Very light and not heavy feeling that you get with us sunscreen that burn your eyes. They do have a bunch of testers so it's nice when you can do that versus hope that a product work if you're buying something internationally online. It seems like the items are a little bit more expensive than online, but I guess it's the cost of doing business and person, labor, and shipping as well. I didn't realize the experience I was going to be given. This was by far the best encounter I have ever had. He truly knows his perfumes and not just Jo Malone. He made recommendation on other brands. Based them off of my wedding vibe, location and colors. This felt like a wine tasting experience. He would teach me about the different notes in each bottle and even what to wear the scents with. To say I was impressed by his knowledge and customer service is an understatement. I'm not easily impressed with service. I was in the service industry for a long time but this was top notch above and beyond. I'm such an indecisive person and he never made me feel like I was bothering him or he was just done helping me. He kept just asking questions and bringing me options based on my specific answers. Even as people were coming up while he was helping me, he still greeted everyone kindly and helped everyone. So, if you're looking for a new scent or just an amazing perfume experience, go see Ty!!!!

Most people familiar with this plaza know that parking is a headache during lunch and dinner hours. I would not want to be here if it was overly crowded, but thankfully that wasn't the case when we were there on a Saturday afternoon. My friend recently visited Japan so she wanted to stop by to show me their popular haircare products. We ended up spending a whole hour here and I've added more products to my wishlist for the near future. I also walked out with a purchase and can't wait to try it. I returned the very next morning with the items completely unopened, only to be told that they don't issue refunds, only store credit (even for unused products). This is especially frustrating because I've returned items at this exact location before with no issue, and Planet Beauty's own corporate site clearly states they honor refunds within 30 days for unused items with the original receipt. When I reached out to corporate for clarification, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Seemed to lack basic comprehension skills and was clearly not willing or interested in resolving anything. If this is a new policy, it's unreasonable to expect customers to discover it printed on the back of a receipt after making a purchase. Policy changes should be communicated upfront at the register so customers can make an informed decision. Additionally, I've been a member of their rewards program for over 10 years, half the time I provide my information for the 20% discount, it's not honored. Bottom line: I've been a loyal shopper here, but the lack of transparency and unwillingness to stand by their own stated policies makes me think twice about ever shopping at Planet Beauty again, I certainly won't return to this store

I had gone to Target to prepare for a friend's birthday party and really wanted to get a last minute nail polish, OPI Alpine Snow, and they were out of stock. On my way home, I decided to hit up Sally's because although I hadn't been there for a while, I remember them having a nail collection. It's a small Sally's and it can get a bit messy when there's stock, but there's so much two girls can do with so many customers. No blame at all. They even apologized when I was the area of the stock looking at items. Thanks for the apology, but I know how it is, no problem at all! A lot of the items don't have prices on them so I felt really bad having to continually ask the girls how much they cost. I was really happy that they were having a sale on their OPI! At target, they were going for around $8.60, but here they were for $11.50 but it was buy one get one free, which made it well worth it! I also saw fake nails, and although I have really strong nails, I had short nails at the time and wanted to try fake nails for fun. I still never ended up doing it, but with Roxanna's advice I got the fake nail, glue, and the buffer for my nails. Actually, while I'm here Roxanna was so friendly and helped me a lot since I am completely lost when it comes to nails. Thanks Roxanna! (Or Roxanne, I couldn't really hear you)

When I returned, there was one employee talking to a customer. I picked up the four items I wanted and waited at the register, but she didn't acknowledge me--no "I'll be with you shortly," nothing. She continued talking to the other customer while I waited. Eventually, I gave up, left all the items at the register, and walked out. Her behavior showed a complete disregard for customer service, rudeness, and unprofessionalism.

It takes forever to get my medication. 2 weeks ago at the drive thru there was a employee, A man that didn't know much. So slow! Drive thru needs improvement.
