I stopped by today for the Semi Annual Sale and it was not to busy, I went when they opened, there was a good amount of selections they had from candles, lotions, body mists, wall plug ins and the cute holiday theme ones as well for Christmas, they were low on hand sanitizer for the sale I grabbed the last 3, they also had candle holders Christmas themed on sale. I went because my friend likes their stuff. It's pretty, the fragrances are overwhelming when I walk in and I can't stay too long. A few fragrances I like, but overall I just don't. I was really impressed by this location. The usual two stores I frequent aren't bad either, but the service here really went above and beyond I feel like. I was looking for a few particular items and while one employee stated we were out; another offered to look anyway in the drawers and such just to make sure. I really appreciated that. I was told of the current sales going on and chatted a bit with the same worker. The store was clean and I left the store with even more than I had came for because of the great deals. The employees are always nice. I checked out with a buy 3 get 3 free and I had a get one item free in my app so I have a total of 7 items 4 free. I got home to find I had been overcharged for an 8th item of $17.95 more not including tax. I'm not in this area typically and I was told I had to bring back all my items and receipt back to that store. Johnny the manager would not even come to the phone, just said "oh well when I said that's not my normal store to shop at it's a bit of a distance, Johnny also said I can come back today or tomorrow, which is not convenient for me at all. I will never shop there again even if I'm in the area. I love bath and bodywork's and am in there every few months. This store, never again. Go down the road to Anthem or Scottsdale and double check the receipt's. Actually the Anthem store is 100 times nicer, not congested and the employees there are amazing too. read more

I often visit Bath & Body works but this visit was such a great balance of allowing me to shop in peace and provide exceptional customer service. Shout out to Breezy- she was so genuine, easy to talk to and very informative about the products. She was not too pushy or aggressive and I liked that- sometimes I have gone into other locations and they almost harass me with questions and asking if I need help. Breezy was a great employee and she actually had valuable conversation with me, it was nice. The sale is almost over right now but they still had great selection and everything was clean and organized. Bath & body works will always be my go-to for soaps, body wash, lotions and body creams. So many amazing scents it's hard to pick. I feel like having festive products in my home make it feel more like the season or holiday! This was a great location in the Norterra shopping center- lots of shopping options and a nice stroll if you want to walk around the shopping center because you can visit the movies, eat, shop and walk around with music playing outside. read more

This is my second time going to this bath and Bodyworks. I did call to write a review the first time, because I wanted to make sure I get there, every time I walked in. Everyone is super friendly, they are so nice that I believe they love their job. When I arrived they still had 75% off items. The only reason why I went to the store is for the clearance section. The staff here is AMAZING!! My bff and I came in just browsing and instantly we were greeted with smiling faces. The two young girls up-front were so friendly and we chatted with them for awhile. In addition to the staff, the store was completely stocked with new summer scents. One of the young girls said that they just did the front display last night and I believe it, because it looked phenomenal! When we got to check out, the cashier up-sold us on a gift box with multiple summer scents in it, and we really ate that UP. Then the team lead had to help us with exchanging some items from the box, and she was unbelievably helpful as well. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, and I hope management realizes how great of a team they have at this location!! read more

Absolutely love the candles and all the goodies but ever since they remodeled the inside the flooring has a very musty smell.

Lindsey that was ringing me up was very rude. I purchased three candles in over $50 and I told her I have a coupon and she said to look for it which I was searching through my emails. She rang me up cause I couldn't find it right away and I purchased my items. The minute I swiped my credit card to finish my purchase I found it and then Lindsey said that she can't take me again cause she has a line to take care of. Very poor service. I recently came into this location after another one of their locations was out of the product I wanted. The two female team members I spoke with were both awesome. They provided me awesome customer service with out "pouncing" on me the second I entered the door. They welcomed me and allowed me to do my shopping without making me feel suffocated (like I had at the location that was out of my desired product). These two ladies were personable, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely go to this location over the other again when in the area. read more

This is one of my top B&BW locations to shop at! Parking is easy as there are spots right in front of the store! The store is reasonably sized, always stocked, and clean. (Which I'm thankful for being a frequent B&BW shopper). The set-up makes it easy for me to go in an out quickly finding exactly what I want. Whether it's taking advantage of their foam soap sale, Semi-annual, or getting in on a buy 3 get 3 free body care deal the associates are super helpful and I'm always greeted instantly! I've asked for help finding a certain scent or something like the car scentportables and always get what I need quickly! They always take my coupons -which is actually a rarity as I've literally had to argue about coupons with clerks at other locations before. Anyways, I visit B&BW just about every season for new scents or when I run out of any staple candles/soaps and this location is becoming my go-to location! read more

I was treated absolutely horribly by employee Chris. I came in as I do every month and I was super excited about the fall collection . As soon as I enter the store she did her usual greeting thing and then 30 seconds later proceeded to again ask me if I need any help again. I was looking at the handsoaps she approached me and said that there's more soaps in the back , and I was like yeah I know , I come here all the time i got it. then she's like oh I see you have a coupon, i was thinking why is she harrassing me? I literally feel like this woman was harassing me. Then she stood there very closely and watched me and follow me around the entire store . I have never received such racist attitude towards me . Like I'm going to steal your lotions in gym shorts and flip flops. Finally I said something to her, i told me she is being inappropriate and harassing me, is it because i am not white? There are other customers in the store that are white and you have completely ignored them. She snapped at me and said it's my job to watch you . I said you're harassing me leave me alone . The clerk steered me directly to product I wanted and not only explained how my coupon worked, she also extended the coupon so it would include their current in-store special. In a world of fine print and typical exceptions, I found this refreshing. Well done, B&BW.
