What she doesn't know is that I had just left the Sun city location where I wasn't greeted, I wasn't helped and definitely didn't feel welcome. So I left with out spending a dime! I remembered that Ulta has easy online booking for various beauty services, including waxing. Kya did a brow/lip/chin wax for me, and a brow wax and tint for my mother. Kya was absolutely meticulous and precise with our brows. As a major plus, the wax was not nearly as painful as it usually is and she was incredibly gentle. I wanted to find another foundation, but didn't know where to begin as the department stores didn't carry clean brands, and how many would I have to by from other stores trying to find the right color? I waited over 7 years. I found a NYX concealer stick I was using, but they too joined the butylene glycol band wagon. I was so happy visiting Sephora. The Arrowhead location offers more than their Kohl's locations. They will even color match you. They have devices that can look up the ingredients for you. A sweet gal color matched me, and I double-checked the ingredients before my purchase. Then she turned me onto another brand, Haus. I was sold. Loved it. Then I drove home and started feeling ill from the color matching application. The next day, I returned it luckily still unopened. Either way, they have a great return policy with a receipt. I couldn't get any assistance during my second visit as they were too busy. I came back the other day when it was quiet. They save your information with color match in their system. It made it so easy to pick up where we left off. I was able to take home a sample of the product. I wish I knew this service was available sooner. I was able to get color matched and sample the product. Just like back in the day. That sold me, and I was able to fulfill my goal of over 7 years to find a new go-to clean foundation. Yeah!!! That simple little service didn't take much time, made a sale, and a new regular customer.

I still took it to the counter, assuming they forgot to add the discounted sticker to it. Sure enough, it was not ringing up at the discounted price. The gentleman helping me (Nicolus) looked through their adds and even went out front to check the Marquee for me before asking his manager to discount the item for me.
