, and will often give you a coupon for next time when you make a purchase. Some of the coupon offers have been a free Signature line item with purchase of $10. Once, one of the staff was giving out a free 3 oz. bottle of Dark Kiss lotion to passers-by and customers. After learning my iPhone was basically toast, I wandered a few doors over to this store. You really can't ignore the yellow sales signs and whatever they're burning in there. During these semi-annual sales, I usually stock up on their shower gels, antibacterial soaps, and sometimes I find their home fragrance oil on sale too. A long time ago, I bought their scent bug. It's battery operated and you can pretty much pick it up and put it anywhere you need a burst of fragrance. I looked around in their store but I couldn't find anything I wanted. They even had the oil at 50% off but nothing smelled appealing. Sadly, the clearance items weren't what I was expecting but the customer service is great here. One of Bath & Body Works' flagship store, this location deserves a pat on the back. There were so many people in this store (and this store is huge) yet, the associates were helpful without being intrusive -- for instance, they didn't follow you around the store -- but they made sure you were okay and didn't need help or anything. I was in here a very long time and no one bothered me. I was left in peace to browse with a couple of associates approaching me to see if I was finding everything. When it came time to pay, although the majority of the cashiers were open, they specifically asked another associate to open up a cashier to help me. NOW, that's what I call, SERVICE! read more

Came in to tried to exchange a wallflower plug (I had purchased on Black Friday) that stopped working. A middle-age blonde lady, working the front, stated since an older model from many seasons ago I had to purchase another - no exchange allowed. I stated I had purchased it on Black Friday and was told that was a lie AND wallflower plugs stop working after a year. Apparently they do not honor there 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. read more

I've never really been a Bath and Body Works person (I personally prefer VS scents), BUT I popped in for their after Christmas sale and got some great deals. Lotions for $3, you got me, yes yes yes. And some pretty good scents, too! What Iike about this spectific store? It's huge. Double storefront. Lotions and scents scattered throughout. Scents for the home/car in the right portion of the store, and the men's selection near the back left. That's another thing: they have scents for men! (They may have had this for a while, but I haven't been in in a while.) My husband works outdoors so he likes a good lotion - but doesn't always want to smell like a cherry blossom or lavendar. The Noir and Dark Amber are my favourites. Helpful staff. Lots of registers. Nice! read more

This is a wonderful little store, where not only the fragrances are enticing and displays are well organized, but the associates are also extremely helpful, kind, polite, with great customer service skills. No matter how busy the store gets, the staff is always greeting everyone with professionalism and welcoming smiles. Bath and Body Works is where I ALWAYS buy my soaps, body wash, hand sanitizers, and candles. My fiancé and I come here at least 2-3 times a month. For myself I always get the Ocean Body Wash and the Ocean Hand Sanitizers. I am definitely a frequent and consistent customer. I believe they carry good quality products. This specific location is inside the Mission Viejo Mall. Their is ample parking but it can get crowded. The customer service is decent. They are nice but not very helpful with helping you find new items. The location is clean and there are always a ton of great deals. If your looking for good hygiene product, I would check it out. **This review was based on trying this place more than 50 times. I believe in trying a place multiple times before reviewing in order to give an honest and fair review. read more

Who doesn't love bath and body works? It smells great, it's got tons of bright colors, the employees seem happy (maybe from sniffing lots of pretty things all day). Amber seemed to know her ish! Is she a store manager? I don't know, but she was very helpful and very nice!! My one complaint, and really it shouldn't be a complaint, is that when you show interest in a scent some of the sales people act like the apocalypse might come and suggest that you buy 2 or 3 just in case they discontinue it. I did however miss out on a seasonal scent, and shall have to see if it comes back next year. read more

This store is a lot larger than other Bath & Body works store and always has a great selection. I had a very large and heavy order and the cashier, Emma, was AWESOME!! She assisted me with a trolley to my car with the heavy items and was very pleasant and happy to do so. I have to say she was really great and I had a great experience there! read more

HUGE shout out to Bre and Jayme for being so much help! I originally called because I was very conflicted as to whether I should just order candles online or go into the store. Jayme was so friendly on the phone and she answered all my questions about the specials going on. I was specifically looking for the rainforest gardenia candle and Jayme found it and assured me they had it in stock! I decided to go into the store! Once in the store Bre, greeted me from the front and asked if I needed help finding anything, I let her know my list and she grabbed them for me. I told her I was looking for tropical aromas and she was so much help! I originally came in for 5 candles and left with 12 and I'm not even mad about it! Huge store with very helpful associates. I buy the foaming hand soap when there's a sale. There was a sale. 5 for $18 or 7 for $24. Can't beat that for fabulous smelling hand soaps! There are 2 new scent lines which I didn't really pay attention to because I like what I like and I just wanted to get it and go. I agree with the other reviews; the size of the store is one of the main things I like about it. They have everything. All of their scents are organized by scent... And then there are displays for just body sprays, lotions, shower gels, etc., which make it really easy to get what you're looking for IF you're going there for something specific. This is pretty much the only location of this store I go into. It's always busy yet never lacking in sales people to answer your questions. My son was looking for a specific brand of lip balm and one of the girls took about 10 minutes to look for it, I thought that was very nice considering they were ultra busy the day before xmas. Their sales are great and you can get really really good coupons if you sign up for their email list. I don't like the quick turnover of the seasonal fragrances (Sensual Amber, you are my favorite) but you can find ALL the retired fragrances online. read more
