My little one and I visit this store and have have to give Ashley and Yesmine kudos for their exceptional service. Yesmine took her time showing where I can find different sizes and Ashley was just a wow and show be given 10 stars. Ashley made my order was ringing up correctly, told me about current specials and up and coming sells. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!I walked in and I saw the employees smoking in the store and cursing about what they were talking about. They were behind the counter the whole time while I was there and didn't ask if I need help at all! Also saw one of the guy employees be on the phone sitting behind the counter and the other girl sitting on the floor smoking. I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at this store was so unbelievably awful that I feel morally obligated to warn the public. I walked in expecting, you know, basic human decency. What I got instead was an Olympic-level performance in rudeness. The girl working the register around 3:30 today 12/10 acted like my mere existence personally offended her. I approached the counter and she just sighed dramatically, rolled her eyes so hard I thought they'd get stuck. When I asked a simple question she gave me the kind of look you'd reserve for someone who just confessed to setting your car on fire. Then she responded in the most uninterested, monotone voice possible like she was being forced at gunpoint to speak to me. I've had more warmth and charm from self-checkout machines. She was seriously rude, and unprofessional. I left the store feeling like I had just survived a customer service apocalypse. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else. I'd have a more pleasant experience bargaining with a raccoon behind a dumpster. read more

I enjoyed my visit yesterday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and organized.

Lupita was beyond amazing!!! She helped me out with finding everything that I needed!!

I had to pay for a bag. That's ridiculous. Also, I couldn't return an item because a tag was not on it.

If i can give 0 stars i would. My daughter had a birthday party and she received clothes from children's place. 3 jeans and 1 shirt did not fit because they were too small. I told everyone for clothes children's place because she's tall and skinny. Well, we had over 100 people at the party and if you are a parent you know after a party you go home and empty everything and try on stuff with tags. My daughter did so and I went to children's place to exchange for a bigger size. They told me without a receipt they cannot exchange it. I told them it was a gift and I did not have a receipt. They told me to ask the person who gave her the clothes for the receipt. Again over 100 people were at the party, there is no way I know who gave what because I put all bags inside each other. I called the main office and they refused to help me. This means my daughter has 3 jeans and 1 shirt that she cannot wear, someone bought her a present who worked hard for their money and her gift that my daughter cannot enjoy. I rather pay extra money and go to Carter's at this point. It's absolutely ridiculous. read more

On September 9th I went to the mall and saw this store (The children's place) was having a big sale. I went in and was greeted by a friendly clerk. Her name was Amy C. She helped me a ton! I'm not good at clothes shopping, especially for my kids, but she made everything so simple and easy. I'm super late on writing this review because I ended up very sick but She definitely deserves a shot out even though it's been 1.5 months. Thanks for all your help Amy C. Talk about a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went to the exchange clothes we got as a gift from my sister for my daughter. The only thing that I wanted was to EXCHANGE the items for some that fit my daughter. Stephanie the store associate however decided to be extremely rude and unhelpful. I did NOT get a receipt from my sister so she stated I could only exchange the items for the EXACT same items, that wasn't an issue I just wanted some that fit my daughter. She took the clothes I had with all Tags attached and some even still on the original hanger and proceeded to walk to the baby section and to get the items, when she came back she had NOTHING that was my daughters size, so I called my sister who used her CHILDRENS PLACE CREDIT CARD to purchase the items because I know you can look up a receipt with the card number. Rather than allowing that Stephanie REFUSED to help or assist in any other way. I WASN'T LOOKING TO GET MONEY BACK I WANTED ITEMS THAT FIT MY DAUGHTER! She wouldn't allow me to get other items that were similar that were actually my daughters size, she did not offer a store credit she OFFERED NOTHING AT ALL BUT A RUDE ATTITUDE AND UNWILLINGNESS TO HELP. I have shopped at Children's place since my son was born and that was 12 years ago we have spent thousands of dollars at children's place and I doubt I will EVER step foot in the door of a CHILDRENS PLACE STORE AGAIN because of her and this experience. The Children's Place NOT TO MENTION WITH ALL THAT SAID I LIVE 45 minutes away from the store and it is the CLOSEST one to me!!!!!!! Received a response from customer service today and rather than addressing the issue they sent me the return policy! I can GUARANTEE Your company has lost a long time customer for good! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A CHILDRENS PLACE STORE EVER AGAIN! How dare you all send me a copy of the return policy, 8 throughly explained that the girl inside of the store REFUSED to look up the damn receipt. With the email you sent you DID NOT even address my complaint!!!!
