This was honestly my first time going through the whole backside of the store. They had so many different drinks from all around the world. I was so excited. This store has so many great gems.. I swear I'm coming back with $100 and grabbing all of the snacks that I seen lol there were so many to choose from. They had candy bars from Korea... things from Switzerland and of course .. Atmosphere is great.. They do offer free tea or coffee at the front. So go try this and shop until you drop !!

Replied "Next time wait for the email confirmation" then threw the other basket on the cart next to us. Mind you it's loud. And tore up the paperwork. This attitude is disgusting and highly unprofessional. Don't know what the problem is but that's not how to treat customers. Cashier is slow and holding the line. At least cashier is nice.

The boutique got a little bit of everything for everyone. The location of the store was strange and I drove right pass it without noticing it until my GPS told me that I passed it. But then again I am new to the area. The old building gives the boutique a reminiscent of old times, very nostalgic. The boutique reminds me of the movie Somewhere in Times. Strangely familiar and I can't quite understand what drawn me to it but I will definitely come back for another visit. Perhaps next time I will come alone so I don't feel rush. Overall it was a great experience.

The actual gift shop does not charge an entrance fee. They do advertise and charge people an entrance fee when they have their craft fairs. The gift shop itself is actually a converted house. The employees are very nice and helpful. The Red Potato has a lot of every day gifts as well as seasonal stuff. They have items you probably won't find in the mall. The best deal we found was a Lenox cake/knife set we used for our daughter's wedding. It was a really good price. It's a drive out for most, but it's not a bad drive.

After spending several thousand dollars, purchasing 5 fixtures, one arrived damaged. The chandelier…read morefor our study ($1258.20) had a nub that was broken off the connecting piece. It was a floor model, as ordering would have taken several weeks/months. We hired an electrician to install our fixtures (Elaine's couldn't offer install on our high ceiling fans). Blake offered a reorder but that would have cost us more $ for the electrician to come out multiple times. I suggested our electrician could solder the piece back on or I could but I'd need to buy would need to buy a solder kit. I emailed and asked Blake if Elaine's would offer us a STORE CREDIT of $100-200 for our trouble and to mitigate some of our extra expense due to the chandelier arriving damaged. Blake responded that I could have 10% off a future purchase. I do not recommend Elaine's. The chandelier arrived damaged. We had to incur the costs of having it fixed. When I offered a very reasonable customer service solution, it was denied. The items can be found at other establishments, some for less expensive. This was a disappointing experience, especially based on how many fixtures we purchased.

I appreciated the help of the lady working cashier, she went out of her way to find if they had a product I was looking for. As the other lady didn't even greet or offer to help me, whereas when other ladies came in she greeted them & offered help. I think it was cause of my age & race that she didn't bother to look my way. Regardless I'm a paying customer. Very disappointed, will not be returning to this location.
