Staff is always nice, place is clean too. I usually do pick up orders & they're done in a timely manner and quick/easy to pick up!

Had a website order placed today (10.25.25) web said 4 hour to fill, I was notified in 4 hrs & 15 minutes, went to pick up my order, had to wait in line (why not just buy there as waiting in line to pick up the order defeated the purpose of ordering on line so I did not have to wait), waited in line for 26 minutes while the employees (very young staff) checked out others. The music was VERY LOUD and definitely chosen by the young staff as well as the volume (vibrated my eardrums). Unless you want to go deaf and wait in line for extended time don't waste you time with this location, other locations have a spot to pick up web orders without waiting in the line of persons buying items. read more

How dare they judge me for using my 2 free coupons by the cashier saying ( under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear) that she was sick of people coming in and using free coupons for free items without buying anything. Called customer support and they offered me a. $5 gift card for the bad experience I had. Not that it matters, but every time they have the semi-annual sale, me and my friends drop over $1000 at that store, but after this experience and being felt like we were an inconvenience by not buying something then we are never going back to that or any other Bath and Bodyworks store again. read more

So this Bath and Body Works isn't in the nicest mall.....but it will do! Layout is pretty much like any Bath and Body Works. I came later in the day when there wasn't as many people. I was glad they got their Black Chamomile Aromatherapy scent back in time for the holidays (and with incredibly cute packaging too). When I inquired, the worker who checked us out did tell me that she believed it was still considered seasonal though, so that was a bummer. One if my favorite stores at this mall. This location is not big as the one at Scottsdale Fashion Square but this does make sense as this mall does not have as much traffic. I have got to say this does not stop the store from selling all the wonderful items you would find at another retail location. Same great service and the items we would find at another store. This location is modern looking and well organized. Plenty of inventory to choose from. Besides bath and lotions I score on other items that I enjoy. I am a fan of there candles especially during the holidays. Love there room sprays. I have to say they are much better then Glade. They are also so tiny and look cute in the bathroom since they don't take up so much space. You also need one little squirt and it kills the odor. read more

Okay I get it. I got suckered into buying items I don't need, but in my defense, their body creams& lotions were $3.50 for one day! You honestly didn't expect me to pass that up did you? Of course not ! I typically don't shop here unless there is a huge sale going on because I can't fathom paying $12-14.00 for a scented lotion, but I noticed on social media that they were having a massive sale, and I decided to take advantage. There is always one of these places and there is always some woman you work with who bathes in the stuff and you always get it given to you as a gift. It is pretty generic stuff and the scents are overpowering for the most part. You go in the store because it somehow feels as though you should. Immediately the smells bowl you over and the clerks are handing you a shopping bag while you are still dazed. As you come to you see that EVERYTHING is on sale, that if you buy 2 you get 1 free, buy 3 and get 2 free and on and on on. It is classic bait and switch up sale advertising and when you see folks going wild buying bushels of soaps, sprays, lotions, candles, perfume, cologne, butters, fizzies, loofahs, poufs and potpourri. I love this Bath & Body Works. I'm not totally thrilled about the location because there's a lot of trash that walks around there, but the actual store itself is pretty good. There's a very sweet employee there (I believe her name is Arialla) and she is always super helpful. This location is always stocked and never insanely crowded. read more

Came in for the candle sale, and amongst the craziness, Melissa so kindly found me, assisted in a large exchange, and even allowed me to break up my sale to use a multiple coupons I had. I had the most annoying shopping experience earlier today here. A young lady, who I'm sure is very sweet and just doing her job, would not leave me alone and let me shop! I walked in, they all greeted me and then she asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for. I said that I was going to look at the hand soaps. She followed me then proceeded to show me her "favorites". What irritated me was that when she would have me smell something, she would just put it up to me face rather than hand me the bottle. After I listened to a few of her suggestions, I said thank you and walked away to keep looking on my own. She approached me again then had me following her around the shop as she showed me her other favorites. I tried to be patient but every time I walked back to the hand soaps, which I specifically went there for to give someone as a gift... She would follow me and try to have me smell other things. She had a bunch of favorite candles and favorite body sprays. I was planning on purchasing my year's supply of hand soaps but I felt so suffocated that I decided to check out with the 2 items in my hands that she handed to me in the beginning and leave. I am just going to return them at a different location tomorrow and shop for what I actually want. read more
