I had a quick trip at this location to get some goodies for my home and myself and it was a pleasant experience. The store wasn't too busy since it was on weekday and it appears smaller than the one in Gilbert but it had everything I needed and super welcoming & friendly staff. I didn't have any coupons in my app but they had some promos in store which I used. I left stocked up with my favorite items and gifts as well cause I love sharing the goods with friends and family. Was in the neighborhood and thought I would stock up on some goodies. It just so happened they were having a sale on the wallflower plug-in fragrances so I stocked up on those and body sprays. I also had offers through the app and a 25% off coupon so I really got bargains! I love coming here because not only are the products ones that I love but because the employees are always helpful, very easy to talk to, & so friendly, plus they love their job and it shows! They also recommend me the best products and know that I can't use citrus-based products due to my allergy to everything citrus (orange/lemon/lime/grapefruit). I even got to talk music and concerts with one of the employees and found we like similar bands so that was awesome to find out! 5 star experience! Came here for the early hour for those most at risk. I was greeted at the door. The employees were not pushy and let me shop on my own, which was very nice. If I had a question, I asked and was helped. The store was very organized and clean, and they didn't have loud music blasting. I quit frequenting bath and body works stores because there is usually music that is too loud. But the reason for the 5 stars is because the employees weren't being the mask and social distancing police. Nobody inside this store tried to tell me what to do and how to do it. Most of all, nobody started screaming at me about masks, sanitizing, or social distancing, which is something I have been experiencing in stores lately. 5 stars because I didn't get yelled at while shopping here! read more

We had trouble with a sale using the app at home so drove all the way to Queen creek the next day only to find out the sale was over. Not only did the manager Rachel still honor the sale price but I was able to pick up other new sale items. Plus my birthday reward. This store is always packed but now I know why.
